Provided is a seal clamp assembly for sealing a female and male member together. The seal clamp assembly includes a seal configured to be positioned over the female and male members, the seal having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, a first edge, and a second edge opposite the first edge, and a retainer configured to be positioned over the seal, the retainer having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, a first edge, and a second edge opposite the first edge, wherein the retainer has a serpentine configuration along its length.
Coupling having seal with retracting center leg
A coupling for joining pipe elements has segments surrounding a central space with cusps which engage lobes of a seal to maintain the segments in spaced apart relation in a preassembled state. While the coupling is in the preassembled state the pipe elements may be inserted into the central space without disassembling the coupling, and portions of the seal adjacent to attachment members on the segments seat within a channel defined by the segments between the cusps. When the seal is compressed between the segments and the pipe elements to form a joint the seal deforms so as to withdraw a center leg of the seal from the flow path defined within the pipe elements.
Plastics pipeline with a support sleeve
The invention relates to a plastics pipeline comprising at least one pipeline end (1) and at least one support ring (2). It was the underlying object of the invention to improve a plastics pipeline of the type described at the outset in such a way that the support sleeve or the support ring (2) remains firmly connected to the pipeline even in the event of the plastics pipeline being stored in the presence of high air humidity and temperature. This object is achieved by virtue of the fact that the blow molded pipe section (1) runs through the support ring (2) and, as viewed radially, is pressed from the inside outward against the support ring (2), wherein the pipe section (1) engages around the support ring (2), such that the support ring (2), with its outer surface, and the pipe section (1), with its outer surface, are substantially in alignment.

A quick-fitting pipe fitting assembly for coupling with at least one pipe element includes a pipe fitting body, at least one coupling unit, and at least one gasket. Each coupling unit includes a fixed coupling element integrally extended from the pipe fitting body and a movable coupling element, the gasket disposed at the coupling unit, the connecting elements movably connect the fixed coupling element with the movable coupling element, wherein the at least one coupling unit is adapted for being preassembled with the at least one pipe element and can be fastened by at least one fastening element that is capable of being operated to fasten the movable coupling element with the fixed coupling element.

A pre-assembled pipe coupling includes a gasket, a housing surrounding the gasket, and a fastener. The housing has three segments sequentially coupled to each other to define an insertion boundary. A first segment includes a first mount extending lateral in a first direction from the wall and having a plurality of first lateral walls that define a first aperture, and a second mount extending laterally in a second direction from the wall, the second mount having a plurality of second lateral walls that define a second aperture. A second segment includes a first hook disposed in the first aperture and a first tab defining a first fastener aperture. A third segment includes a second hook disposed in the second aperture and a second tab defining a second fastener aperture. The fastener is disposed through the first fastener aperture and the second fastener aperture.

Coupling assembly for pipes
A coupling assembly includes a locking collar, a gasket, and a retaining sleeve. The locking collar includes a body and external threads. The external threads are formed on an outer circumferential surface of the body. The gasket is positioned between first and second pipes, and the locking collar. The retaining sleeve includes internal threads formed in an inner circumferential surface of the retaining sleeve. Each internal thread is configured to receive a respective external thread of the locking collar. The retaining sleeve is rotatable between an unlocked position in which the gasket seal is disengaged from the locking collar and the first and second pipes, and a locked position in which the external threads and the internal threads cooperate to move the retaining sleeve axially along the locking collar so that the gasket seal is engaged with the locking collar and the first and second pipes.
