11209091 · 2021-12-28 ·

An inflator valve connector includes a housing, a connection assembly, a valve seat, and a pushing member. The connection assembly is rotatably arranged in the housing and includes a first connection hole adapted to connect a Presta valve and a second connection hole adapted to connect a Schrader valve. The valve seat has a first abutting portion faced to the first connection hole and adapted to abut a lock nut of the Presta valve, and a second abutting portion faced to the second connection hole and adapted to abut a valve core of the Schrader valve. The pushing member removably contacts the connection assembly and has a pushing portion adapted to enter the housing via the first connection hole and to push against the first abutting portion, causing the valve seat to move relative to the housing and to close to the second connection hole.

In an aspect, an inflatable object includes an object body enclosing a chamber to receive air, and a valve mounted to the inflatable object body, including a valve body defining a passageway between the chamber and an ambient environment. The valve body has a shoulder. The valve body defines an outside end, which opens to the ambient environment, and an inside end, which opens into the chamber. The valve includes a one-way flap that is movable between an open position to permit fluid communication between the chamber and the ambient environment through the passageway, and a closed position. The one-way flap is biased to the closed position with a closing force selected to be overcomable to move the one-way flap to the open position by an airflow having a speed that is less than about 48 m/s, and which is at a pressure lower than 1 atmosphere.

IMPROVED AIR BED VALVE

The disclosed technology includes an air valve assembly for providing flexibility for a user when inflating an inflatable air mattress. The air valve assembly can include a base configured to attach to a portion of the inflatable air mattress, a middle valve configured to attach to the base portion and having a first diameter, a diaphragm member configured to attach to the middle valve, and a cap configured to removably couple to a portion of the air valve. The assembly can further include an adapter configured to detachably attach to the middle valve portion. The adapter can have a portion with a second diameter that is smaller than the first diameter such that when the adapter is attached, a user may use an inflation device with a smaller dimensioned output.

PNEUMATIC VALVE SYSTEM AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME

A pneumatic valve for a tire having a stem fluidly coupled to a pressure vessel is provided. The pneumatic valve includes a core body that couples to the stem, the core body having an interior passageway. A cap is coupled to the core body, the cap having a concavity on an outer diameter and a bore hole extending from one end, the bore hole being in selective fluid communication with the interior passageway. The cap further has an interior portion, the core body being at least partially disposed in the interior portion. A valve seat is disposed in the interior portion between the core body and the cap member. A sealing plug is moveably disposed at least partially in the interior passageway and at least partially within the bore hole. A biasing member is disposed in the interior passageway and arranged to bias the sealing plug against the valve seat.

Air valve nozzle structure for inflatable cushion

A valve nozzle structure for an inflatable cushion includes an outer body, an inner body, and a diaphragm member. The diaphragm member is assembled in the inner body. The inner body is assembled in the outer body. The valve nozzle structure is able to provide one-way inflation with an automatic check function and deflation. The outer body further includes a holding plate configured to release the sealing state of the diaphragm member. Thus, the valve nozzle structure can achieve an automatic and continuous deflation function. The inner body is detachably connected to the outer body, which is beneficial for maintenance and replacement of the parts.

3-in-1 air valve assembly

An air valve assembly for use with inflatable articles is provided. The air valve assembly includes a valve base (10), a valve body (20), an inflation adapter (30), a plug (40) and a fixing ring (50). The air valve assembly provides for inflation of the inflatable article through two different sized air passages, allowing inflation by multiple sizes of air inflation hoses or nozzles. The air valve assembly also provides for quick deflation of the inflatable article through a third and larger sized air passage. The configuration of the air valve assembly may be easily changed by hand without the need for tools, allowing for easy and efficient inflation or deflation of the inflatable article.

VALVE CAP

A valve assembly for mounting on a substrate via rotational engagement with a base of the valve assembly, and a cap for such a valve assembly. A body of the cap is rotatably engageable with the base between opposing first and second terminal ends. At each of the first and second terminal ends, the body and the base abut each other to prevent rotation between the body and the base. As a result, torque applied to the cap is transmitted to the base to vary rotational engagement of the base with the substrate. A slot formed in the cap may be suitable to receive a protrusion on the base and may fork into two separate portions that terminate in opposing terminal ends to allow selective engagement of the protrusion with the two portions. The protrusion abuts against the terminal ends to transmit torque from the cap to the base.

A valve cap assembly for being attached to an air valve and removably covering an end of the air valve includes a hoop, a cap, and an arched tether connecting the hoop and the cap. The hoop attaches the valve cap assembly to the air valve. The cap removably covers the end of the air valve to protect the end of the air valve. Both the hoop and the cap form a dependable interference fit between the hoop or cap and the valve stem to retain the hoop on the valve stem and to retain the cap covering the end of the air valve on the air valve. The cap includes one or more longitudinal protrusions that form the interference fit.
