AIR HOSE COUPLER HOUSING
A hose coupler housing assembly for air and fluid hoses having an externally threaded cylindrical outer component (2) for mounting recessed on a planar surface encompassing a female quick connect coupler (1). The housing allows a user to insert or remove a male hose fitting into the coupler by depressing and releasing an inner component (3). A rotating dust cover (4) mounts to the top of the inner component with a screw (6) through a countersunk aperture (16) and protects the female quick connect coupler when not in use. The outer component is held to the planar surface with an internally threaded retaining ring (5) which mates to the externally threaded body of the outer component.
A FITTING FOR A WATER TANK
A fitting, and method for mounting the fitting, to a water tank including a wall defining an inlet opening. The fitting comprising a solar shield for mounting to an edge of the wall, the edge defining the inlet opening. The solar shield including a base defining a lower region; at least a first arm extending upwardly from the base, the first arm having a portion that overlies an external surface of the tank when the fitting is fitted to the tank; at least a second arm extending upwardly from the base; and, a solar shield adapted to allow fluid to pass located, wherein the solar shield is adapted to snap fit into the inlet opening when the fitting is fitted to the tank without the use of additional fasteners, joiners and/or adhesives.

Press seal system for sealing against a line
The invention relates to a press seal system (1,2) for inserting into an opening (3) and sealing said opening (3) against a line (20), wherein the press seal system comprises an elastomer body (1) for being tensioned in said opening (3) and a seal member (2) which is decoupled from the deformation of said elastomer body (1), namely said seal member (2) being deformable radially more easily than said elastomer body (1), at least when said elastomer body (1) is tensioned, so that said seal member (2) can be sealed against said line (20) even when said elastomer body (1) has already been tensioned.

CABLE SEALING PLUG FOR SEALING A CABLE OPENING OF AN ELECTRIC CONNECTOR WITH A COMPRESSION SEAL
A cable sealing plug includes a cable pass through opening extending through the cable sealing plug in an axial direction, a compression seal extending around the cable pass through opening, and a locking part having a locking system. The compression seal is transferable to a compressed state in which an inner diameter of the compression seal is smaller than a predetermined cable diameter of an electric cable extending through the cable pass through opening. The locking part and the compression seal are formed as a unitary component.
Sleeve member for filler pipe and fuel supply portion forming device
In a sleeve member for a filler pipe, the filler pipe passes through the sleeve member internally and is positioned with an upper end thereof on a fuel supply portion formed on an outside panel forming an outside of an automobile through a through hole formed in an inside panel forming a wheel house of the automobile. The sleeve member includes an attachment portion relative to the outside panel; a main seal portion elastically deformed and pressed against an inner face facing a space formed between the inside panel and the outside panel in such a way so as to surround the through hole by an insertion into the through hole; and an engagement portion which becomes engageable with a hole edge portion of the through hole positioned on an outer-face side of the inside panel by the insertion into the through hole.

GASKET RETAINER FOR SURFACE MOUNT FLUID COMPONENT
A gasket retainer that is absent sharp corners, has apertures of reasonable dimensional tolerance, and may be conveniently made by a variety of manufacturing processes. The retainer is made from thin flat springy material that readily returns to form after slight bending. Representative gasket capturing apertures are of smoothly non-convex outline with major dimension sufficiently large to allow passage of a ring shaped gasket turned on edge and minor dimension sufficiently small to engage, on approximately opposite circular segments that each engage along less than one third of a gasket circumference, a cavity or groove on the outside diameter periphery of the gasket turned flat parallel to the retainer material sheet. Fasteners may be retained by similar apertures.
AN IMPROVED FIRE COLLAR
This invention relates to a fire collar (10) that includes a housing (11) having a bore that includes a first opening (13) and a second opening (18), said second opening being spaced from said first opening by at least one side wall (12), and wherein the fire collar further includes mounting means (14) for mounting said housing to a supporting structure, said mounting means being located adjacent said first opening. The fire collar also includes a layer of intumescent material (46) contained within the bore, adjacent the first opening, and supported in said bore adjacent the side wall. The fire collar also includes one or more torsion springs (48) which are operatively connected to the housing and wherein each spring includes a first leg (50) and a second leg (51). The second leg (51) is capable of movement between a first or non-operating position proximal to the layer of intumescent material and a second or operational position whereby said layer of intumescent material that is in contact with said second leg, either directly or indirectly, at least partially
