VALVE SEAT WITH SEAL FOR USE WITH VALVE ELEMENT IN VALVE ASSEMBLY
A valve assembly includes a valve body defining a fluid inlet in fluid communication with a fluid outlet. The valve body has an inner body surface defining an interior chamber extending between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet. A valve element is disposed within the interior chamber and rotatable through a range of positions relative to the outlet providing a high level of precision control of a fluid flow rate through the valve assembly. A valve seat with a seal is positioned around a valve element. The valve seat is configured to self-adjust its inner radial diameter to correspond to the outer radial diameter of the valve element to maintain a portion of an inner seat surface in contact with an outer valve surface of the valve element through the range of positions.
HIGH-PRESSURE VALVE CARTRIDGE
Disclosed herein are components, systems, and methods to improve performance and maintenance of high-pressure fluid systems, such as waterjet cutting systems. Specifically, embodiments of a valve cartridge are disclosed that include a pre-assembled body such that the valve cartridge is able to be inserted into a valve body of a valve assembly without the need for additional assembly or adjustment of the components of the valve cartridge, for example the poppet assembly of the valve cartridge.
Negative pressure pipeline opening and closing device
A negative pressure pipeline opening-and-closing device includes a blocking member and a buoyant member. The buoyant member comprises two floats and a connection rod connected to the two floats. The liquid reservoir is provided with a guide therein, and the guide confines the two floats, the blocking member and the liquid outlet port in the same vertical line. A limiting member is arranged between the two floats and is fixed to an inner wall of the liquid reservoir. A maximum distance between the limiting member and a top wall of a lower float of the two floats is smaller than a maximum distance between a top wall of an upper float of the two floats and a top wall of the liquid reservoir. The negative pressure pipeline opening-and-closing device can replace an existing electrically controlled valve. Therefore, the cost is reduced, the maintenance is convenient and service life is prolonged.
Safety opening/closing valve for easy checking of opened/closed state thereof
A safety opening/closing valve for easy checking of an opened/closed state thereof includes: a ball valve part having a rotating shaft part configured to open and close a flow path of the ball valve part by rotating; a housing part having an upper surface and having a plurality of gear teeth vertically formed along the inner circumference of an inner space of the housing part; a rotating part arranged in the housing part such that the rotating part rotates relative to the central axis of the housing part; at least three satellite gear parts mounted rotatably to the upper portion of the rotating part while being in engagement with gear teeth formed at the inner circumference of the housing part; a driving part including a sun gear part provided as a bar shape and inserted through an open central area of a top surface of the housing part.
Float valve
A float valve for controlling a liquid level includes a valve main body which forms a throughflow duct, a valve narrowing which is formed by the throughflow duct, and a float mounted above the valve narrowing as a valve element. The valve element is freely movable, closes the valve narrowing via its weight, and is lifted from a valve closing position via a liquid. The float has a low center of gravity so that the float always rights itself to a standing position.
ON-OFF VALVE
An on-off valve includes a valve body housed in a valve body housing portion provided in a main body, the valve body being switchable between an open position and a closed position, an operating means that switch the valve body between the open position and the closed position, a discharge channel, one end of the discharge channel being communicated with a valve chamber of the main body, another end of the discharge channel being communicated with a discharge port, an attaching member inserted into the main body and protruding to a container side of the main body, and including a connection portion at a distal end of the attaching member, the connection portion being connected to a container discharge portion, and an insertion portion provided in the main body, the attaching member rotatably penetrating through the insertion portion, the insertion portion being communicated with the valve body housing portion.
Ball valve for a pipe system for conveying liquid or gaseous media
The invention relates to a ball valve (1) for a pipe system for conveying liquid or gaseous media, comprising a housing (3), which has a ball plug (4) and seat rings (5, 6). A hydraulic system (7), which is independent of the pressure of the liquid or gaseous medium flowing through the pipe system, is provided for changing the contact pressure of at least one of the seat rings (5, 6) against the ball plug (4).
Apparatuses and methods using high pressure dual check valve
Apparatuses and methods related to a high pressure fluid processing device having a dual check valve setup that can be quickly and easily maintained with replacement parts are disclosed herein. In a general example embodiment, a high pressure processing device includes a body including a first surface having a first recess, a second surface having a second recess, and a third surface having a third recess, a first subassembly at least partially inserted into the first recess of the body, the first subassembly including a first check valve, a second subassembly at least partially inserted into the second recess of the body, the second subassembly including a second check valve, and a third subassembly at least partially inserted into the third recess of the body, the third subassembly coupling the body to a fluid driving mechanism, wherein the first subassembly, second subassembly and third subassembly are configured to be independently attachable to and detachable from from the first recess, second recess and third recess, respectively.
PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS AND ASSOCIATED MONOFLANGES
In accordance with an example, a process control system includes a fluidic line having a longitudinal axis and including a fluidic connection. The fluidic connection has an axis angled relative to the longitudinal axis of the fluidic line. The process control system includes a primary block valve having an inlet port and an outlet port. The inlet port is coupled to the fluidic connection. The process control system includes a monoflange including a male portion forming an inlet port and including an external threaded surface. The monoflange includes an outlet and a flanged interface surrounding the outlet port of the monoflange. The monoflange includes a bleed port. The monoflange includes a bleed valve adapted to control fluid flow from the bleed port and a secondary block valve adapted to control fluid flow from the outlet port. The external threaded surface of the male portion threadably engages the outlet port of primary block valve.
DROP-IN INSERT FOR A VALVE CAGE OF A PUMP
A drop-in insert for a valve cage is adapted for use with a subsurface pump. The insert can be positioned in a valve cage housing. The insert includes a cradle, a base, a plurality of angled ribs, and an upper ring. In one embodiment, the insert may also include an extended nose region. Upper ring can abut an interior diameter of the housing, providing a smooth transition for pumped fluid, thereby decreasing turbulent fluid flow and promoting improved fluid flow during pumping operations. The insert can be dropped into position in the housing. Alternatively, the insert can be positioned in the housing by an interference fit or the like. The housing and insert can be part of a valve cage assembly that includes a ball, seat, seat plug, and end cap. The assembly may include an O-ring component which can cushion the insert, thereby prolonging the life of the insert.
