Various embodiments wirelessly detect micro gestures using multiple antenna of a gesture sensor device. At times, the gesture sensor device transmits multiple outgoing radio frequency (RF) signals, each outgoing RF signal transmitted via a respective antenna of the gesture sensor device. The outgoing RF signals are configured to help capture information that can be used to identify micro-gestures performed by a hand. The gesture sensor device captures incoming RF signals generated by the outgoing RF signals reflecting off of the hand, and then analyzes the incoming RF signals to identify the micro-gesture.

The method including detecting an object in the virtual environment being targeted by the pose that is in alignment with the face of the user. The method including rendering a magnified view of the object being targeted in the virtual environment for display in the HMD.

Disclosed herein is an input device including: a plurality of input members; an upper surface having a right region in which a part of the plurality of input members is disposed, a left region in which another part of the plurality of input members is disposed, and a center region that is a region between the right region and the left region; and a light emitting region formed along an outer edge of the center region. The light emitting region includes a first light emitting portion configured to indicate identification information assigned to a plurality of input devices connected to an information processing apparatus, and a second light emitting portion configured to emit light based on information different from the identification information.

An immersive amusement system features a path to be traversed by participants, a first array of devices mounted on a first side of said path, and a second array of devices mounted on an opposing second side of said path. Each device comprises either a beam emitter operable to transmit a respective visible beam, or a beam receiver operable to detect receipt thereby of a visible beam. The arrayed devices are setup in co-operable pairs, of which each co-operable pair comprises a beam emitter in one of said arrays and a corresponding beam receiver in the other of said arrays. A controller operably connected to the arrayed devices is configured to selectively activate and deactivate said beam emitters to cause transmission of visible beams from said beam emitters to said corresponding beam receivers, and to monitor for breaking of any of said visible beams by any of said participants.

During the virtual conference, the computing device may perform a first processing of the raw media data to extract intermediate user data, wherein the intermediate user data comprises one or more of a physiological signal and a behavioral signal associated the user. The computing device may further transform the raw media data into transformed media data and transmit the transformed media data with the intermediate user data to a server for second processing of the intermediate user data.

During the virtual conference, the computing device may perform a first processing of the raw media data to extract intermediate user data, wherein the intermediate user data comprises one or more of a physiological signal and a behavioral signal associated the user. The computing device may further transform the raw media data into transformed media data and transmit the transformed media data with the intermediate user data to a server for second processing of the intermediate user data.

The controller can be configured to receive one or more sets of instructions from a user device, store the sets of instructions in the memory, receive a first input from the first button and a second input from the second button; and control illumination of the plurality of lights based on at least one of the sets of instructions, and at least one of the first input or the second input.
