Valves and control systems for clean fluid pressure equalization and de-energization
A pressure control system configured to respond to high-pressure conditions in a fluid conduit is disclosed. The system generally includes first and second flow restrictors positionable inline on a fluid conduit and configured to block fluid flow in the conduit and respond to a high-pressure event to allow fluid flow therethrough. The first flow restrictor is position upstream from the second flow restrictor and may open to allow fluid flow in response to the high-pressure event. The second flow restrictor provides adjustable flow of fluid therethrough or may open a bypass line in response to the high-pressure event to allow unrestricted fluid flow therethrough.
Steam valve and power generation system
A steam valve according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, includes: a valve body that includes a steam flow path through which steam flows, and a valve seat disposed in the middle of the steam flow path and having an opening portion; and a stop valve that includes a valve stem which extends in an axial direction, where an axis extends, and is movable back and forth in the axial direction, and a first valve disc which is fixed to a distal end part of the valve stem and is abutted against the valve seat to close the steam flow path. The valve stem is partitioned into a first valve stem to which the first valve disc is fixed and a second valve stem different from the first valve stem.
Vacuum pump
A vacuum pump includes a motor, a pump coupled to the motor to receive torque therefrom, and a trestle including an inlet port, an outlet port, and a fluid pathway therebetween, the outlet port being fluidly connected to the pump. The vacuum pump also includes a first valve positioned within the fluid pathway and adjustable between an open state, in which an airflow induced by the pump is drawn through the inlet port, and a closed state, in which a reverse airflow through the inlet port is prevented, and a second valve positioned within the fluid pathway in series with the first valve and adjustable between an open state, in which the airflow induced by the pump is drawn through the inlet port, and a closed state, in which the reverse airflow through the inlet port is prevented when the motor is deactivated.
Flow regulating push switch conjoined valve
The present invention discloses a flow regulating push switch conjoined valve, comprising a valve housing, a flow regulation assembly and a push switch assembly. The valve housing has a first chamber and a second chamber which are isolated from each other, a communication channel is disposed between the first chamber and the second chamber, and a first connection pipe and a second connection pipe are devised on the valve housing. The first connection pipe has a first channel which is in communication with the first chamber and the second connection pipe has a second channel which is in communication with the second chamber. The flow regulation assembly is installed in the first chamber for regulating a flow rate of a fluid between the first channel and the communication channel. The push switch assembly is installed in the second chamber for controlling connection and disconnection of a flow path between the second channel and the communication channel.
BIAS DOUBLE CHECK VALVE
A bias double check valve is provided to receive a pressurized medium at a supply port from a pressurized system. The bias double check valve comprises a first check valve configured to regulate the pressure of a delivery port, and a second check valve configured to relieve pressure of the delivery port. The first check valve further comprises a biasing spring that may be adjusted to achieve a predetermined pressure value in the delivery port. The first check valve and the second check valve are integrated into a single housing allowing the bias double check valve to be easily integrated and replaced in the pressurized system.
