CONDUIT AND COMPONENT SUPPORT SYSTEM
A conduit and component support system for support of flexible, semi flexible or ridged conduit, pipe, wire, or similar, herein referred to as conduit which is comprised of one or more attachment points completing the underlying supporting framework for conduits. This system may be comprised of a nonmetallic elastomeric material or similar where a conduit can either be placed on the support or inserted into an insert opening within the support. This system provides support for conduit elongated runs and also to where the joining of conduits is made, where changes in direction are made, or where attachment points are made within a conduit system. Examples: 90 degree turns, tee fittings, couplings, valves, junction boxes, or similar to those previously mentioned. The system may also provide; physical protection, allowance for expansion and contraction, corrosion protection, dielectric protection, wear protection, identification, vibration and shock protection for conduits, the system, or structures.
MULTI-FUNCTION SYSTEM SUPPORT TRAY
A multi-function support assembly supports, grounds, and shields numerous different types of aircraft systems and simultaneously stabilizes aircraft structures to which the support assembly is mounted. The support assembly includes a support tray and a number of support brackets attached to and spaced along the length of the support tray. The support tray attaches to aircraft floor beams or other aircraft structures to stabilize the structures while providing a mounting location for the support brackets. The support tray also provides electromagnetic and structural shielding for aircraft systems and a ground path for electrical and electronic components in the aircraft. The support brackets are formed of electrically insulative materials and attach to the support tray to support various aircraft systems below the support tray and to electrically isolate the support tray from the aircraft structures and the aircraft systems from the support tray.
COMBINATION SECURING CLIPS
A combination securing clip is provided that includes at least two different connectors each securable to a desired surface and a region securable to a conduit. The region can be directly and/or indirectly secured to the conduit. In some embodiments, the at least two connectors include two different types of connectorsand include a push-in connector and a slide-on connector. Thus, the combination securing clip can include a slide-on connector configured to slide on to a surface to secure the clip to the surface, a push-in connector configured to push in to an opening in the surface to secure the clip to the surface, and a directly and/or indirectly region securable to a conduit.
Frame-mounted wire management device
A wire management device is disclosed. The device comprises a clip comprising an upper planar member and a lower planar member, each planar member having an inner and outer surface, wherein the inner surface of the upper planar member includes a post extending toward the inner surface of the lower planar member, a stem extending from the outer surface of the lower planar member, the stem including two outwardly-extending flanges, each of the first and second outwardly-extending flanges including an edge portion extending toward the outer surface of the lower planar member, and a transverse passage extending along the outer surface of the lower planar member, the transverse passage extending across the stem, wherein the stem has a recessed portion along the transverse passage.
Threaded rod locking and ratcheting device and method of making
Trapeze system for suspending utilities from ceilings by threaded rod utilizing a rod locking and ratcheting device having a housing and a locking control lever for adjustably attaching a trapeze structure to the threaded rod suspension. The rod locking and ratcheting device quickly attaches to the trapeze structure by a channel tab that fastens the rod locking and ratcheting device to the trapeze. The rod locking and ratcheting device has a thumb actuated locking control lever that moves in the housing to engage or disengage a screw threaded portion on the locking control lever with threads on a threaded rod inside the housing of the locking and ratcheting device. The parts of the locking and ratcheting device are cold formed from 12 to 20 gauge steel.
INTEGRATING COMMUNICATION LINES INTO PROFILES
A profile for a fenestration system includes a first portion and a second portion offset from the first portion and thereby defining an inner space therebetween. The profile for a fenestration system further includes a retention mechanism arranged within the inner space, and one or more communication lines mounted to the retention mechanism.
PIPE SUPPORT
A pipe support may include a body. The body may include a first side. The first side may include a channel defined along a length of the body. The body may further include a second side opposite the first side. The second side may include a first planar surface. The body may further include a third side. The third side may include a concave surface defined along the length of the body. The body may further include a fourth side opposite the third side. The fourth side may include a second planar surface.
ELECTRICAL COMPONENT HANGERS
An electrical component hanger for securing at least one electrical component to a structure, the electrical component hanger including at least one connector portion for securing the electrical component hanger to a structure and a pair of electrical component receiving portions extending from the at least one connector portion for receiving at least one electrical component to be secured.
Co-molded snap-on support base, and support system and method of using the same
There is provided a co-molded snap-on support base, including a top portion, and a bottom portion co-molded with the top portion. The bottom portion includes an attachment clip for a one-step snap-on attachment to an elongate bar structure. The attachment clip includes first and second side attachment arms. The attachment clip further includes a lateral retaining strip formed on each of the first and second side attachment arms. The bottom portion further includes at least one secondary retaining clip projecting from an interior surface of the bottom portion of the co-molded snap-on support base. The at least one secondary retaining clip is designed to mate with at least one hole in the elongate bar structure, to align and to further secure the co-molded snap-on support base to the elongate bar structure. The co-molded snap-on support base is used to reduce a time of installation of apparatuses for routing elongate elements.
STRUT CLIP
An apparatus is disclosed as comprising a first leg of a strut clip; a first rotatable element rotatably attached to the first leg of the strut clip at a first aperture; a second rotatable element rotatably attached to the first leg of the strut clip at the first aperture, where the first and second rotatable elements may have tapered lower edges; a first notch of the first rotatable element may be disposed on a longitudinal edge of the first rotatable element; a second notch of the second rotatable element may be disposed on a longitudinal edge of the second rotatable element; one or more stops may be disposed in the first leg of the strut clip, where the one or more stops may limit rotation of at least one of: the first rotatable element and the second rotatable element; and a first elastic element may be disposed between distal longitudinal edges of the first rotatable element and the second rotatable element.
