An electronic expansion valve and a manufacturing method therefor, a thermal management assembly and a cooling system are provided. The electronic expansion valve includes a valve core assembly, an electronic control part and a stator assembly. The valve core assembly includes a valve base, a valve core and a rotor assembly, wherein the valve base is provided with a valve port, and the valve core moves relative to the valve base to change the degree of opening of the valve port. The electronic control part controls the stator assembly, and the rotor assembly drives the valve core to move. The electronic expansion valve further includes a sensor, the electronic control part includes an electronic control board, and the stator assembly and the sensor are both directly electrically connected to the electronic control board. The thermal management assembly and the cooling system both include the electronic expansion valve.

The holder includes a holding fixture to interlockingly hold the magnet, a fixing section connected to the holding fixture to fix the holder at the shaft turnably fixedly, and a support connected to the holding fixture and the fixing section to latchingly support the rotational spring to generate a rotational spring force on shaft rotation movement.

An expansion valve includes: a main body portion having a valve chamber and a valve seat; a valve body configured for moving forward and backward relative to the valve seat; a case fixed to the main body portion; an excitation portion; a rotor that is driven to rotate by the excitation portion; and a forward and backward moving mechanism that converts a rotational movement of the rotor into a linear movement to move the valve body forward and backward. The valve chamber has a bellows housed therein externally mounted on the valve body and configured for expanding and contracting in association with the forward and backward movement of the valve body, and a space between the bellows and the valve body is held in a vacuum state.
