HOSE CLAMP
Summary
The hose clamp described herein consists of a clamping band (10) with overlapping band sections in the closed state of the hose clamp, on which hooks (12, 19) are arranged for closing the hose clamp, and with a tightening device (15) arranged in the outer band section for tightening the hose clamp around an object to be clamped. The hooks (12, 19) are stamped out from the clamping band under cold working and each have a lug (21, 25). In the closed state of the hose clamp, the lug (21) of a hook (12) arranged on the inner band section and the lug (25) of a hook (19) arranged on the outer band section engage over each other, and the force is transmitted via transverse surfaces (27, 32) of the hooks (12, 19) that are in contact with each other.
Hose fitting and hose assembly for marine vehicles
A hose fitting is provided to fluidly couple a hose to a component of a boat engine. The hose fitting includes a lead in portion having a substantially smooth exterior surface, a barbed portion with multiple barbs configured to sealingly engage with an inner liner of the hose, a grip portion with multiple substantially flat grip faces; and a terminating portion configured to couple to the component of the boat engine. The lead in portion, the barbed portion, the grip portion, and the terminating portion collectively define a central flow passage extending through the hose fitting.
HOSE RETENTION APPARATUS
A hose retention apparatus that has a handle and holding structure which has an interior area for holding a hose. One end of a connecting member is fixed to the handle and the other end is fixed to the holding structure such that the handle and the holding structure are spaced from each other. A passage extends through the connecting member and opens to the interior area of the holding structure. A push rod is arranged within the passage and extends from the passage into the interior area of the holding structure such that an outer end of the push rod is located within the interior area. The push rod is able to slide so as to clamp the hose between the outer end of the push rod and a remote side of the hose holding structure.

BAND CLAMP WITH RIB ON ITS INNER SURFACE
The invention relates to a band clamp (10) for connecting a cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) tubing (14) and a metal or plastic insert fitting (16), the band clamp (10) including a clamping band (18) including an ear-like tightening structure (12) and a closing structure (20) for connecting overlapping portions of the clamping band (18).
It is proposed that the inner contact surface (18a) of the clamping band (18) is configured to abut to the outer surface of the tubing (14) is provided with circumferential ribs (26, 28) protruding radially inward
EAR CLAMP WITH CUPLOCK HOOK-SYSTEM
The invention relates to an ear clamp (10) comprising a clamping band (12) and tightening structure (14), wherein the clamping band (12) comprises an outer clamping band end (12a) and an inner clamping band end (12b), wherein the inner clamping band end (12b) includes a first hook (16) which, in the closed condition, passes through an opening (18) in the outer clamping band end (12a).
It is proposed that, in a top view of the band, the openings (18) are slit-shaped.
VISUAL AND TACTILE INDICATOR
The invention relates to a band clamp (10) with a clamping band (12) having an ear-like tightening device (14), an inner band end (18) having a tongue (20) extending in a longitudinal direction of the clamping band (12) and an outer band portion (22) including a recess (24), wherein the tongue (20) is configured to be inserted into the recess (24) when the tightening device (14) is being tightened.
It is proposed that the inner band end (18) includes an indicator structure (26) and the outer band portion (22) includes an opening window (28), wherein the indicator structure (26) is configured to engage with the opening window (28) and to be deformed when the tightening device (14) is being tightened.
