Emergency shutdown valves with bypass features
A bypass feature and an emergency shutdown valve that includes such a bypass feature, which is selectively operable to permit a flow of material to pass through the emergency shutdown valve when a shutoff element thereof is closed so as to otherwise prohibit flow through the valve, as well as an associated method of testing an emergency shutdown valve.
Check valve with nylon cage insert
A check valve has a cage assembly set within a cage assembly containment portion defined within a cylindrical housing member, where the cage assembly containment portion is bounded between a first circumferential shoulder and a second circumferential shoulder of the interior of the cylindrical housing member. The cage assembly has a valve seat, a spacer member, and a nylon insert, where the nylon insert has a fluid inlet end and a fluid outlet end, where the fluid outlet end has at least one ball stop member. The valve seat is urged against the first circumferential shoulder by, in respective order, the spacer member, the nylon insert, and the second circumferential shoulder which urges the nylon insert against the spacer member. A ball travel section is defined between the valve seat and the ball stop member and a ball is disposed in the ball stop section.
METHODS AND KITS FOR ASSEMBLING A FLOW CAGE ASSEMBLY FOR DOWNHOLE RECIPROCATING PUMP
Methods and kits for assembling a flow cage assembly are provided. The flow cage assembly may be used in a traveling valve, a standing valve, or a top plunger adapter of a downhole reciprocating pump. In some embodiments, the method comprises assembling a body, a tubular insert, and a retaining element such that the retaining element forms an interference fit with the body and thereby securely retains the tubular insert within the body. Top plunger adapters are also provided, assembled from embodiments of the methods and kits.
Valve body
A valve body, including a first cavity, a second cavity communicated with the first cavity through a second water inlet of the second cavity, a valve core and an elastic reset member; the valve core, arranged in the first cavity and coaxial with the second water inlet, includes a piston and a first ejector rod being coaxial with the piston; the piston is configured to open or close the second water inlet; the elastic reset member is configured to press the valve core to move in the axial direction to close the second water inlet. A self-locking level control valve is adopted. The water purifier achieves no reactive power loss, low emission and safe water quality, avoids frequent startup of the water purification system, and solves the technical problem of the first glass of water brought by the ultra-low pressure reverse osmosis pumpless water purification system.
Hammer union back pressure regulator
A hammer union back pressure regulator is provided. The hammer union back pressure regulator comprises a regulator body, a bonnet, a housing and a flow control member. The regulator body defines a flow inlet, a flow outlet, and a flow passage in fluid communication with the flow inlet and the flow outlet. The bonnet is coupled to the regulator body with a hammer union nut. The flow control member is configured to adjust the pressure at which the hammer union back pressure regulator will allow flow through the flow passage.
DEVICE FOR PILOT VALVE
A device for selectively controlling the flow of hydraulic fluid through the pilot valve comprises a longitudinal axis (A) and a housing, an internal cavity, at least one inlet passage, at least one outlet passage, a guide disposed in the internal cavity, a first seat disposed in the internal cavity, a second seat disposed in the internal cavity, a movable blocking member disposed in the guide cavity, and an actuator configured to control the position of the movable blocking member.
VALVE ARRANGEMENT
A valve arrangement has a valve housing comprising lower and upper housing parts, in which a flow channel with a flow chamber is formed. A blocking device closes the flow channel. The housing parts can rotate relative to each other about a common vertical axis and are detachably connected. At least one transverse end channel section is formed in the lower housing part and extends transversely to the axis of rotation between an opening in the peripheral wall of the lower housing part for the inlet or outlet of fluid and a lower vertical channel section, and/or in the upper housing part a transversely extending end channel section is formed which extends transversely to the axis of rotation between an opening in the circumferential wall of the upper housing part for the inlet or outlet of fluid and an upper vertical channel section.
Three-way solenoid valve
A three-way solenoid valve comprising: a valve block including a valve chamber and a first port, a second port, and a third port fluidly communicating with the valve chamber; an armature; a body; a plunger; and a flow path control assembly that is disposed inside the second body and includes a first opening/closing flow path, which allows the first port and the second port to fluidly communicate with each other or to be blocked from each other according to a magnitude of a force applied by the plunger, and a second opening/closing flow path which allows the second port and the third part to fluidly communicate with each other or to be blocked from each other according to the magnitude of the force applied by the plunger.
Valve device
A valve device includes: a casing including a valve chamber; a valve seat disposed in the valve chamber and including a valve hole; a float disposed in the valve chamber and movable in accordance with the amount of drain in the valve chamber to thereby open and close the valve hole; and a support supporting the float in the state of being seated on the valve seat and closing the valve hole. The support includes a base including an opening and having a frame shape, and two float seats disposed in the base, and the float in the state of being seated on the valve seat and closing the valve hole is seated on the two float seats.
Marine Drain Valve
A valve for use with a vessel drain tube includes a body extending along a longitudinal axis. The body has an outer surface and an inner surface defining a bore extending longitudinally from a first end to a second end. The valve includes an external seal on the outer surface of the body for sealing with the drain tube, at least one internal seal on the inner surface extending into the bore, a retaining member extending at least partially into the bore and being spaced from the internal seal, and a sealing member displaceable between the internal seal and the retaining member. The sealing member is configured to seal with the internal seal in a valve closed, first configuration and to not seal with the internal seal in a valve open, second configuration.
