Fluid control system

A screw hole of an upstream side joining block is formed only on an upstream side of a flow path port thereof in a longitudinal direction, a screw hole of a downstream side joining block is formed only on a downstream side of a flow path port thereof in the longitudinal direction and, between a guide part and an engaging part, an alignment mechanism aligns the positions of the upstream side and the downstream side joining blocks in a horizontal direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the guide part to a center position of the guide part by using a portion of a reaction force that resists a bending force produced by the tightening force of a tightening bolt on a body and the upstream side and the downstream side joining blocks connected to each other.

CABLE FASTENER
20210324972 · 2021-10-21 ·

An improved fastener for securing cables to metal studs has two main components: a cable clip assembly and a dual spacer. The cable clip assembly supports a plurality of cable clips with three mutually perpendicular planar structures for sturdiness. The cable clip assembly can be mounted directly to the flat side of a metal stud. Mount holes are provided non-coplanar with the cables, to provide easy access for screw mounting. The dual spacer attaches to the cable clip assembly. The dual spacer adapts the fastener for secure mounting to the open side of a metal stud.

Pipe support structure

A pipe support assembly includes a pipe support shell body having a substantially semicylindrical wall portion conforming to an outer contour of a pipe to be supported. The shell body has a length which is greater than a width thereof and has an open top flanked by longitudinal rims and a flange formed at each of said rims. The pipe support assembly furthermore includes at least one hanger assembly adapted to be suspended from an overhead support structure and including an engagement portion for engaging at least one of the flanges of the pipe support shell body. The flanges extend outwardly from the respective longitudinal rims and are each provided with a series of perforations distributed over the length thereof. The engagement portion of the hanger assembly is adapted to be inserted at least partially through at least one of the perforations in one of the flanges.

FITTING ASSEMBLY

A fitting assembly for attaching an elongate member to a surface within a shower or bath area includes a clamp including a collar arranged to receive and abut the elongate member, the collar having an axially extending split, the clamp further including a finger extending outwardly from the collar adjacent one side of the split. A cover includes an aperture arranged to receive the elongate member, the cover arranged to retain the clamp within such that the collar is axially aligned with the aperture. A bracket is arranged to be fixed to the surface and to receive and retain the cover containing the clamp, the bracket comprising a receiving portion arranged to urge the finger so as to compress the collar portion at the split, thereby clamping the elongate member within the collar.

T-slot bar interconnect system

T-slot interconnects that include a body portion and two orthogonally elongated interlock tabs positioned on opposed sides of the body portion are used for building T-bar structures, including grow-light canopies. In operation, the elongated interlock tabs are placed into T-channels of the T-slot bars and/or T-slot light bars. The T-slot interconnects are then rotated to secure the elongated interlock tabs within the T-channels of the T-slot bars and/or T-slot light bars and, thereby, secure the T-slot bars and/or T-slot light bars together through the T-slot interconnects.

ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT SUPPORT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE

A roof equipment support includes a platform, a pair of sidewalls extending from the platform, and a top wall extending between the pair of sidewalls and offset from the platform. The platform, the pair of sidewalls, and the top wall define an interior cavity that extends a length of the support from a first end to a second end. A pair of strut extensions extend above the top wall, and each of the pair of strut extension include a hook at a distal end. The pair of strut extensions and the top wall define a substantially U-shaped channel that extends at least a portion of the length of the support, and the platform, the pair of sidewalls, the top wall, and the pair of strut extensions are unitarily formed.

A pipe support is coupled to an elongated channel for receiving and supporting a pipe. The channel includes a base and a pair of spaced apart sidewalls extending from the base to a top plate. A flange projects downwardly from each top plate towards the base and defines a slot therebetween. The pipe support includes a body portion extending axially between opposite ends and having an inner surface and an outer surface. The body portion includes a generally arcuate bottom floor and a pair of spaced apart sidewalls projecting generally upwardly from the bottom floor. A plurality of axially spaced apart channel clips project downwardly from the outer surface of the body portion opposite the side walls. The channel clips have a leg portion and an outwardly projecting barb portion wherein the channel clips extend through the slot in the channel and the barb portions engage the respective spaced apart flanges to operatively couple the pipe support to the channel.

Combination securing clips
11002383 · 2021-05-11 · ·

A combination securing clip is provided that includes at least two different connectors each securable to a desired surface and a region securable to a conduit. The region can be directly and/or indirectly secured to the conduit. In some embodiments, the at least two connectors include two different types of connectors—and include a push-in connector and a slide-on connector. Thus, the combination securing clip can include a slide-on connector configured to slide on to a surface to secure the clip to the surface, a push-in connector configured to push in to an opening in the surface to secure the clip to the surface, and a directly and/or indirectly region securable to a conduit.

Structural Fastener

A U-shaped clamp to attach or snap a conduit or pipe to a slotted structural member. The U-shaped clamp includes a bottom portion, a first side having a first wing connected to the bottom portion; a second side having a second wing connected to the bottom portion thereby forming a U-shaped structure with the first and second sides. The at least one wing snaps into a strut ledge or a rolled edge of the structural member when in an engaged position. The structural member may be a strut or a receiver. The wings engage and snap into curled ends or lips on sides of the strut and thus may adapt the pipe clamp to the strut. Alternatively, the U-shaped clamp may snap into suitably sized strut ledges or a rolled edges on the structural member.
