The booster valve has three valve elements, which are arranged one after the other and can each be moved in an axial direction against a spring force.
LEVELING VALVE FOR DISCHARGING AND SUPPLYING FLUID
A leveling valve (101) for discharging and supplying air from and to a plurality of utilization elements (205a,b), in particular pneumatic suspension bellows, includes a valve arrangement (103) for directing air between a source (207) of pressurized air, an exhaust port (3) and the utilization elements (205a,b), and a supply port (1) in fluid communication with the valve arrangement (103) and the source (207) of pressurized air. A check valve (5) is mounted upstream of the valve arrangement (103) and is configured to allow fluid flow from the supply port (1) towards the valve arrangement (103) and to block fluid flow from the valve arrangement (103) through the supply port (1).
Scroll compressor with a pressure relief low-speed rotation structure
A scroll compressor is provided. The scroll compressor has a housing, a partition plate, a rack, a movable scroll plate, a stationary scroll plate and a pressure relief low-speed rotation structure. The partition plate is in the interior of the housing and divides the interior of the housing into a suction space and a discharge space, and has a first through to communicate the suction space with the discharge space. The rack is in the suction space and spaced apart from the partition plate. The movable scroll plate is movably provided on the rack. The stationary scroll plate is provided on the rack and cooperates with the movable scroll plate, and has a second through hole communicating with the discharge space. The pressure relief low-speed rotation structure is provided on the stationary scroll plate and configured to communicate the second through hole with the discharge space.
Method and System For Injecting Slurry Using Two Tanks With Valve Timing Overlap
A slurry injection system has a plurality of slurry valves fluidically coupled to first and second elongated tanks. In the first state, the slurry valves communicate high pressure slurry from the second volume to a site and communicate low pressure slurry to the fourth volume. In the second state, the slurry valves communicate low pressure slurry to the second volume and high pressure slurry from the fourth volume to the slurry injection site and in the intermediate state communicating high pressure slurry simultaneously from the first elongated tank and the second elongated tank to the slurry injection site. In the first state clear fluid valves fluidically communicate high pressure clear fluid to the first volume and low pressure clear fluid from the third volume and, in a second state, communicate low pressure clear fluid from the first volume and high pressure clear fluid to the third volume.
VALVE AND FLUID CONTROL APPARATUS
A valve includes a lower valve housing, a diaphragm, and an upper valve housing. A top surface of a piezoelectric pump is bonded to a bottom surface of the lower valve housing. A circular hole portion is provided in a central portion of a region of the diaphragm that opposes a projecting portion of the lower valve housing. The diaphragm is bonded to the upper valve housing and the lower valve housing, and a divided interior of a valve housing configures a first lower valve chamber, a second lower valve chamber, a first upper valve chamber, and a second upper valve chamber. A groove is located in a wall portion of the upper valve housing that opposes the diaphragm in the first upper valve chamber.
MAINTENANCE OPERATION SUPPORT DEVICE, MAINTENANCE OPERATION SUPPORT METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
A maintenance operation support device includes a procedure information outputter configured to output procedure information representing an operation procedure of maintenance operations for a facility, the procedure information being obtained by combining action definition information for defining actions of a setting tool that adjusts or sets the facility and operation definition information for defining operations to be instructed to a maintenance operator who performs the maintenance operations for the facility.
APPARATUSES AND METHODS USING HIGH PRESSURE DUAL CHECK VALVE
Apparatuses and methods related to a high pressure fluid processing device having a dual check valve setup that can be quickly and easily maintained with replacement parts are disclosed herein. In a general example embodiment, a high pressure processing device includes a body including a first surface having a first recess, a second surface having a second recess, and a third surface having a third recess, a first subassembly at least partially inserted into the first recess of the body, the first subassembly including a first check valve, a second subassembly at least partially inserted into the second recess of the body, the second subassembly including a second check valve, and a third subassembly at least partially inserted into the third recess of the body, the third subassembly coupling the body to a fluid driving mechanism, wherein the first subassembly, second subassembly and third subassembly are configured to be independently attachable to and detachable from from the first recess, second recess and third recess, respectively.
HIGH PRESSURE PUMP
A high pressure pump. The pump comprises a fluid end assembly supported on a power end assembly. The power end assembly is modular and held together by a first set of stay rods. The fluid end assembly comprises a plurality of fluid end sections positioned in a side-by-side relationship. Each fluid end section comprises a housing made of multiple-piece construction. One or more pieces of the housing are configured to having a second set of stay rods attached thereto. The second set of stay rods interconnect the fluid end assembly and a power end assembly and a vertically offset from the first set of stay rods.
COMBINATION VALVE AND BIDIRECTIONAL FLOW CONTROL VALVE USING THE SAME
A combination valve built in a main valve of a solenoid valve includes: a first communication passage having a first port and a second port; a second communication passage branching from the first communication passage and having a third port; a first valve body provided in the first communication passage and configured to permit only the flow of working oil from the first port to the third port; and a second valve body provided in the first communication passage and configured to permit only the flow of working oil from the first port to the second port. The first valve body is located upstream relative to the second valve body.
CONTROLLING MECHANISM FOR A THREE-WAY VALVE
A controlling mechanism for a three-way valve includes a transmission axis movably received in the valve and having first teeth formed on a free end thereof A rotation axis is movable and intermittently rotatable in the valve and having second teeth integrally formed on the rotation axis to correspond to the first teeth. A spring is received inside the valve to provide a recoil force to the rotation axis to maintain the second teeth of the rotation axis to be in contact with the first teeth of the transmission axis so that movement of the transmission drives the rotation axis to move and rotate simultaneously for selectively blocking the inlet of the valve.
