Balancing valve

The present invention proposes a balancing valve, a fluid network with such a balancing valve, and a method of maintaining such a balancing valve. The balancing valve comprises a housing having a main fluid passage extending along a main flow axis, a valve body disposed within the housing in the fluid passage, wherein the valve body has a first through hole forming a first fluid passage with a variable first fluid passage cross section. The valve body has a second through hole distinct from the first through hole and forming a second fluid passage in the valve body. The first fluid passage is a main fluid passage and the second fluid passage is a by-pass passage.

Dual gate valve

A dual gate valve includes two valve plates that open and close two openings of a valve box, a support bar that supports the two valve plates, a valve rod connected to the support bar, and an operation unit that performs an open and close operation of the two valve plates via the valve rod. The support bar and the valve plate linearly and elongatedly extend in a lateral direction perpendicular to a central axis of the valve rod. The valve rod is connected to a central portion in the long direction of the support bar, and one and the other of the two valve plates are tiltably attached to one end and the other end in the long direction of the support bar via elastic members, respectively.

FLOW PASSAGE SWITCHING VALVE AND FLUID CIRCULATION CIRCUIT

A fluid circulation circuit includes a flow passage switching valve. The flow passage switching valve includes a body and a switcher. The body includes a first inlet, a second inlet, and outlets including a first outlet. The switcher is capable of switching a passage configuration to a state in which a fluid that has flowed in from the first inlet flows out of either one of the outlets and a state in which the fluid that has flowed in from the second inlet flows out of either one of the outlets.

Gate valve

A gate valve includes a valve body for insertion through a through-hole formed in the fluid pipe, and a movement mechanism for moving the valve body along the diameter direction, and the valve body includes a valve main body and a seal member that is capable of undergoing elastic deformation and is provided on a holding portion of the valve main body. A core member formed from a material harder than the seal member is embedded between an outer face of the seal member, which is on the lower side in the movement direction, and a leading end face on the protruding side of the holding portion.

The present invention relates generally to a pendulum valve that is installed in a connection pipe connecting a vacuum pump between the chamber of a dry etching apparatus and the vacuum pump in the etching line of a semiconductor manufacturing process and adjusts the amount of gas, and more particularly to a pendulum valve that includes a fixed housing configured such that a shaft coupled to a valve gate for adjusting the amount of gas is closely fixed to a valve housing through an O-ring and a rotation shaft (an internal shaft) coupled to the inside of the fixed housing, so that only the rotation shaft separate from the value housing is rotated by using a lip seal as a rotation axis, thereby suppressing the discharge of unnecessary particles and hardened substances while maintaining the sealing characteristics of the pendulum valve.

Perforated plug for a control valve

Control valves find one of their most important applications in control loops of process plants for controlling the flow rate of a gaseous or liquid medium. To this end, it is crucial that the flow rate can be reliably adjusted and that safe operation, especially with hazardous substances, can be guaranteed. To solve this problem, a hole pattern for perforated plugs (300) of control valves is proposed, which allows the densest possible arrangement of openings (220) on helical lines where the height of the helical lines is minimal and, at the same time, advantageous technical specifications and safety regulations can be taken into account. The pattern allows to generate a very smooth flow characteristic, which facilitates a reliable control of the flow rate. Moreover, the flow rate can be optimized such that the size of the moving parts of the control valve can be reduced to a minimum.
