LINE FEEDTHROUGH FOR FEEDING LINES THROUGH A COMPONENT
20180259095 · 2018-09-13 · ·

A line penetration for routing a line through a building part, which has a closure plate for covering a passage opening in the building part and a fastening arrangement. The closure plate has at least one line opening for receiving the line. The fastening arrangement can be fastened to the building part, for holding the closure plate, so that a relative displacement of the closure plate along a surface direction of the closure plate is permitted and the closure plate is fixed perpendicular to the surface direction of the closure plate.

LINE LEADTHROUGH FOR THE LEADTHROUGH OF LINES THROUGH A COMPONENT

A line penetration for routing a line through a passage opening of a building part that includes a first and a second building-part wall, between which an intermediate space is provided. The line penetration has a closure element that includes: an inner part for filling the intermediate space in the region of the passage opening; holding parts, with cross section smaller than that of the inner part, disposed on both sides of the inner part; a straight-through line opening, which penetrates the inner part and the holding parts in the direction in which they are disposed; and a sliding device, which is formed in order to guide the line slidingly and gas-tightly through the line opening.

RETAINING ELEMENT

A method and apparatus for locating a rigid support body at a predetermined location with respect to an aperture in a wall of a facility are disclosed. The apparatus comprises: a rigid support body comprising a through-bore that extends through the support body from a first end of the support body to a further end and through which a flexible elongate member is locatable; and at least one retaining element supported on the support body via a respective connector that selectively allows the retaining element to swivel from a storage position to a deployed position: wherein in the storage position the support body is locatable through an aperture in a wall of a facility from a first position outside the facility to a further position in which at least a portion of the support body is within the facility, and in the deployed position the retaining element is disposed to prevent the support body passing fully through the aperture from the further position to the first position and to locate the rigid support body at a predetermined position with respect to the aperture.

ATTACHMENT FLANGE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
20180187819 · 2018-07-05 ·

An attachment flange assembly for connection of a pipe or tube to a wall comprising a pair of annular flange plates configured to be secured together and to the wall in surrounding relation to a tube receiving hole; each flange plate includes a conical surface disposed in diverging face-to-face relation; a pair of generally semi-cylindrical bushing halves define a split bushing assembly positionable to encircle a tubular member and define a radial outward generally spherical surface. A resilient seal ring is interposed between the conical surfaces and said radial outward spherical surface. In one form, the generally semi-cylindrical bushing halves include an internal semi-cylindrical tube receiving surface with at least one radially inward ridge.

AIR, ACOUSTIC AND/OR FIRE SEALING DEVICE

An air, acoustic and/or fire sealing device comprising an air, acoustic and/or fire sealing insert body comprising molded foam material, the body having a first end and a second end and a bulk continuous with the first end and the second end; wherein the body has an outer diameter, and the body is adapted to allow one or more pipes, fibers and/or cables to pass through the first and second ends and the bulk; and, a flexible hollow sleeve having an inner diameter, a first open end and a second open end, the ends being axially arranged; wherein the outer diameter of the air, acoustic and/or fire sealing insert body is greater than, equal to, or less than, the inner diameter of the flexible hollow sleeve; and, the air, acoustic and/or fire sealing insert body is arranged in the sleeve, is disclosed.

PENETRATION FIRESTOP SYSTEM

Described herein is a firestop for construction assemblies comprising a penetration wherein a packing material and a non-porous adhesive article are used to fill and seal the opening.

Electromagnetic effects-sensitive pass-through mounting assemblies with adjustable offset

Pass-through mounting assemblies include an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, a bushing component, and a cap that are configured to be assembled onto a partition aperture in a partition to retain a tube as the tube passes through the partition. The outer sleeve is sized to fit into the partition aperture. The inner sleeve is sized to nest into the outer sleeve and includes a non-concentric inner rim. The bushing component defines a tube aperture configured to retain the tube and includes an outer rim sized to nest into the inner rim of the inner sleeve. The tube aperture is non-concentric with the outer rim of the bushing component. The cap includes an inner rim sized to nest over the outer rim of the inner sleeve. The tube aperture position may be adjusted by changing the relative angular position of the bushing component, the inner sleeve, and the cap.

ROTATABLE CONNECTOR FOR CONNECTING A FLUID TRANSMISSION PIPE
20170152975 · 2017-06-01 ·

A rotatable connector for connecting a fluid transmission pipe has simplified structure and is easy to assemble. An inner threaded portion of a first covering ring and an outer threaded section of a second covering ring are screwed with each other, a third plastic ring arranged at a bottom surface of an outer threaded portion of the first covering ring is abutted against a first plastic ring arranged at an end of a barrel having an upper opening, and a fourth plastic ring arranged on an inner shoulder portion of the second covering ring is abutted against a bottom portion of the second convex ring so that the barrel is fastened by the first covering ring and the second covering ring. The barrel is capable for being rotated relative to the first covering ring or the second covering ring due to the smooth plastic material of the plastic rings.

RESTRAINING SEAL

A limit stop for limiting the effect of severe accident consequences on process equipment connected by pipelines passing through walls. The stop may be used, in particular, in the nuclear industry. The limit stop installed in a protective wall. The stop is made in the form of an anchor with horizontal grooves and an insert into the pipeline with horizontal teeth. The anchor is mounted on a protective wall. The insert is installed on the pipeline from the outer side of the protective wall. The anchor and insert are made with the possibility of locking the teeth in the grooves during torsion. The insert is provided with a postulated break site.
