Cable Buffering Device and Cable Supply System
A cable buffering device includes a bracket, a slide rail, a slider, an upper wheel, a lower wheel, and a driver. The slide rail is fixed on the bracket and extends in a vertical direction. The slider is slidably installed on the slide rail and moves along the slide rail. The upper wheel is rotatably mounted on the slider and rotates around a first horizontal axis. The lower wheel is located below the upper wheel and rotatably mounted on the bracket. The lower wheel rotates around a second horizontal axis parallel to the first horizontal axis. The driver is installed on the bracket and connected to the slider. The driver drives the slider and the upper wheel to move along the slide rail and adjusts a buffer amount of a cable wound on the upper wheel and the lower wheel. The driver applies a predetermined tension to the cable wound on the upper wheel and the lower wheel by driving the upper wheel to move along the slide rail.
Inlet locking collar assembly for hose reel enclosure
An inlet locking collar assembly for a hose reel enclosure is provided. The collar assembly can include a securing member, an inlet member, and a collar. The securing member can include an arm and a clip. The inlet member can include a first end, a second end, and a channel. The first end can be configured to be in fluid communication with a fluid source. The second end can be configured to receive an outlet member. The channel can be configured to receive the arm. The collar can include a first edge, a second edge, a flange, and a recess. The first edge can be configured to receive the outlet member. The second edge can be configured to receive the inlet member. The flange can include a notch configured to receive the clip. The recess configured to receive the arm.
Rotary union for hose reel
A rotary union for a hose reel enclosure includes an inlet member in fluid communication with a fluid source. The rotary union further includes an outlet member rotatably disposed in the inlet member. The outlet member includes a first terminal in fluid communication with the inlet member and a second terminal in fluid communication with a hose in the hose reel enclosure. The rotary union also includes an inlet locking collar assembly. This design allows for efficient fluid transfer between the fluid source and the hose reel enclosure, providing a reliable and secure connection.
System and method for cleaning and/or inspecting a pipeline
A system for cleaning and/or inspecting a pipeline includes a hose and a working device connected to one end of the hose. The working device includes a sensor device for detecting sensor data representing a movement direction of the working device in the pipeline, a hose drum for winding and unwinding the hose, a motor coupled to the hose drum and configured to rotate the hose drum so as to wind the hose onto the hose drum, and a control device connected to the working device and motor and to determine the movement direction of the working device in the pipeline on the basis of the sensor data and to output to the motor a first control signal which causes the motor to rotate and wind up the hose when the determined movement direction of the working device corresponds to a predetermined first movement direction.
ROTARY JOINT FOR HOSE REEL DEVICES
The rotary joint (1) for hose reel devices, comprises: one rotor body (2) and one stator body (3) coaxially associated along a main axis (4) to define a male-female coupling and a duct (5) for the flow of a liquid product; interconnection means (6) comprising at least one bearing element (6) placed between the rotor body (2) and the stator body (3) and adapted to enable the rotation of the rotor body (2) with respect to the stator body (3);
wherein the rotor body (2), in use, can be locked together with the supporting body (7) of a hose reel device (8), the supporting body (7) and the rotor body (2) rotating locked together to enable the winding/unwinding of a hose around/from the supporting body (7);
wherein the stator body (3), in use, is connectable to a delivery tube of the liquid product to be dispensed with the hose.
