Hydraulic arrangement for a vehicle transmission
11543023 · 2023-01-03 · ·

A hydraulic arrangement for a vehicle transmission includes a hydraulic pump for providing a system pressure for a first hydraulic system circuit and a lubrication pressure for a second hydraulic lubrication circuit. The arrangement also includes a control valve connected between a pump outlet of the pump and the two hydraulic circuits and has two different switching positions. The control valve, depending on its switching position, acts as a hydraulic connection between the pump and the system circuit or between the pump and the lubrication circuit.

Reject valve of reverse osmosis device
11524908 · 2022-12-13 · ·

A reject valve of a reverse osmosis device, which is especially suited for brackish water reverse osmosis devices, which require a low system pressure less than 15bar. The valve keeps the system pressure substantially constant in a pre-defined range of the reject volume. The size of the inflow channel is adjusted by a spring-operated cone, which never entirely closes the channel, which forms a constant throttle until the pressure of the inflow has risen to approximately three quarters of the pressure arranged by the spring and prevailing at maximum volume of the reject flow. This operation is arranged structurally such that onto the shaft of the cone is fixedly supported a transverse plate abutting the inner wall of the body, which as pressed by the compression spring is supported by the end of an element connected to the end of the body, wherein the cone is in its lowest position.

Depressurization valve

A depressurisation valve for a cooling system comprising: a main chamber having a main valve, a pilot line having a secondary valve and a blowdown line; the main valve being located to seal a path of the coolant system of the nuclear reactor. The main chamber is connected to the cooling circuit via the pilot line allowing coolant to enter the main chamber, and the blowdown line allows coolant to escape from the main chamber, the pilot line having a lower fluid resistance than the blowdown line. The pressure of coolant in the main chamber maintains the main valve in a closed position, and under elevated temperature and/or pressure conditions fluid is prevented from entering the main chamber via a closure of the secondary valve on the pilot line and reduce the pressure from the valve, moving it to its open position.

Inadvertent actuation block valve for a small modular nuclear reactor

An inadvertent actuation block valve includes inlet and outlet orifices being in selective fluid communication via a chamber. A disc is disposed within the chamber and a bellows is configured to contract at a predetermined pressure differential between reactor fluid entering a reference pressure orifice and control fluid entering the inlet orifice. When the bellows contracts, the disc engages the outlet orifice and isolates fluid communication between the inlet and outlet orifices. The inadvertent actuation block valve prevents inadvertent opening of an emergency core cooling valve when a reactor is at operating pressure that is above the predetermined set pressure range. The inadvertent actuation block valve permits the emergency cooling valves to open and to remain open when reactor pressure is below the predetermined set pressure range. The inadvertent actuation block valve does not impede long term emergency cooling that occurs when the reactor is at low pressure.

A temperature-controlling water valve is provided. An adjusting assembly is assembled within the water valve and includes an adjusting member, a first elastic member, a blocking member and an abutting member. The first elastic member biases the abutting member, and the blocking member is fixed to the adjusting member to block the abutting member from detaching from a receiving hole of the adjusting member. A temperature-controlling assembly includes a valve member and a second elastic member biasing the valve member. Thermal expansion or contraction of a rod member of the valve member drives the valve member to move so that an overlapping area of the valve member and a first passageway of the water valve and an overlapping area of the valve member and a second passageway of the water valve change.
