COLLAR ASSEMBLY
The present invention resides in a collar assembly to impede ingress of insects through a concrete slab, the collar assembly comprising two or more base members; and at least one flange member slideably engageable with the two or more base members. The present invention alleviates the problems associated with ingress of insects through a space between pipes and a concrete slab.
ADAPTIVE SEAL FOR CABLE GLANDS
An adaptive seal for a cable gland including a body including a compression portion defining a distal surface and an insertion portion defining a proximal surface, the compression portion having an outer diameter greater than an outer diameter of the insertion portion, a plurality of insertion apertures in the proximal surface, a plurality of tubes extending from the distal surface, each having a closed end and each at least partially tapering in diameter from the distal end of the body to the closed end, and a plurality of channels, each defined between one of the insertion apertures of the body and one of the closed ends of a respective one of the tubes, wherein the body and the plurality of tubes are integrally formed a single piece of elastic material.
WALL PORTAL AND CONDUIT ASSEMBLY
A conduit assembly comprising an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, the inner sleeve and outer sleeve being proportioned to form a concentric engagement with one another defining a longitudinal inner conduit, each of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve having a flange end, the flange end surrounding a conduit port, wherein each of the flange ends have an inner side defining an axial shoulder and an outer side including a radially inner chamfered edge surrounding a periphery of the conduit port and a radially outer chamfered edge surrounding a periphery of the flange end.
CLAMP ON SEAL FOR WATER LEAKS
An apparatus and method for repairing broken, compromised, damaged or cracked conduits is provided. Conduits such as pipes and tubing may bear fluid flows therethrough. Often these conduits are damaged or compromised and begin leaking fluid. A clamp is provided that holds expandable metal securely about the outer circumference of the conduit. The expandable metal may react with any leaking fluid, such as water, thereby expanding and sealing the crack or otherwise seals the compromised conduit in a permanent manner.

SEALING GROMMET AND CABLE FEEDTHROUGH CONTAINING A SEALING GROMMET
A sealing grommet for a sealed feedthrough of a strand-shaped element through a wall, in particular for a cable feedthrough for the automotive sector, is configured for insertion in an installation direction into an opening, bordered by the wall and with a predefined opening width. The sealing grommet has a grommet body with a push-through area which extends in the installation direction and which is fed through the opening in the installation direction during installation, in such a way that it engages behind the wall in the installed state. An auxiliary element facilitating the insertion into the opening is provided, which has a circumferential sliding area containing at least one sliding surface, and wherein the at least one sliding surface bears at least partially on a circumferential surface of the push-through area.
Penetration fitting having compression seals and methods of installing and using the same
A penetration fitting assembly includes a pipe gasket having an annular portion defining a central opening and first and second stem portions extending in opposite directions from the annular portion, an inner ring assembly configured to surround the pipe gasket and including first and second inner ring halves, a ring gasket assembly configured to surround the inner ring assembly and including first and second ring gasket halves, a wall gasket, an outer ring assembly configured to surround the ring gasket assembly and including first and second outer ring halves, and a clamp configured to surround the outer ring assembly. When the penetration fitting assembly is installed, the outer ring assembly compresses the wall gasket against the wall of the sump, the clamp compresses the ring gasket assembly between the inner ring assembly and the outer ring assembly, and the clamp compresses the pipe gasket against the pipe or conduit.

CAP FOR A TUBULAR SLEEVE FOR A CONCRETE STRUCTURE
A cap for a tubular sleeve having a cylindrical wall extending along a longitudinal axis for forming a passage through a concrete structure. The sleeve has radially extending ridges separated into segments with a channel parallel to the longitudinal axis. The channel has a circumferential width W. The ridges spaced apart a distance Z along the longitudinal axis. The sleeve having an inner diameter D. The cap has a cap element and a positioning tab. The cap element has a circular outer periphery with a flat top surface and a flange having a bottom end, and the tab extends inwardly from the bottom end and has a bottom surface that is orthogonal to the longitudinal axis. The tab has an inner surface that is inclined at an acute angle to the bottom surface. The tab has a width smaller than W and an axial length smaller than Z.
