Hydraulic valve
12247671 · 2025-03-11 · ·

A hydraulic valve includes a valve housing, a valve cone, a spring housing, a check valve, a first hydraulic connection and a second hydraulic connection. The valve housing has a valve seat and the valve cone is movable in the valve housing between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, the valve cone is in contact with the valve seat and blocks a first flow path between the first and the second hydraulic connection. In the open position, the valve cone is lifted off the valve seat and the first flow path is opened. A spring element is disposed in the spring housing, which biases the valve cone into the closed position. The check valve is disposed in the valve cone and opens a second flow path from the second hydraulic connection to the first hydraulic connection when pressure is applied to the second hydraulic connection.

VALVE CARTRIDGE

A valve cartridge has a head piece, through the center of which a spindle passes, by which spindle a valve can be actuated which bears against a shoulder formed by a reduced internal diameter of the head piece, the spindle being sealed via at least one O-ring relative to the head piece. A reducing bushing which is sealed via a first O-ring relative to the head piece is inserted in the head piece, the spindle being sealed via a second O-ring relative to the reducing bushing. Further, a fitting has such a valve cartridge.

VALVE CARTRIDGE FOR A FLUID PUMP

A fluid pump may include a power end, a fluid end having a cartridge bore, and a valve cartridge configured for insertion into, and removal from, the cartridge bore as a unit. The valve cartridge may include a cartridge body having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, a first valve assembly configured to control fluid flow through the fluid inlet, and a second valve assembly configured to control fluid flow through the fluid outlet.

CHECK VALVE ADAPTER FOR ELECTRICAL SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS

One or more check valves may be used in a motor protector for an ESP assembly. Disclosed embodiments relate to a check valve adapter configured to provide additional versatility regarding such check valves. The adapter may have a first end portion, configured for removable attachment to an NPT screw-style vent port, and a second end portion configured to receive a cartridge-style check valve. The first end portion of the adapter is in fluid communication with the second end portion, and the second end portion can be configured to receive the cartridge-style check valve in either orientation, thereby allowing fluid flow through the adapter in either direction merely based on the orientation of the cartridge-style check valve. Systems for using an adapter with a cartridge-style check valve in an ESP assembly, as well as methods of controlling fluid flow in a motor protector using such an adapter, are also disclosed.

ELECTROMAGNETICALLY ACTIVATED RISING STEM VALVE

An electromagnetic rising stem valve includes a stopper configured to block flow of fluid within a pipe. The stopper is connected to a shaft configured to be rotated via an electromagnetic force generated between magnets attached to the outside of the shaft and magnets surrounding an outside surface of a section of the valve. The rising stem valve is further able to include a second shaft which is directly rotated by the electromagnetic force, to open, closed, and one or more semi-open positions, and which is coupled to the shaft connected to the stopper via gearing. Advantageously, the one or more shafts and any gearing is entirely contained within a gear housing, with the electromagnetic force being generated by interaction with magnets outside the housing entirely, preventing unwanted leakage of fluid from the pipe into the environment.

A CARTRIDGE AND A HOMOGENIZING VALVE COMPRISING SAID CARTRIDGE

A cartridge (1) for a homogenizing valve (100), the cartridge (1) including: a deflector (2) having an elongated development; a hollow case (3) having a cylindrical symmetry, the deflector (2) passing through the hollow case (3) so that at least a portion (2a) of the deflector (2) is inside the hollow case (3); an annular guide (4) fitted between an inner wall (3a) of the hollow case (3) and the deflector (2).

Dart valve

A dart valve comprises a valve housing. The valve housing comprises a valve inlet, a valve outlet, a housing wall and an aperture extending through the housing wall between the valve inlet and valve outlet. The dart valve further comprises a valve cartridge. The valve cartridge comprises a cartridge housing configured to allow fluid to flow therethrough from a cartridge inlet to a cartridge outlet; and a valve plunger slidably mounted in the cartridge housing and configured to selectively allow fluid to flow from the cartridge inlet to the cartridge outlet. The valve cartridge is configured to be inserted through the aperture for removably mounting the valve cartridge within the valve housing, in a mounted position, such that the valve inlet is in communication with the cartridge inlet, the cartridge outlet is in communication with the valve outlet and fluid is able to flow from the valve inlet to the valve outlet through the valve cartridge.

Pressure relief valve assembly, modular pressure relief valve assembly, and hydraulic control assembly having such a pressure relief valve assembly

A pressure relief valve assembly includes a pressure relief valve having a valve bushing received in a valve bore of a housing bore, and a valve body biased against a valve seat by a spring guided in the valve bushing. The valve body includes first and second control surfaces subjected in an opening direction, respectively, to a pressure to be limited and to a control pressure. A fixing device disposed on the valve bushing axially supports the valve bushing in the housing bore. The valve bushing has a radially protruding sealing collar which sits against a peripheral wall of the housing bore and seals an annular chamber carrying the pressure to be limited against an annular control chamber carrying the control pressure. Both the chamber and the control chamber are radially delimited on one side by the housing bore and on the other side by the valve body.
