This disclosure describes a system that allows a user to control the audio of a headset from a game controller. Audio controls are displayed on a screen of the game controller. In addition to the game controller, the disclosed system may comprise an app, on a device external from the game controller, that is also able to display the audio controls. The audio controls may be updated via the game controller or the app while the game controller and headset are being used.

CONTEXT-SENSITIVE REMOTE EYEWEAR CONTROLLER
Context-sensitive remote controls for use with electronic devices (e.g., eyewear device). The electronic device is configured to perform activities (e.g., email, painting, navigation, gaming). The context-sensitive remote control includes a display having a display area, a display driver coupled to the display, and a transceiver. The remote control additionally includes memory that stores controller layout configurations for display in the display area of the display by the display driver. A processor in the context-sensitive remote control is configured to establish, via the transceiver, communication with an electronic device, detect an activity currently being performed by the electronic device, select one of the controller layout configurations responsive to the detected activity, and present, via the display driver, the selected controller layout configuration in the display area of the display.
PERSONALIZED VR CONTROLS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Systems and methods for personalized controls and communications in virtual environments are provided. A virtual reality (VR) profile may be stored in memory for a user. Such VR profile may specify a cue associated with custom instructions executable to modify one or more virtual display elements. An interactive session associated with a virtual environment in which the user is participating via a user device may be monitored based on the VR profile stored for the user. The cue specified by the VR profile may be detected as being present in the monitored communication session. The virtual elements may be modified within a presentation of the virtual environment provided to the user device in accordance with the executable instructions associated with the cue specified by the VR profile of the user.
System, method and handheld controller for multi-player gaming
Embodiments of the invention relate to systems and methods for multi-player gaming. Some embodiments relate to systems having an improved communications infrastructure and improved handheld game controllers, while other embodiments relate to improvements in handling large numbers of players in the multi-player game when played in a game arena with a single large display screen showing the multi-player game images. In one particular embodiment, a system is provided that has a game server controlling a display system to display the multi-player game on the large screen and a plurality of game controllers. Each game controller has a secondary display means for providing a secondary game display and input means for receiving player input. The system further comprises communication means for enabling communication between the game server and each of the plurality of game controllers. The plurality of game controllers are located in proximity to the large display screen such that it is visible to game players manipulating the game controllers while playing the multi-player game.
