Pre-embedded/pre-built-in-hole creating apparatus and pipe bank box having the same
The present invention provides a pre-embedded/pre-built-in hole creating apparatus for buildings, including: a pipe casing for a pipe or a pipeline system of the building to pass there through; at least one thermal-expandable foam detachably accommodated within the pipe casing; an inspection annulus detachably joined with the pipe casing; and a slide cover installed onto the pipe casing and secured to the building structure. The at least one thermal-expandable foam in the hole creating apparatus embedded in the building structure can be removed via the detachable structure for inspection and replacement so as to maintain the flame-retardant function of the hole creating apparatus. Said apparatus further includes an annular shielding plate providing functions of airtight and smoke blocking for the through pipes as well as includes an identifying device providing information, tracking and service associated with the apparatus in order to guarantee long term safety.

Self-sealing membrane sleeve assembly
A sealing membrane assembly including a flange having a body with a through passage. A first sealing membrane defines a first flexible panel with a first axial sealed opening extending therethrough. The first axial sealed opening extends at an acute angle. A second sealing membrane defines a second flexible panel with a second axial sealed opening extending therethrough. The second axial sealed opening extends at an obtuse angle. The first and second sealing membranes are secured relative to the flange such that the first and second axial sealed openings crisscross one another and the first and second sealing membranes seal the through passage except through the first and second sealed openings.

Fire protection element for sealing passage openings in components
A fire protection element contains a layered body for sealing passage openings in components, such as building components, through which lines are guided. A method can be used for producing the fire protection element and the fire protection element can be used for sealing passage openings and/or joints in components against fire and flue gases.

CONDUIT FITTING
A conduit fitting is provided herein. The conduit fitting may be configured to couple to an electrical mechanical tubing (EMT) often used in a fire suppression system. The conduit fitting may include a first cylindrical section and a second conical section. The first cylindrical section and the second conical section can both include a slit extending partially through the conduit fitting.
Bushing shield for fire detection
A bushing shield is used primarily but not exclusively in a commercial kitchen fire suppression system where pipes and EMT (electric metallic tube) carry detection line cables from a fusible link to a detection control. The bushing shield includes a guide bushing and a vapor barrier. The bushing shield minimizes grease vapors and foreign contaminant migration into a pipe or EMT of the commercial kitchen fire suppression system by forming a barrier, while simultaneously allowing the detection line cable to slide back and forth as intended by the fire suppression system manufacturer.
Fire-protection element and fire-protection wrap
A fire protection element includes a mat of intumescent material, a reinforcing liner and ventilation holes. Furthermore, a fire protection wrap is used as a fire protection element of this type.
