A fluid control device, capable of acquiring data related to an internal operation of a device, is provided. The Fluid control device V includes a bonnet part installing sensors for detecting the internal operation of the fluid control device and a valve body containing the bonnet part inside, and the valve body has a recess for containing the bonnet part and a slit, leading a communication cable connected to the sensors to the outside, opening one end on an opposite side of a base where a flow path is formed, and penetrating from an outside to the recess.

The fluid control device includes a valve body in which the flow path is formed, a diaphragm isolating a closed space from the flow path, a bonnet forming the closed space between the diaphragm and providing a penetration hole connected to the closed space and penetrated to be able to vertically move a diaphragm retainer, the diaphragm retainer vertically moving in the penetration hole to press the diaphragm and providing an increased diameter portion not to be removed from the penetration hole, a pressure sensor detecting a pressure inside of the closed space, and an elastic body interposing between the increased diameter portion of the diaphragm retainer and the bonnet inside of the closed space and elastically expanding and deflating between the increased diameter portion of the diaphragm retainer and the bonnet as the diaphragm retainer vertically moves.

A valve block body for arranging on a drive mount includes multiple process fluid ducts, between which valve seats are arranged. Multiple drive connection sections are assigned to the valve seats, which are arranged on at least one side of the valve block body. Multiple clamping sections are arranged facing away from at least one side of the valve block body.

A valve device includes a valve body; a cylindrical member provided in an accommodation recess and communicating with the first flow path; a valve seat supported by the cylindrical member; a seal member interposed between the periphery of the opening of first flow path on the bottom surface of the accommodation recess and the lower end portion of the cylindrical member; an annular plate which is flexible, air-tightly or liquid-tightly fixed to an annular support portion formed on the inner peripheral surface of the accommodation recess, air-tightly or liquid-tightly fixed to an annular support portion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member and has a plurality of openings communicating with the second flow path; and a diaphragm that moves between an open position at which the diaphragm does not contact the valve seat and a closed position at which the diaphragm contacts the valve seat.
DIAPHRAGM AND DIAPHRAGM VALVE
The invention relates to a diaphragm for a diaphragm valve. The diaphragm has a functional region and a fastening portion, which surrounds the functional region. In a relaxed state, the functional region includes a central portion, which protrudes on a wet side of the diaphragm; a lateral portion, which protrudes on a dry side of the diaphragm, the lateral portion being curved, at least in parts, toward the dry side of the diaphragm; and an intermediate portion, which is arranged between the central portion and the lateral portion and is curved, at least in parts, toward the wet side of the diaphragm.
DIAPHRAGM VALVE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A diaphragm valve, in particular for fluid media, has a valve body, a diaphragm and a valve drive, by the actuation of which the diaphragm can be acted upon. The valve body and the diaphragm are permanently connected to form a unit in that the diaphragm is clamped in a circumferential edge portion between the valve body and a counter piece and is riveted thereto. Further proposed is a method of manufacturing such a valve.

A pinch valve assembly is provided for compression of a fluid conduit comprising an assembly housing (1); an interchangeable compressor element (2); an interchangeable holder element (3) for holding a fluid conduit, the holder element facing the interchangeable compressor element; the valve assembly being configured such that the compressor element is moveable towards the holder element within the assembly housing for compression of a fluid conduit between the compressor and the holder elements.
Diaphragm assembly
Technologies are described for a diaphragm. The diaphragm may comprise a structure. The structure may be a disc shape with a top and bottom side. The top and bottom sides may be circular in outline. The diaphragm may comprise a diaphragm stud at a center point on the top side. The diaphragm stud may be configured to couple with a connector of a bonnet assembly. The diaphragm may comprise a diaphragm bead on the bottom side. The diaphragm bead may be along a first axis. The diaphragm may comprise at least one tab which may extend radially from the structure along at an outer edge of the structure. The at least one tab may engage with a bonnet notch of a bonnet assembly to align the diaphragm to the bonnet assembly.

A fluid control apparatus includes a piezoelectric pump and valve. The valve includes a second valve housing, second seal member, diaphragm, first seal member, and first valve housing and has a structure in which they are laminated in sequence. The first valve housing includes a second vent and third vent, has a valve seat, and includes six cavities. The second valve housing has a first vent and first vent and includes a valve seat and six first protrusions. The second valve housing further includes six second protrusions nearer the outer edges than the six first protrusions, as seen in the x-axis direction in plan view.
