CONNECTING DEVICE FOR CORRUGATED PIPE AND COUPLING METHOD THEREOF
Provided is a corrugated pipe connection device. The device includes a corrugated pipe including a groove and a ridge that are successively and alternately formed, a nut into which one side portion of the corrugated pipe is inserted, wherein the nut has a screw-thread on an inner circumferential surface thereof, a clamping ring being formed in a ring shape cut at one place thereof and including an inner portion formed convexly in a radially inward direction of the corrugated pipe to be inserted into the groove of the corrugated pipe and an outer portion protruded in a radially outward direction from the inner portion, wherein the outer portion comprises an outer circumferential surface, and a socket having a screw-thread on an outer circumferential surface thereon onto which the nut is screwed.
Connecting device for corrugated pipe and coupling method thereof
A corrugated pipe connection device is completely coupled by primarily screwing a nut and a socket after interposing a clamping ring between the nut and the socket, inserting an one-side portion of a corrugated pipe, including a groove and a ridge that are successively and alternately formed, into the nut, and secondarily screwing the nut and the socket so that an inner portion of the clamping ring is inserted into the groove of the corrugated pipe and a distal end of the corrugated pipe is pressed. The corrugated pipe connection device is easily coupled in a simplified manner and is capable of achieving enhanced sealing efficiency.
Fluid fitting
A fluid fitting includes a nut, a sleeve, and a union. The union and the nut may include corresponding stops and corresponding markings. Corresponding stops and corresponding marking may engage with each other when the nut is sufficiently connected with the union. A method of connecting a fitting includes connecting a sleeve of the fitting with a nut of the fitting, connecting the nut with a union, rotating at least one of the nut and the union until a stop of the nut engages a stop of the union, restricting over torque via the stop of the nut and the stop of the union, and verifying a sufficient connection if first markings of the nut align with second markings of the union.
Threaded type valve connector
A valve connector includes a connecting member, a threaded member, a joint member, and first and second connection assemblies. The connecting member is inserted into an axial hole of the threaded member to cause an abutting portion of the connecting member to enter into the axial hole. The joint member forms two threaded sections at two opposite ends thereof. The two threaded sections are alternatively detachably connected to a threaded portion of the threaded member so that a first seal ring of the first connection assembly and a second seal ring of the second connection assembly are alternatively removably abutted against the abutting portion for connecting a Schrader valve and a Presta valve.
Anti-jet joint structure of connection hose of vehicle air compressor
An anti-jet joint structure of a connection hose of a vehicle air compressor contains: an accommodation box, an adhesive supply can, and a connection hose. The accommodation box accommodates the vehicle air compressor started by a power to produce air. The adhesive supply can accommodates chemical adhesive for repairing a tire, and the adhesive supply can includes an open segment and a supply hose. The connection hose includes a first joint and a second joint opposite to the first joint. The first joint is engaged with the supply hose, and the second joint is screwed with a gas nozzle of the tire. The second joint is the anti-jet joint structure and has a first connection assembly and a second assembly. The first connection assembly is connected with or is removed from the second connection assembly having different interior structures and volumes so as to mate with various tires.
JOINT RESTRAINT DEVICE
A gland includes an annular ring, the annular ring defining a gland bore, the gland bore defining a gland axis extending through the annular ring; and a joint restraint assembly, the joint restraint assembly including a restraint base, the restraint base attached to the annular ring, the restraint base defining a restraint pocket, the restraint base including a structural rail; a gripper, the gripper disposed within the restraint pocket and configured to move in the restraint pocket; a spring biasing the gripper to move inwards towards the gland axis; and a cover contacting at least a portion of the restraint base.
Coupling apparatus for coiled tubings of different diameters, installing method for coupling apparatus, and installing method for tubings of different diameters using coupling apparatus
A coupling apparatus for coiled tubings of different diameters includes a bottom joint, a top joint, and a back cap, where a gapped slip sleeve is provided on a fitting ring groove on an outer side of an upper portion of the bottom joint, and the gapped slip sleeve is coupled with the bottom joint via a rotation preventing element capable of preventing radial rotation of the gapped slip sleeve.
HAMMERLESS AND TORQUELESS UNION CONNECTION AND METHOD
A system and method for creating a union connection that is hammerless and torque-less. In one embodiment, the union connection has a male pipe that is inserted into a collar. A plurality of ring segments of a segmented ring is inserted and housed in a groove between the inner surface of the collar and the outer surface of the male pipe. Then a female pipe is inserted into the collar as well. The female pipe engages with the male pipe, and is engaged with the collar. Lastly, a pin is inserted into a hole in the collar that is coaxial with a pocket located on the exterior surface of the female pipe.
Capillary Tube Connection
A plug for connecting capillaries includes at least one capillary tube, at least one sealing, and at least one pressure piece. The capillary tube includes a first inner diameter and an open end section. The sealing includes a second inner diameter, a first end section and a shape adapted to seal the open end section of the capillary tube when connected. The pressure piece is adapted to exert at least axial pressure and/or force to at least a part of the sealing. The pressure piece is also adapted to host the first end section of the sealing in abutment with the open end section of the capillary tube so that the capillary tube and the sealing are aligned.
SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR IN-LINE REMOVABLE PIPE ASSEMBLY
A pipe restraining system has first and second pipes. Each pipe has an axis and a groove adjacent an axial end thereof. A bushing bridges and hydraulically seals with the first and second pipes. First and second clamp rings removably attach the bushing to a respective one of the first and second pipes. When the pipe restraining system is assembled, axial tensile loads passing through the first pipe are transmitted through the first clamp ring, the bushing, and the second clamp ring to the second pipe. An axial distance between the first and second pipes remains substantially constant.
