Systems and methods for injecting electrical cables with a fluid
An adapter probe configured for injecting fluid (e.g., liquid, gas) into at least one electrical cable. Particularly for injecting an electrical cable with a fluid when the electrical cable is affixed to a separable connector (e.g., elbow separable connector). Separable connector may be configured to connect sources of energy (e.g., transformer, circuit breaker) with distribution systems via electrical cable (or cable section).
Split threads for fixing accessories to a body
An accessory is coupled to a body using a connection member inserted into a plurality of lateral recesses of a bore. The accessory includes a complementary connection mechanism to the connection member and is tightened in the bore with a torque. An example accessory is a nozzle for use with a drill bit. The nozzle includes threads and the drill bit includes a nozzle bore with lateral recesses. Partial thread segments are inserted into the lateral recesses, and the nozzle is threaded to the partial thread segments.
Parallel quick release coupling having leakproof arrangements
A quick release coupling includes male and female connector assemblies releasably secured together. The male connector assembly includes two parallel male connectors and the female connector assembly includes two parallel female connectors. A sleeve assembly is releasably connected to one ends of the female connectors. A plunger assembly is provided in each of the sleeve assembly and female connector. A sleeving assembly is provided on each of the female connector and the sleeve assembly. The parallel female connectors can be disconnected from the parallel male connectors or connected together at the same time. After the female connectors have disengaged from the male connectors, leakproof arrangements in the female connector assembly act to prevent water in the female connector assembly from leaking.
Glass washer with adjustable water temperature
An upper cover and a lower cover of a glass washer with adjustable water temperature are sleeved on a spool rod; the top end of the spool rod connect the bracket, and be connected to an upper joint, one end of the connecting rod is sleeved on the spool rod, and the other end passes through the gap between the upper cover and the lower cover, the cold water pipe and the first port in the valve core is connected; the hot water pipe is connected with the second port in the valve core. Use the cold water pipe and the hot water pipe to connect the hot and cold water respectively, and use the connecting rod to control the rotation of the valve core to select different water outlets, effectively solving the discomfort of using cold water to clean the cup in a cold environment.
SEAL FOR SEPARATION DEVICE
Described are apparatuses, devices, and systems implementing seals for separation devices. An apparatus for a separation device may include an end nut shaped to be positioned on one of an inlet side and an outlet side of the separation device. The end nut may be further shaped to mate with a connecting fitting. The apparatus may further include a face seal having a device side and a fitting side. The face seal may be positioned, at least in part, in the end nut on the device side of the face seal. The face seal may be positioned to interface with the connecting fitting on the fitting side of the face seal upon the end nut being mated with the connecting fitting. The apparatus may also include a face seal bore of the face seal being axially alignable with at least one of an inlet and an outlet of the separation device.
FITTING DEVICE FOR MAKING CONNECTION TUBE
A pipe-fitting device according to the present invention includes a fitting body and a flare packing. The fitting body has a first end portion with an inner threaded portion, a second end portion, and a narrowest portion between the first end portion of the fitting body and the second end portion of the fitting body. The flare packing has a double plane surface having different inclination angles and is provided inside a cavity of the first end portion of the fitting body.
Coupling assembly and protective ring therefor
A coupling assembly includes a coupling, a protective ring and two tubulars, the coupling of generally cylindrical shape with a channel therethrough, the coupling having at least one internal thread and two coupling ends and a pin end of at least one of the two tubulars having an external thread for threaded mating therewith so that the coupling assembly provides a connection between the two tubulars, the protective ring including a ring body for positioning adjacent an interior wall of the coupling between the two ends thereof, the ring body being generally cylindrical and having a ring channel therethrough, the protective ring includes one of a tongue and groove and at least one of the ends of at least one of the two tubulars having the other of a tongue and groove.
ANTI-ROTATIONAL PIPE COUPLING
Apparatus and related method for coupling adjacent pipe lengths, for example, a drop pipe assembly that utilize an intermediate coupling member to prevent rotational disengagement of adjacent pipe lengths under the influence of rotational torque. The coupling member can comprise an internal key feature that physically engages a keyed end on at least one end of a length of pipe. The internal key feature can include key members located on each coupling end of the coupling member such that the key members engage corresponding keyed ends of adjacent lengths of pipe such that the coupling member prevents rotation of the adjacent pipe length relative to each other.
Adaptor for mounting a filter to a hydraulic manifold
A filter adaptor joins a canister filter to a hydraulic manifold block. The adaptor includes a hexagonal tool-receiving portion, an outflow passageway and one or more inflow passageways. The outlet flow passageway extends between opposed ends of the adaptor, and is used to direct filtered fluid from the filter to the manifold block. The inlet flow passageway(s) extend between the one end and a sealed region of the adaptor, and are used to direct fluid from the manifold block to the filter. The adaptor includes auxiliary ports formed in the tool-receiving portion that communicate with the inlet flow passageways and permit monitoring thereof.
SPLICE FOR JOINING EXPANDED TUBE TO UNEXPANDED TUBE
A removable splice hermetically joins a tube with an expanded end to a tube with an unexpanded end. The splice is an assembly with a splice body, including opposite first and second externally threaded nipples; a nut threadedly engaging each nipple, each nut including a central opening through which an engaged portion of a tube is received; a spacer received in an expanded end of a first tube and a portion of the spacer extending from the expanded end; an anti-vibration tension ring surrounding a portion of the expanded end of the first tube; a sleeve surrounding a portion of the expanded end of the first tube; another anti-vibration tension ring surrounding a portion of the unexpanded end of the other tube; a seal surrounding the portion of the unexpanded end of the second tube.
