A clutch mechanism includes first and second shafts having a drive system disposed therebetween, wherein the first shaft is coupled to a drive mechanism. A fixed clutch plate is disposed on the second shaft and includes a plurality of ramped members disposed thereon. An attachment shaft includes a slip clutch plate disposed on a first end and having a plurality of ramped members adapted to releasably couple with the plurality of ramped members disposed on the fixed clutch plate. The slip clutch plate is operable between engaged and disengaged positions relative to the fixed clutch plate and a biasing mechanism is disposed on the attachment shaft and configured to bias the slip clutch plate towards the engaged position. The biasing mechanism is further configured to be overcome when a torque force of a predetermined load is realized on the attachment shaft.

A fruit press for fruits with a peel has press tools that can be attached to shafts of a frame and can be driven in opposite directions. The press tools comprise two press rollers arranged on either side of a blade and two ram heads underneath the press rollers that comprise press rams that engage in press recesses of the press rollers, with axial stops that are associated with a common carrier and lie under an elastic pretension against stop surfaces of the attached press tools, and with at least one tie rod held in the frame and passing through a blade holder and the carrier for the axial support of the carrier. A tensioning lever is mounted on the carrier on the side facing away from the blade holder and engages with a bearing axle in a carrier-side sliding guide running transversely to the tie rod and with a tensioning axle in a bearing recess of the tie rod. The bearing recess is provided on the side of the sliding guide facing away from the carrier and is open towards the carrier, wherein the distance of the bearing recess from the sliding guide is smaller than the distance of the bearing axle from the tensioning axle.

A machine for extracting puree, or juice, from a food product, comprises a machine body provided with an inlet for introducing a food product. Downstream of the inlet, an extraction section is provided comprising a sieve with a plurality of holes, and a rotor configured to rotate about a rotation axis, operated by a motor through a motor shaft, to apply a centrifugal force to the food product to cause the same to be separated into a main product, comprising the puree, and/or the juice, which passes through the holes and is discharged from the extraction section through a first outlet, and a waste product comprising the skins, and the seeds, which, does not pass through the holes of the sieve, and is discharged through a second outlet. Further, a displacement device is configured to move the sieve with respect to the machine body along a longitudinal direction.

JUICE EXTRACTION DEVICE FOR FRUIT AND VEGETABLE PRODUCTS

A juice extraction device for fruit and vegetable products includes an outer shell, which internally defines a compartment for accommodating at least one juice extraction rotor, which can rotate about a first rotation axis, and at least one conveyance rotor, which can rotate beside the juice extraction rotor about a second rotation axis, which has at least one at least partial accommodation seat for at least one portion of a fruit and vegetable product. During respective useful portions of rotation of the rotors, the juice extraction rotor penetrates at least partially into the seat, for the juice extraction of the at least one portion of the fruit and vegetable product accommodated in the seat. The device includes a tub which is removably arranged in the compartment, in at least one juice extraction configuration, and is configured to accommodate at least the rotors.

A citrus juicer is set forth including a deformable container forming an extracting chamber to receive at least one portion of citrus fruit, and having an opening for introducing the citrus fruit; a frame forming a socket to receive the deformable container; a dividing ridge having a cross-section with a tip oriented towards the extracting chamber, and the dividing ridge being arranged to divide the citrus fruit when the citrus fruit is pressed against the tip thereof; a pressing system to exert pressure on the extracting chamber and against the socket. A method for extracting juice from citrus fruit is also disclosed.
