Integral check valve lock open device for oil and gas equipment
An inventive lock open device for use with a poppet type check valve is disclosed. The device permits bidirectional flow of fluid or gas by defeating the check valve sealing device which permits hydrostatic testing without the need for check valve disassembly or the need for additional tooling.
Gas Governor
Not only a cylindrical weight is inserted with a clearance around an outside of a first axis part or a second axis part that extends opposite to the first axis part and is movable freely in an axial direction but also an annular seat surface on which the cylindrical weight is able to be seated by self-weight is provided with a governor valve. A projecting part(s) is provided with only a part in circumferential direction of one of the annular seat surface and a lower end surface of the cylindrical weight. The cylindrical weight is made sure to be supported on the annular seat surface in an inclined state from an upright posture by contact of the projecting part(s) with the other of the annular seat surface and the lower end surface of the cylindrical weight.
A VACUUM PUMP COMPRISING A RELIEF VALVE AND A METHOD OF ASSEMBLY OF THE RELIEF VALVE
A multiple stage rotary vacuum pump comprising: a stator comprising multiple pumping stages; at least one inter-stage divider separating two adjacent pumping stages; the at least one inter-stage divider comprising two walls defining a cavity therebetween, an upstream wall bounding an upstream pumping stage and a downstream wall bounding a downstream pumping stage of the two adjacent pumping stages. The cavity comprising at least a portion of a pressure relief fluid flow path, the pressure relief fluid flow path providing a path from an outlet portion of the upstream stage towards an inlet portion of the upstream stage or towards an exhaust, the pressure relief fluid flow path comprising an orifice, the orifice comprising a valve seat; and a pressure relief valve configured to move between a compressed and an elongated state, the pressure relief valve sealing the orifice when in the elongated state and being configured to move to the compressed state such that the orifice is not obstructed, in response to pressure in the upstream stage rising above a predetermined value.
VALVE DEVICE FOR AN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
A valve device for an internal combustion engine. The valve device includes an actuator which moves a valve rod, a housing with an inlet and an outlet, a valve closing member attached to the valve rod which is lowered onto and lifted off of a first valve seat, a non-return plate which is loaded via a spring force in a direction of a second valve seat, and a sealing lip which is formed on the second valve seat or on the non-return plate. The sealing lip extends from the second valve seat in a direction of the non-return plate or from the non-return plate in a direction of the second valve seat. The sealing lip is formed with a free end which is inclined in a direction of a side on which a higher pressure is applied when the non-return plate rests on the second valve seat.

Overmolded valve for a liquid container
An overmolded valve is provided for use in a container having a throat. The valve is inserted into the throat of the container and prevents liquid from flowing from the container during shipment or storage. When the container is inverted for use with a dosing and/or dispensing apparatus, the valve remains closed until it is opened by an upward force to permit liquid to flow from the container, by gravity, to the dosing and/or dispensing apparatus. The valve closes when the upward force is removed. A pair of plastic semi-helical springs urge the valve to the closed position.

SHAPE MEMORY ALLOY VALVE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATION THEREOF
A shape memory alloy (SMA) valve including an SMA activator component having a shape memory effect to open or close the valve. The SMA valve may be formed from a monolithic sheet of SMA or a wire of SMA. The SMA valve may operate via choking, torsion or lateral movement in one or more dimensions. The SMA valve may include a stage or ball seal and the SMA actuator component may be provided to the stage or ball seal and configured to move the stage or ball seal to seal or open a flow of gas or liquid when the shape memory effect is activated. The SMA valve may include heat sinks to help adjust the temperature of the activator components and/or may include a biasing component to bias the valve in a particular direction.
NON-ELECTRIC MULTI-CHANNEL VALVE FOR AQUEOUS LIQUIDS, VAPOR OR GAS
The present invention relates to the field of non-electric multi-channel valves adapted to provide specific flow patterns to aqueous liquids, vapor or gas, and, more particularly, to non-electric multi-channel valves configured to provide continuous outflow to aqueous liquids, vapor or gas.
