Systems and methods for torque isolation valve actuator

A low-volume non-rising stem gate valve comprising a hollow stem, planetary roller screw and anti-rotation rods. The anti-rotation rods isolate the torque force and maintain the alignment of the planetary roller screw with the stem and the screw shaft, thus reducing the amount of material necessary to support ordinary operational forces.

Butterfly Valve

Exemplary embodiments are directed to butterfly valves, generally including a body assembly and handle assembly. The body assembly generally includes a body, a disc rotationally disposed inside an opening of the body, a cog, and a stem passing through the disc and the body. The handle assembly generally includes a handle body and a force ring. The stem can be rotationally interlocked relative to the disc and the handle assembly. The cog and the force ring can engage to rotationally secure the disc relative to the body. The handle assembly can include a lever and a grip, the force ring, the lever and the grip being pivotally secured relative to each other. The body can include a male radial protrusion and the body assembly can include a liner with a female radial groove. Methods of assembling and positioning a butterfly valve are also provided.

Balance structure for a regulator

A fluid regulator includes an actuator assembly disposed in a valve body. A sleeve includes a cylindrical wall, a first plate, and a second plate. Each of the first plate and the second plate is disposed in a cavity of the sleeve. A stem extends through the sleeve and is axially aligned with a longitudinal axis of the body, and includes a passage extending partially through the stem. The actuator assembly includes first and second pistons. First, second, third, and fourth chambers are separately disposed between the sleeve, the first or second plate, or the first or second piston. The first and third chambers are in fluid communication, and the second and fourth chambers are in fluid communication via the passage of the stem. The actuator assembly actuates a control element in response to a fluid pressure receivable in the first, second, third, and/or fourth chambers.

A flow rate control valve includes a handle rotatably provided on a first body including a second flow path, a needle valve that adjusts the opening degree of the second flow path in accordance with the rotation of the handle, a scale body rotatably provided in the handle, a shaft portion provided in the handle, where the shaft portion can rotate together with the handle and the needle valve to move the needle valve in the axial direction, a clutch mechanism that can transmit rotation of the shaft portion to the scale body and block the transmission of rotation, and a cam mechanism that causes the shaft portion to move linearly. The clutch mechanism transmits the rotation of the shaft portion to the scale body in accordance with the operation performed by the cam mechanism and blocks the transmission of rotation.

The cartridge flow rate adjusting assembly may further include a sleeve rotatively disposed inside the valve that may include at least one first opening to enable adjustment of a maximum flow rate of the valve within a first range of values, and according to a first scale at least one second opening made in the wall to enable adjustment of the maximum flow rate of the valve within a second range of values according to a second scale. A hydraulic control valve is also provided that comprises a cartridge flow rate adjusting assembly.

Provided is a valve for high-pressure gas, wherein a sheet member is provided inside a through hole formed in a valve body of the valve, wherein the sheet member constitutes a channel for high-pressure gas inside the through hole, wherein the sheet member is fixed inside the through hole by a pressing member, wherein an end opening of the through hole is closed by a lid member, wherein a gasket is provided at a peripheral part of the end opening of the through hole, wherein the gasket is sandwiched between the lid member and the valve body, wherein the lid member is pressed toward the valve body by a plug, and wherein a bearing is provided between the plug and the lid member.

Regulator

A fluid regulator includes an actuator assembly disposed in a valve body. A sleeve includes a cylindrical wall, a first plate, and a second plate. Each of the first plate and the second plate is disposed in a cavity of the sleeve. A stem extends through the sleeve and is axially aligned with a longitudinal axis of the body, and includes a passage extending partially through the stem. The actuator assembly includes first and second pistons. First, second, third, and fourth chambers are separately disposed between the sleeve, the first or second plate, or the first or second piston. The first and third chambers are in fluid communication, and the second and fourth chambers are in fluid communication via the passage of the stem. The actuator assembly actuates a control element in response to a fluid pressure receivable in the first, second, third, and/or fourth chambers.

The actuator further includes a processing circuit configured to receive a first measurement of a characteristic, control the actuator to reposition the flow regulation device in a first direction, receive a second measurement of the characteristic, determine an installation error associated with at least one of the actuator and the flow regulation device based on the first measurement and the second measurement.

Indicator assembly

A regulator includes a valve body and a control element movable between a closed position, in which the control element engages a valve seat, and an open position, in which the control element is spaced away from the valve seat. A stem is operatively coupled to the control element and is axially aligned with a longitudinal axis of the valve body. An indicator assembly is at least partially disposed in the valve body and is operatively coupled to the stem. The indicator assembly includes a rod operatively coupled to the stem and an indicator operatively coupled to the rod. The indicator is arranged to display a position of the control element. The rod of the indicator assembly is movable by the stem between a first position when the control element is in the closed position, and a second position when the control element is in the open position.
