A valve for a fluid system of a vehicle having a valve housing having a plurality of valve housing openings, a valve body arranged in the valve housing so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation and having at least one flow-conducting connecting channel for the flow-conducting connection of at least two valve housing openings of the plurality of valve housing openings, a valve seal, arranged between the valve housing and the valve body and having valve seal openings corresponding to the valve housing openings, a valve drive for the automatic rotation of the valve body about the axis of rotation, and a plurality of connecting pieces, corresponding to the valve housing openings, for the flow-conducting connection of the valve to the rest of fluid system.
CONTROL VALVE
A control valve includes: a second inner circumferential portion capable of holding a first spring, in a first communication passage provided at a first discharge opening of a housing; and a recessed portion recessed in a radial direction, at a position that is a part of a region in a circumferential direction of the second circumferential portion and overlaps a second communication passage opening in a biasing direction of the first spring. Therefore, when inserting the first spring into the first communication passage, it is possible to hold the first spring with the inner circumferential surface of the second inner circumferential portion. Consequently, the first spring is appropriately mounted in the second circumferential portion, thereby preventing a mounting defect of the first spring.
MULTI-VALVE
A multi-valve for a cooling system of a motor vehicle includes: a valve housing, which has a plurality of inlets and a plurality of outlets and delimits a cylindrical valve chamber, the plurality of inlets and the plurality of outlets opening into the cylindrical valve chamber; and a valve unit, which is arranged inside the cylindrical valve chamber of the valve housing and is rotatable about an axis of rotation between a plurality of switching positions by an actuator. Depending on a switching position of the valve unit, different inlets of the plurality of inlets are fluidically connectable to different outlets of the plurality of outlets. The valve unit has a plurality of fluid channel structures which are offset from one another in a circumferential direction. Each switching position of the plurality of switching positions is respectively assigned a fluid channel structure of the plurality of fluid channel structures.
ROTARY VALVE
A rotary valve includes: a valve chamber in which at least three ports including at least a first port, a second port, and a third port are disposed in a circumferential direction; at least three external flow paths communicating with the three ports, respectively; and a valve rotor accommodated in the valve chamber so as to be rotatable and configured to switch a flow of a fluid between the ports by a rotation operation. The first port extends in the circumferential direction of a wall portion of the valve chamber. A first buffer portion is formed between the first port and the external flow path corresponding to the first port. The first buffer portion covers the entire first port and serves as a space having a circumferential width larger than a circumferential width of a valve flow path.
Valve and fluid tank for a fluid system, and a fluid system for a vehicle
A valve for a fluid system of a vehicle having a valve housing with valve housing openings, a valve body arranged so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation, a valve seal, a valve drive, and a plurality of connecting pieces corresponding to the valve housing openings. The connecting pieces have a circular flow passage area in cross section at a free end of the respective connecting piece, and the valve housing openings, corresponding to the connecting pieces, each have a substantially rectangular cross section. The respective valve housing opening is larger than the flow passage area at the free end of the corresponding connecting piece, and the flow passage areas of the connecting pieces widen in a diffuser-like manner from the free end of the respective connecting piece to the respective corresponding valve housing opening and merge in a stepless manner into the respective valve housing opening.
MULTI-PORT VALVE ASSEMBLY
A coolant flow control valve (CFCV) which includes an actuator having a microcontroller which drives an electric motor, such as a brushless DC motor. The motor drives a gear train, and the gear train drives a valve. The motor and gear train are used to rotate the valve to one or more positions, and thus direct coolant (passing through the valve) between ports. The valve is rotated to different positions to create various flow paths, such that coolant is directed between the different flow paths. The valve is a rotor having three different channels. The CFCV may also include a compound valve, where two valves are connected to and driven by one actuator. The valves may be of different shapes to accommodate inlet and outlet ports of various configurations.
WATER SEPARATOR VALVE ASSEMBLY
A water separator valve assembly is provided, including: a main body, including a chamber, first and second outlet pipe and an inlet pipe; a control assembly, including a valve member disposed in the main body and an elastic plug, the valve member including a base disposed in the chamber and a receiving portion disposed on the base, the base including inlet holes respectively in communication with an inlet channel in the main body, the receiving portion including a receiving hole and a through hole, the elastic plug being disposed in the receiving hole, the elastic plug being elastically abutted between a bottom wall of the receiving hole and an inner wall the chamber; wherein the valve member is rotatable relative to the main body to drive the elastic plug to seal the first outlet channel or an second outlet channel in the main body.
MULTI-WAY COOLANT VALVE AND HEAT PUMP SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME
A multi-way coolant valve and a heat pump system having the same include an external housing in which first, second and third external inlets and first, second and third external outlets are formed; and an internal housing provided rotatably inside the external housing to selectively fluidically-connect the first, second and third external inlets, and the first, second and third external outlets, and divided into two stages through which a coolant flows respectively, wherein as the internal housing rotates at a predetermined interval in a selected mode of the vehicle, the first external inlet selectively fluidically-communicates with the first external outlet, the second external outlet, or the third external outlet, the second external inlet selectively fluidically-communicates with the first external outlet or the second external outlet, and the third external inlet selectively fluidically-communicates with the first external outlet, the second external outlet, or the third external outlet.
Electric water diverter
The present disclosure provides an electric water diverter, which includes a controller, a brushless DC motor, a core and a T-shaped body. The controller is electrically connected to a fixed Hall PCB circuit board and the brushless DC motor in turn. The brushless DC motor has a rotating shaft detachably connected to the core via a connector, which is also embedded with a magnet cooperating with the Hall PCB circuit board. The Hall PCB circuit board obtains a relative position signal of the rotating shaft through Hall induction and feeds the relative position signal back to the controller. A user controls the brushless DC motor to perform phase rotation through the controller and drive the connector and the core to selectively rotate forward or backward relative to the T-shaped body. Thereby, stepless adjustment of water flow from water outlet is achieved.
