FIBER HOLDERS AND ASSOCIATED METHODS FOR MAINTAINING RELATIVE ORIENTIATION OF FIBERS THEREIN
A system for maintaining relative orientation of optical fibers in an array is provided. Fibers extend parallel and include a first fiber and an adjacent fiber. The system includes a fiber holder with alignment holes configured to receive stripped fiber sections. The alignment holes extend from the first surface to the second surface, and the alignment holes include a first alignment hole configured to receive a stripped fiber section of the first fiber and an adjacent alignment hole configured to receive a stripped fiber section of the adjacent fiber. The fiber holder has a wall separating the first alignment hole and the adjacent alignment hole that permits rotation of the stripped fiber section of the adjacent fiber in the adjacent alignment hole without causing rotation of the stripped fiber section of the first fiber in the first alignment hole.
Systems for removing sludge from or distributing fluids in sludge or waste collection vessels
Systems for use in one or more sludge or waste collection devices (e.g., containers, vessels or basins). One such system is a sludge removal system for removing sludge from one or more sludge collection devices. The sludge removal system includes one or more sludge removal grids disposed in one or more sludge collection devices. Each sludge removal grid preferably includes at least one header and a plurality of sludge collection laterals. Another such system includes a fluid distribution system for distributing one or more fluids in one or more sludge or waste collection devices. A movement restricting or prevention member is provided in both the fluid distribution and sludge removal systems to prevent or restrict movement of the sludge collection laterals and the fluid distribution laterals away from or towards a floor of a corresponding collection device without anchoring or fixing the laterals to the floor.
Cable Management Apparatus
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a shapeable conduit. In an illustrative example, the shapeable conduit may have a circumferentially flexible wall extending along a longitudinal axis. The wall may, for example, define a lumen configured to receive one or more cables. Multiple longitudinally extendable manually deformable axial stiffening members may, for example, be circumferentially distributed in the wall. A releasable coupling mechanism may, for example, have at least two mating engagement members. The engagement members may, for example, releasably engage in an enclosed state such that the wall circumscribes the lumen. The engagement members may, for example, be tangentially separable into an open state such that the cables can be radially transferred between an interior and an exterior of the lumen. Various embodiments may advantageously be manipulated such that the axial stiffening members cause the flexible wall to retain cables enclosed within the lumen in a desired configuration.
System of s-shaped conduit mounting assembly hooks
A method and assembly for mounting a conduit on a mounting surface utilizing a conduit mounting assembly. The conduit mounting assembly includes a first clamp portion, a second clamp portion, a connecting screw and a conduit securement screw. The method includes providing the conduit mounting assembly, mounting the first clamp portion on a tile, mounting the second clamp portion opposite to the first clamp portion on the tile, connecting the first clamp portion with the second clamp portion utilizing the connecting screw and mounting the conduit on the second clamp portion utilizing the conduit securement screw and a conduit fastening member.
Anti-buckling mechanisms for catheters
A device is provided for preventing buckling of a flexible elongate member during insertion of the flexible elongate member. The device includes a support frame comprising a first end, a second end, and multiple pairs of support members. The support frame is configured to reversibly move from a collapsed configuration to an expanded configuration when the first and second ends are moved away from each other. The device also includes multiple open channels coupled to the multiple pairs of support members of the support frame. The multiple open channels are configured to allow the flexible elongate member to be top loaded into the multiple open channels. Also, the multiple open channels are maintained in an axial alignment as the support frame is moved between the expanded and collapsed configurations.
Cable management device
A cable management device comprises first and second arms and a base together defining an enclosure for one or more cables. The device includes an attachment and spacer device and a stabilizing clip to releasably attach the device to a support element and to space the enclosures of adjacent devices from one another.

Anti-kinking device
Kinking of tubing can be prevented by use of a device comprising a first clamp, a second clamp, a first rod and a second rod. The first clamp and the second clamp carry the first rod and the second rod to form a frame, and the flexible tubing is secured to the first clamp and the second clamp. The device can be easily moved and adjusted by a user. The device can be attached to any location along the tubing and allow the tubing to bend past 90 degrees without kinking. Multiple devices can be used in series to route tubing in desired route without it kinking.
Pipe hanging system
A pipe hanging system for aligned installation of a pipe from a support system without the use of external measuring devices incudes a hanger assembly having one or more hanger members each having a cradle dimensioned to receive at least a portion of the pipe in a supported relation therein. The hanger members include a plurality of alignment marks disposed on and visible along at least a portion of the hanger member to facilitate positioning the hanger member relative to the support members without the use of external measuring devices. A mounting assembly to mount each hanger member to one of the plurality of support members in an aligned orientation, wherein an aligned orientation is at least partially defined by a portion of the cradle disposed a predetermined distance from a preselected portion of the support member onto which the hanger member is mounted.
Hydraulic hose clamp
A hose clamp for supporting a hose with respect to a machine. The hose clamp may include a deformable clamping element comprising a section of material at least partially surrounding an opening. The opening extends through a thickness of the clamping element and is configured to receive the hose. The hose clamp additionally comprises a support element configured to secure the clamping element to the machine. The support element is further configured to compress the clamping element along a direction of the thickness of the clamping element, thereby deforming the clamping element and causing the clamping element to constrict around the hose.
