LINING TUBE FOR RECONDITIONING OF DEFECTIVE SEWER PIPES AND METHOD OF PRODUCING AND INSTALLING ONE
A lining tube for reconditioning a defective sewer pipe has an inner film tube, around which is disposed a radially expandable layer of fiber material that is impregnated with a curable reactive resin. The inner film tube has a connecting section that extends in longitudinal direction thereof and connects two circumferential portions of the inner film tube that run parallel to one another to give an inner film tube which is continuous over its circumference and has a defined nominal diameter. The connecting section has an intended fracture site that extends along the inner film tube and can be parted by introducing a pressure medium into the inner film tube in circumferential direction, in order to expand the inner film tube and the layer of fiber material disposed thereon radially beyond the nominal diameter. There is also described a method of producing and of installing such a lining tube.
Irrigation pipe
An irrigation pipe formed from a sheet that is rolled into a tube about a longitudinal axis of the sheet. The pipe has a watertight layer and a fabric layer. The fabric layer comprises a first fiber arrangement including first main fibers having a first orientation and a second fiber arrangement including second main fibers having a second orientation. The first and second orientations are transverse relative to each other and to the longitudinal axis when viewed in the sheet before it is rolled.
Fluid conduit cover installation devices, systems and methods
An embodiment for disposing a sleeve on a fluid conduit includes positioning a sleeve through lead rollers, pressing sleeve edges to flatten the sleeve against its normal geometry, aligning the flattened sleeve with opposing guide channels defined in an passage through a sleeve guide, feeding the sleeve through the passage, and compressing the sleeve in the passage, letting the edges of the sleeve ride against the guide channels to open the sleeve. A length of the compressed sleeve exiting the guide may be cut using a heated device that fuses the sleeve material, leaving the sleeve clear to receive a fluid conduit. A collar may be disposed around an end of the cut sleeve and over the conduit, then compressed, with an end of the sleeve captured between the collar and end of the conduit. This compressing may define at least one raised portion in the collar.
Irrigation pipe comprising axially extending load bearing members
An irrigation pipe is formed from a sheet rolled into a tube about a longitudinal axis, and having overlapped lateral margins. The sheet has a fabric layer and an outer layer formed on the fabric layer. The pipe includes axially extending load bearing members which are in contact with the outer layer. The load bearing members are lacking at least in the vicinity of one or both of the overlapped lateral margins.
Filling needle for use in a tube layer for transferring a flowable medium, in particular a pharmaceutical product
A filling needle can be used in a tube set for transferring a flowable medium, in particular a pharmaceutical product. The filling needle has a needle end for temporary insertion in a filling vessel. Furthermore, the filling needle has a connector end for connecting the filling needle to a filling vessel, via which the medium can be supplied to the filling needle. An inner tube lumen of the filling needle is defined by an inner tube layer made of silicone. The result is a filling needle that can be manufactured inexpensively.
Flexible pipe for transporting fresh water, set for the storage thereof and assembly of a plurality of pipes
A flexible pipe suitable for transporting fresh water is described. The pipe has a circular cross-section when it is pressurized and which can collapse in on itself. The pipe has an outer diameter of between 1 and 7 meters and a length of between 200 and 3000 meters and includes an envelope which is sealed from the transported liquid, and at least two peripheral reinforcing elements increasing the mechanical resistance of the pipe to a positive differential pressure so that the pipe can support a positive differential pressure of between 1 and at least 1010.sup.5 Pa without bursting or cracking.
A TUBE
A kink-free tube is provided. The tube comprises a first part and a second part, both formed by a film material which is a multilayer film material, with an outer layer on opposite sides of at least one inner layer thereby providing enhanced characteristics with respect to burst pressure, anti-kink effect, and opening pressure.
EASY FOLDING WATER PIPE DEVICE
An easy folding water pipe device includes an inner tube, an outer tube and a connector structure. The outer tube wraps around an outer circumference of the inner tube and consists of a first wrapping portion and a second wrapping portion with different modulus of elasticities. The connector structure has a first connector and a second connector, and the first and the second connectors respectively connect to two ends of the inner and the outer tubes. When the water pipe device is stretched by an external force, the first wrapping portion, the second wrapping portion and the inner tube are stretched simultaneously, and when the external force is released, the first wrapping portion is in a contracted state, causing the outer and the inner tubes to wind regularly. Therefore, the present invention has advantages such as easy folding and preventing tangling.
