The present disclosure provides a valve enclosure and side handle faucet system comprising the valve enclosure. The valve enclosure comprises an inlet portion, an outlet portion and a valve cavity. The valve enclosure further comprises a ball valve and is mounted to the side of a spout such that fluid enters the valve cavity perpendicularly from a fluid inlet line and exits the cavity perpendicularly from an outlet such that the distance between the input and output flow to the cavity is minimized. The valve enclosure also comprises an interchangeable housing configured to surround the valve enclosure.

The valve (1) comprises a body (2) delimiting a conduit (4) and having a connection portion (6) where one end of the conduit (4) opens, the connection portion (6) being intended to be connected to the storage tank (100). In addition, said valve (1) comprises a clamping member (22) movably mounted on the connection portion (6) in order to keep the connection portion (6) attached to the storage tank sealing member (10) able to rotate in the conduit (4) between a closed position in which the sealing member (10) seals the conduit (4) and an open position in which the sealing member (10) opens a passage through the conduit (4), two seats (24) interposed between the sealing member (10) and the valve body (2), and elastic return means configured to keep the seats (24) and the sealing member (10) pressed together. The conduit (4) has an angled portion (42) arranged between the connection portion (6) and the sealing member (10).

Flow Rate Control Valve

A flow rate control valve includes: a housing having a port formed to allow a fluid to flow between internal and external spaces; and a rotor accommodated in the internal space of the housing rotatably about a rotation axis and having a control hole portion formed in a spherical outer wall portion, wherein the control hole portion is allowed to face the port by setting a rotational position of the rotor so that the fluid is allowed to flow between an inside portion of the rotor and the port, the port includes an annular seal body, and an opening edge of the control hole portion is shaped so that a portion of the opening edge of the control hole portion in contact with the seal body is displaced along the rotation axis in response to rotation operation of the rotor.

A ball valve includes an inner valve unit having a ball valve unit and a valve seat in which the ball valve unit is received. A shaft extends from the ball valve which is clamped between two retainers. The valve seat has a tubular shank and a lateral hole is defined radially through the shank. The shaft extends through the valve seat. The housing is made of metal and has a chamber for receiving the inner valve unit. The housing has an inlet and an outlet which is located corresponding to the lateral hole of the valve seat and the central holes of the retainers. The shaft extends through the installation hole of the housing and is connected with a switch which is operated to rotate the ball valve between open and sealed positions. The water does not contact the metallic parts and the structure is simple and easily assembled.

Flush system for a toilet

A flush system includes a meter valve, a first pipe, a vacuum breaker, a second pipe, and a ball valve assembly. The meter valve defines a selectively openable outlet. The first pipe is in fluid communication with the meter valve and a water supply source. The vacuum breaker is disposed within the first pipe upstream of the meter valve and oriented to prevent backflow from the meter valve to the water supply source. The second pipe extends from a wall and is downstream from the supply source. The ball valve assembly is disposed between the first pipe and the second pipe upstream of the vacuum breaker to facilitate fluid communication between the first pipe and the second pipe and to selectively isolate the meter valve from the water supply source.

Plumbing fitting assemblies are described. The plumbing fitting assemblies use a male and female fitting combination that enables a user or installer to make a sealed connection on an internal diameter of a female part or receiving end by way of an o-ringed shank on a male part or insert end. A connecting device is rotatably attached to the male end. The connecting device also engages to an outer surface of the female part such that the sealed fitting assemblies will not disconnect under normal pressure of a fluid or air working through the assemblies.
