Pipe union assembly
A pipe union assembly that includes a female end of a first pipe section and a male end of a second pipe section. The pipe union assembly also includes a quick union nut securable to the female end, a retainer collar securable to the quick union nut and a segmented load ring disposed between the male end of the second pipe section and the quick union nut. The quick union nut, the retainer collar and the segmented load ring cooperate to maintain the male end of the second pipe section inside the female end of the first pipe section. A method of using the pipe union assembly to join a first pipe section and a second pipe section.
FLUID PIPELINE CONNECTION DEVICE, FLUID PIPELINE CONNECTION ASSEMBLY, AND FLUID PIPELINE CONNECTION MECHANISM
A fluid pipeline connection device includes a fixed base, a floating piece, a connecting tube, and a plurality of elastic bodies. The fixed base includes a first side surface and a second side surface opposite to each other. The floating piece abuts against the first side surface and the second side surface. The connecting tube passes through the first side surface and the second side surface of the fixed base, and the connecting tube is combined with the floating piece. The elastic bodies are disposed in the fixed base, and the elastic bodies are in contact with the connecting tube.
Fluid transfer connection interface design
A diesel exhaust fluid transfer circuit providing a fluid transfer connector for securely connecting a port fitting of a diesel exhaust fluid device to a diesel exhaust fluid hose. The fluid transfer connector comprises an attachment nut attachable to a port fitting of the diesel exhaust fluid device. The fluid transfer connector further comprises a hose adapter including a fluid conduit and an annular wiper seal coaxially aligned with the fluid conduit. With the attachment nut attached to the port fitting, the fluid conduit is slidable over the port fitting and connectable to the attachment nut, and the annular wiper seal wipes any residue on the port fitting as the fluid conduit is slid over the port fitting.
Capillary tube connection
A plug for connecting capillaries includes at least one capillary tube, at least one sealing, and at least one pressure piece. The capillary tube includes a first inner diameter and an open end section. The sealing includes a second inner diameter, a first end section and a shape adapted to seal the open end section of the capillary tube when connected. The pressure piece is adapted to exert at least axial pressure and/or force to at least a part of the sealing. The pressure piece is also adapted to host the first end section of the sealing in abutment with the open end section of the capillary tube so that the capillary tube and the sealing are aligned.
Dynamic bellows fluid fitting
A fitting for a fluid line that will contain pressurized fluid can include first and second fitting elements with respective sealing surfaces and an indicator element for indicating when a fluid seal has been formed. A fitting for a fluid line that will contain pressurized fluid can include first and second fitting elements with a sealing structure secured in one of the first and second fitting elements, wherein the sealing structure is axially resiliently compressible, one example of which includes a bellows element.
Non-preloaded threaded pipe connection for temporary high pressure piping
A temporary piping system is disclosed for use in a high pressure fluidic system. The temporary piping system including a connection pin including a first sealing surface, a connection box including external threads and a second sealing surface for engaging the first sealing surface of the connection pin to create a fluidic seal, an outer sleeve including internal threads for threadingly engaging the external threads of the connection box to secure the box with respect to the inner pipe to maintain the fluidic seal, and a locking system for preventing the connection box from being separated from the connection pin.
Fluidic connector assembly for quick connect/disconnect
A fluidic connection assembly and methods for quickly connecting or disconnecting a tube to a port by hand and without the use of tools. A body is adapted to receive a tube therethrough, and may have at least two sides which are hinged. Each of the hinged sides has corresponding latching portions or projections located near a lower end of the body. These projections are adapted to fit into a port or other fitting and be securely held in place. The assembly may include a tube extending through a body and through a spring located between the end of the body and the end of the tube, whereby the spring exerts a force directly or indirectly against the end of the tube and against the body, thus holding the tubing securely and sealingly engaged in the port when the assembly is connected. The body may further comprise an additional body or an adapter, and/or a cap and latch. A second spring may be used to push a projecting member into a groove or notch of an adapter when an end of the adapter is inserted into one end of the latch or the body. The fluidic connection assembly is useful in analytical instrument systems, such as for in vitro applications and/or in high pressure applications, among other things, and may be used in methods for connecting, or disconnecting, tubing or a fluidic connection assembly from a port or other fitting or connection.
Connecting kit and product feed unit comprising the kit
A kit for connecting to a processing container a device for feeding a liquid or semi-liquid food product, including at least: an internally hollow pipe having a first end and a second end, wherein at least one between the first and the second end includes an enlarged, external terminal portion; a receiving element provided with a hole for receiving at least the enlarged, external terminal portion at one end of the pipe and with an abutment for stopping the end of the pipe inside the hole; a pushing portion for pushing and locking the enlarged, external terminal portion at the end inside the receiving hole in order to allow locking the enlarged, external terminal portion against the abutment.
UNIVERSAL COUPLINGS FOR HYDRAULIC HOSES
A universal coupling for hydraulic hose wherein the coupling has a male coupling which is constituted by a shank and a universal male part; and a female coupling having a universal nut compatible with the universal male coupling and wherein the universal nut has an internal universal thread and a turning up to the middle of the part in its external part which it is tightened to a piece having two ends or tips, where, the first tip has a turning and an external grooved element forming between them a box housing the nut and the second tip has a terminal head of standard and variable shape, where the terminal head joins the first tip through a segment.
