Perimeter seated knife gate valve
A perimeter seated knife gate valve is described. Perimeter and transverse seals may be formed together as a single-piece or as two separate pieces. Wire-reinforced and with a rectangular cross section, the perimeter seal (portion) may fit into a corresponding groove in the single-piece body of the valve. Transverse seal (portion) may include two channels formed as side grooves or tubular channels to accept packing material, which energize the seal and are isolated from the fluid stream. In the two-piece version, a bottom groove of the transverse seal may be used to interlock both pieces. The shape and structure of the seal may allow single-piece valve body.

LINE BLIND VALVE
A line blind valve includes: a valve body formed with an opening at each of a front side and a rear side thereof; a fixed pipe fixedly provided on the front side to be in a shape inserted in the opening of the front side; a moving pipe provided on the rear side by being inserted into the opening of the rear side, and movable in a direction of a pipeline, with threads formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof; a blind provided between the fixed pipe and the moving pipe to open or block the pipeline by moving upward or downward; and a drive assembly including a gear set engaged with the threads and configured to press the moving pipe toward the blind to sealingly fix the moving pipe, and a drive unit coupled to the gear set to control a rotation direction of the gear set.

Method and apparatus for blinding non-energy sources
This bleeder guard is used for blinding pipe flanges in refineries, chemical plants, and other fluid processing plants joined in many places by flanged joints. The bleeder guard is an elongated rod, having a first end with a threaded surface and a second end with a smooth surface. The bleeder guard preferably is a smooth elongated rod of uniform diameter. The elongated rod typically has a cylindrical shape.

Line blind valve
The invention is an improved line blind valve which provides absolute positive flow shut-off in piping systems. It uses fluid pressure to separate the seal surfaces while ensuring the end connections do not move relative to each other. Once separated, the blind can be moved easily into either the closed blind position or the open full flow position. The assembly consists of an outer housing, two end pipes and a sliding carrier that allows a blind to be either inserted into the flow or removed by pivoting the blind about a pin.

BIASING MEMBERS FOR VALVE ASSEMBLY
A valve assembly may include a valve having an upper valve surface and a lower valve surface. The valve may be movable in a slot in a housing between an open position and a closed position, and the slot may have an upper slot surface and a lower slot surface. The valve assembly may include a biasing member movably positioned within the housing that may be configured to urge the valve toward one of the upper slot surface and the lower slot surface.
Line blind valve assembly having an injection sealing system
A blind assembly for use in a piping circuit that includes a blind element and an injection system. The blind element has a planar portion that is transversely mounted in the piping circuit to block flow through the piping circuit. When the blind element is installed, it has one or more flat surfaces that are in sealing contact with another component of the piping circuit, such as a flange face, to define a sealing interface. A primary seal is provided between the blind element and the other component of the piping circuit and which circumscribes at least a portion of the sealing interface. The injection system is in communication with the sealing interface, and selectively injects a sealant material into the sealing interface to form a redundant seal in the sealing interface and around the primary seal. An injection fitting can mount to the flange for injecting the sealant.
