The present invention relates to a hydraulic built-in valve (100) for a valve block (10), comprising a sleeve (110) that is introducible into the valve block, and a closing element (130). The sleeve comprises a first end region (111) which is connectable to a control cover. The sleeve comprises a second end region (112) which is at the opposite end from the first end region and is introducible into the control cover, wherein the second end region has, in a frontal end, a frontal opening (114), and the sleeve forms, between the first end region and the second end region, a shell (117), having an outer side and an inner side, and the shell of the sleeve has a multiplicity of shell apertures (119) separated by shell webs (118). The closing element is arranged movably in the sleeve, wherein the closing element is movable between a first position and a second position, and wherein, in the first position, a fluidic connection between the frontal opening and the shell apertures is opened up, and, in the second position, a fluidic connection between the frontal opening and the shell apertures is closed off, wherein the shell apertures extend along the shell in the direction from the first end region to the second end region and form an aperture height, and the shell apertures have a height/width ratio of at least 3:1.

Electromagnetic valve unit

An electromagnetic valve unit is held so as to be sandwiched between a receiving portion of a housing portion of control equipment and a pressing member includes a shoulder portion to be opposed to the receiving portion of the housing portion and an annular elastic member provided with a protruded portion to be inserted into a recessed portion formed at the shoulder portion. The annular elastic member is further provided with an annular deformation portion that is deformable in the axial direction so as not to press the protruded portion in the axial direction.

TOP-LOADED ROTARY VALVE WITH ELLIPTICAL SEALING

A top-loaded rotary valve with elliptical sealing is provided. The valve includes a valve cartridge with a lower cylinder portion having a first flow opening, an upper cylinder portion having a second flow opening, a rotor, and a gasket positioned between respective ends of the lower cylinder portion and the upper cylinder portion. The rotor includes a stem and a disc configured to rotate within the cartridge. The lower cylinder portion and the upper cylinder portion are mated to the gasket along a plane that defines an ellipse along the respective cylinder ends. The disc has perimeter that is similar to the ellipse, and the rotor rotates between a closed position in which the elliptical perimeter of the disc is coincident with the gasket to prevent flow between the flow openings and an open position that permits flow between the flow openings.

Check cover assemblies for backflow prevention assemblies with integrated test cock protection shroud

A check cover assembly for a backflow prevention (BFP) assembly including a dome-shaped base with an upstanding shroud, wherein the shroud forms an inner area configured to receive a test cock to support and protect the test cock. The shroud forms a gap for accessing the test cock to selectively open and close the test cock while installed in the inner area. The base forms a passageway from the inner area into the BFP assembly configured so that when the test cock is open, a pressure reading of a pressure zone in the BFP assembly can be taken via the test cock. A retention fork is in a slit formed in the shroud so that the test cock is captured in the inner area but the test cock can be removed from and inserted into the inner area without rotation when the retention fork is removed from the slit.

OIL-SPRAY TUBE WITH POPPET VALVE

An oil-spray tube assembly includes a tube having an outer circumferential surface, an inner circumferential surface defining a hollow center, a closed distal end, an open proximal end defining an axially recessed annular seat, and an orifice extending between the inner and outer surfaces. A poppet valve has a radially extending flange and is received in the hollow center with the flange disposed on the annular seat. The valve defines an inlet, a cylindrical valve chamber in fluid communication with the inlet, an outlet exiting the valve chamber, and a valve seat between the inlet and the outlet. A ball is disposed within the valve chamber and is movable between a closed position in which the ball is seated on the valve seat to sever fluid communication between the inlet and the outlet and an open position in which the ball is spaced from the valve seat to place the inlet and outlet in fluid communication.
