Flow regulating valve of gas stove
A flow regulating valve, including a valve member, a plug member, a connecting member, a fixed base, and a stepper motor. The valve member has a chamber respectively communicating with an inlet hole and an outlet hole thereof. The plug member has an axial bore and a flow regulating structure, the axial bore corresponding to the outlet hole and the flow regulating structure corresponding to the inlet hole. The connecting member is disposed at a side of the plug member and at least a part of the connecting member is exposed to the outside. The fixed base has a through hole, a wall of which is provided with a first block section and a second block section. A space is formed between the first block section and the second block section, and a block of the connection member is located in the space to limit a rotating angle of the plug member. The stepper motor has a rotating shaft connected to the connecting member and a modular flow regulating valve is formed.
WATER CONTROL DEVICE
A water control device that can be introduced into the main water supply line for a structure configured for automatic direct water allocation has a manifold with an inlet port and an outlet port in fluid communication with one another and a quarter turn valve disposed between the inlet and outlet ports and in fluid communication therewith. The quarter turn valve has a truncated conical shaped valve body that fits within a well in the manifold, the valve body having spaced apart solid side walls which define openings within opposite side walls, such that rotation of the valve body by a quarter turn will align either an opening or a solid side wall with the inlet and outlets ports for the well, thus alternately permitting or disrupting the flow of water through the valve. The valve body further includes a plurality of spaced apart cam projections on a bottom surface thereof, the cam projections cooperating with a plurality of spaced apart cam projections disposed on a bottom surface of the well such that the valve body undergoes vertical displacement as it rotates.
Diverter Valve for Conveying Material to be Conveyed and Method for Cleaning a Diverter Valve of This Type
A diverter valve for conveying material to be conveyed, the diverter valve being cleanable using a method for CIP cleaning, comprises a housing with at least three passage openings to feed or discharge the material to be conveyed, the passage openings defining a conveying plane. The diverter valve further comprises a rotary part having an axis of rotation and an outer contour designed conically in relation to the axis of rotation at least in sections, the rotary part being arrangeable in the housing in a sealed manner, the rotary part being displaceable along the axis of rotation in an axially driven manner and being arranged such as to be drivable for rotation about the axis of rotation, the axis of rotation being oriented perpendicular to the conveying plane, a passage duct arranged in the rotary part, whichdepending on a rotary position of the rotary partconnects in each case two passage openings for conveying material along the passage duct through the diverter valve. The CIP cleaning method of a diverter valve of this type comprises the pulling back and rotating the rotary part into an intermediate position to clean and then dry the diverter valve intensively. A particular feature is the embodiment configured without drainage in the housing of the diverter valve.
Methods of use & valves with multi-directional ball check
A method for controlling fluid flow in a stream, the method including using a valve, the valve with a valve body in which is rotatably mounted a valve member, the valve member having therein a ball check for selectively preventing fluid flow through the valve; and such a method for producing an exit stream from a valve.
SELF-CLEANING DOUBLE BLOCK AND BLEED VALVE
Disclosed is a self-cleaning double block and bleed valve. The valve includes a plug modified to divert a portion of the fluid flowing through the valve into and through a cavity located beneath the plug. The diverted fluid passing along a secondary flow path beneath the plug and subsequently rejoining the primary flow path. The diverted fluid removes debris, sediment or sludge from the cavity beneath the plug.
Full-flow sanitary valve
A sanitary valve including a body including at least two body openings; a plug disposed within the body, rotatable around a vertical axis, moveable along the vertical axis within the body, and including a plug top surface, a lateral plug surface, and at least two plug openings; a stem including a first stem end attached to the top plug surface and a second stem end; and an actuator attached to the second stem end and operable to rotate the stem and the plug around the vertical axis and to move the stem and the plug along the vertical axis.
Gas cock for gas burner
A gas cock for a gas burner and pilot flame includes a cock body with a plug receiving seat and a gas passage opening for passage of gas from/to the plug receiving seat. The cock has a conical plug, including a side wall extending around a central conical plug axis and housed in the plug receiving seat. The conical plug includes a plug opening for passage of gas from/to the plug receiving seat by the inner cavity of the conical plug based on a presettable angle of rotation between the cock body and the conical plug. The conical plug outer wall surface includes a groove connected to the plug opening. The groove includes a modulating portion extending between first and second angular positions in a circumferential direction of rotation of the conical plug with a depth that increases or decreases in the radial direction perpendicular to the side wall.
TURBOCHARGER WITH TWIN-SCROLL TURBINE HOUSING, AND CROSS-SCROLL COMMUNICATION CONTROL VALVE OPERABLE TO SELECTIVELY ALLOW OR PREVENT CROSS-TALK BETWEEN SCROLLS
A turbocharger having a divided turbine housing scroll includes separate first and second exhaust gas conduits for feeding separate streams of exhaust gas to two separate scrolls in the turbine housing. A cross-scroll communication control valve in the turbine housing is operable to selectively allow or prevent two separate streams of exhaust gas in the turbine housing to fluidly communicate with each other. The valve member rotates about a valve axis that is parallel to a flow axis along with the exhaust gas flows in the exhaust gas conduits. The valve member tapers in the flow direction. In a first position, the valve member has walls that close off a cross-communication opening between the two exhaust gas conduits, thereby isolating the conduits from each other. In a second position, a through-passage of the valve member becomes aligned with the cross-communication opening to allow cross-talk between the two conduits.
