Isolation service valve assembly for motorized zone valves
A motorized zone valve assembly permits the servicing and/or replacement of a motorized zone valve in a hydronic heating and/or cooling system. The motorized zone valve assembly includes isolation valves coupled to the incoming and outgoing ports of the motorized zone valve via union nuts. The isolation valve members can be closed to permit the removal of the motorized zone valve by the loosening of the two union nuts. In addition, the isolation valve coupled to the outgoing port can include a drain valve and drain port to permit the isolation and draining of individual zones of the hydronic system.
Safety Flow Obstruction Holder
A safety flow obstruction holder is for connecting to a tank for storing a liquid
WATER HEATER DRAIN VALVE
A water heater drain valve assembly with T-flow adjustability. The water heater drain valve assembly includes a first valve at the tee in the valve body. The first valve is a 3-way ball valve. A second valve is located on the branch outlet of the valve body. One fitting end of the heater drain valve is longer in comparison to the other end and the drain port. This longer fitting end permits the water heater drain valve assembly to be directly coupled to a water heater.
VALVE CORE REMOVAL TOOL
A valve core removal tool for an air-conditioning system includes a main body. The main body can include a system port, a first port, a second port, and a third port. The system port can be coupled to the air-conditioning system. The first port can be in fluid communication with the system port via a first channel. The first port can include a first valve and a first coupling. The second port can be in fluid communication with the system port via the second channel. The second port can include a second valve and a second coupling. The third port can be in fluid communication with the system port via a third channel. The third port can include a third valve, a third coupling, and a valve core assembly.

Method and apparatus for valve core installation/removal
A valve core installation/removal tee enable the removal and or replacement of a Schrader valve insert without evacuating the refrigeration system. The use of a valve core installation/removal tee also permits the valve core to be removed and maintenance of the HVAC system to be performed without the flow restriction of the valve core and core depressor.
