The base portion is fastened to a first outer peripheral surface of an end on the solenoid portion side in the axial direction of the sleeve, is arranged outside a radial direction of a second outer peripheral surface of the end on the valve portion side in the axial direction of the magnetic attraction core, and comes into contact with the yoke inside the yoke.

The adjustable core comprises a threaded first portion having a thread and a second portion. The thread of the first portion engages a thread extending through the drive unit housing for adjustment of the relative position of the adjustable core with respect to the solenoid.

A servo valve for an actuator is described. The servo valve comprises a housing having a plurality of ports, a sleeve disposed within the housing, the sleeve comprising an axis (A), an inner surface defining a cavity for the servo valve and a plurality of metering holes, each in communication with one of the ports, and a metering rod extending axially in the cavity for reciprocation along the axis to meter flow through the metering holes. The servo valve additionally comprises a first spring seal extending between the metering rod and the sleeve to close off a first end of the cavity and a second spring seal extending between the metering rod and the sleeve to close off a second, opposite end of the cavity.

Magnetic valve

An electromagnetically actuated piston slide valve and an assembly set for such a valve with which an NC valve and an NO valve can be fabricated. Such a valve of the NC construction type comprises a valve housing with corresponding connectors and a fluid passage. A slide coupled with a magnetic armature is provided for regulating a free cross-sectional area of the fluid passage. A first spring urges the slide in an opening direction and a second spring urges the slide in an opposite closing direction, wherein the first and the second spring are adapted such that, in the electrically unenergized state of the coil, the slide adopts a position in which the fluid passage is closed.

An improved electrohydraulic brake valve with overpressure protection is provided. The electrohydraulic brake valve includes an integrated pressure limiting device coupled to a modulating valve and a solenoid assembly. The pressure limiting device transmits an axial force from the solenoid plunger to the valve spool up to a set limit, which corresponds to a maximum output pressure. Above this set limit, a pre-loaded spring within the pressure limiting device compresses, thereby isolating further travel of the solenoid plunger from the valve spool. The pressure limiting device mechanically limits the output pressure of the electrohydraulic brake valve to a maximum level to prevent overpressure in the brake system, adding a level of safety not previously available.
