Animal Watering Valve

An animal watering valve includes a housing having an upstream end, a downstream end, a bore extending therebetween, a valve element and a valve actuator located at least in part in the bore, and a plug disposed within the bore upstream of the valve element. The plug includes a lattice structure extending along a length of the plug. The valve element may be a diaphragm disposed within the bore to separate the bore into upstream and downstream portions. The valve actuator has a stem with a stem body extending downstream from a stem head and through an outlet of the housing. The diaphragm includes a sealing surface with first and second annular ridges and a groove disposed therebetween. A stem hat having a cap and disk is coupled to a downstream end of the stem. The disk extends radially from the stem at a location upstream of the outlet.

A control plate for effecting superior shut-off in a proportional control valve comprises a moveable disk-shaped element that has a flat surface, generally perpendicular to the valve axis of symmetry when closed, and translates toward or away from an orifice surrounded by a narrow lip or orifice ridge. Enhanced leak tightness in the valve shut-off condition is achieved by selectively incorporating into the control plate materials that are softer than the material comprising the orifice ridge.

A diaphragm assembly for a diaphragm valve is described, which has a diaphragm which includes a functional portion adapted to cooperate with further components of the diaphragm valve and to separate opposite chambers. The diaphragm further includes a tab projecting laterally from the functional portion and having a through-opening provided therein. A marking element is fastened in the through-opening. In addition, a diaphragm valve having such a diaphragm assembly is presented.

Electromagnetically operated valve

An electromagnetically operated valve, comprises a valve slide with a magnet armature, which is equipped to close a sealing seat in a fluid channel of the valve with a first axial end in a closed position, as well as a sealing element with folded bellows situated between the sealing seat and the first axial end of the valve slide and separates the valve slide from the fluid channel with a fluid-tight seal. The magnet armature is supported in the valve in an essentially non-contact manner due to the fact that the valve slide has a guide pin protruding in the axial direction from the magnetic armature on a second axial end opposite the first axial end, the guide pin being supported to slide in the axial direction; and the valve slide is aligned in the radial direction on a side of the magnet armature facing the first axial end of the valve slide and is supported so it is movable in the axial direction by means of at least one spring element.

A valve diaphragm processed by cold working a small concentric region of one surface has a permanent axisymmetric deformation. The deformed diaphragm can be used in a manner which causes continual elastic compression loading of the diaphragm material. The loading of the deformed diaphragm provides a valve restoring spring force and simultaneously defeats diaphragm tendency toward exhibiting hysteresis. The restoring force provided by the diaphragm can also lessen actuator hysteresis.

ONE-WAY STORAGE BASIN VALVE

A one-way valve is provided. The one-way valve includes a base having a first ring wall including a first aperture disposed therethrough. The base further includes a second ring wall coaxial with the first ring wall. The second ring wall includes a second aperture disposed therethrough and angularly offset from the first aperture. The base further includes a central arching surface. The one-way valve includes a diaphragm disposed on the central arching surface. The one-way valve further includes a cover secured to the base and defining an annular skirt region. The one-way valve further includes a seal disposed in the annular skirt region.

FLOW DIVIDING VALVE

A valve element movement mechanism includes: a first valve stem having one end portion to which a first valve element to close and open an area between one of the large diameter portion and the small diameter portion is fixed; a second valve stem having one end portion to which a second valve element to close and open an area between the other of the large diameter portions and the small diameter portion is fixed; a first bellows having one end portion fixed to a first bellows flange and the other end portion fixed to the first valve element; a second bellows having one end portion fixed to a second bellows flange and the other end portion fixed to the second valve element; a frame disposed outside the main passage; and an actuator to move the frame in the directions in which valve elements are closed and opened.

CONNECTION ADAPTER AS A TEST PORT, INCLUDING SHUTOFF DEVICE

A connection adapter for connecting a process chamber to a measuring system, in particular to a pressure, density or temperature measuring system, which includes at least three ports, having a process port, the process port being connected or connectable to the process chamber, a measuring port, the measuring system being connected or connectable to the measuring port, and an access port, which includes a self-sealing coupling. The connection adapter, furthermore includes a line system, having lines and at least one closable shutoff device. The line system connecting the process port to the measuring port and the access port, the connection between the process port and the measuring port being blockable gas-tight with the aid of the shutoff device, and the access port being connected or connectable to the measuring port via the line system. A measuring apparatus having a connection adapter is also provided.

Fluid control valve

A fluid control valve includes: a drive section; body provided with first port, second port, and valve seat; and valve element formed columnar-shaped and coupled with the drive section, and the valve element includes annular sealing protrusion annularly protruding from end face located on side facing the valve seat, the sealing protrusion being provided at leading end with annular sealing portion to be pressed against the valve seat for sealing and at least the annular sealing protrusion is made of fluororesin. The valve element is configured such that the annular sealing portion is radially displaced with displacement amount of no more than 6.175 m when the annular sealing portion is pressed against the valve seat by the drive section so that abrasion caused by deformation of the valve element in valve closing is restrained and generation of particles is prevented.
