Pipe connection
The present invention relates to a pipe connection (1), which comprises at least one end of a plastic pipe (2) or metal plastic composite pipe (2) and one connecting element (3) with at least one support body (4, 4a) provided with circumferential ribs (5, 5a, 5b, 5c), onto which the end of the pipe (2) is slid, wherein, for the expansion ratio R(exp) of the pipe connection (1), the following applies:
0.05<R(on)=[D(max)/D(internal)]1<0.35
wherein D(max) stands for the maximum external diameter of the circumferential ribs (5, 5a, 5b, 5c) and D(internal) for the internal diameter of the pipe (2).
SLIDING SLEEVE CONNECTION
The present invention relates to a sliding sleeve connection (6) between an expanded end (8) of an all-plastic pipe (7) or of a plastic composite pipe and a connecting element (1), which comprises an expanded end (8) of an all-plastic pipe (7) or of a plastic composite pipe; a connecting element (1) having at least one support body (2, 2a) provided with circumferential external ribs (3, 3a, 3b), onto which the expanded end (8) of the all-plastic pipe (7) or of the plastic composite pipe (7) is slid, and at least one circumferential collar (5, 5a); and a sliding sleeve (9) made of elastically deformable polymer material axially slid onto the expanded end (8), wherein the connecting element (1) comprises a pre-stop (4, 4a) between the circumferential collar (5, 5a) and the nearest circumferential external rib (3b) to the latter, and said pre-stop (4, 4a) constitutes a limitation for sliding onto the end of the pipe (8), wherein the end of the sliding sleeve (9) facing the circumferential collar (5, 5a) protrudes beyond the end of the pre-stop (4, 4a) facing the circumferential external rib (3b).
Connecting element and pipe connection comprising the same
The present invention relates to a connecting element (1) for producing a pipe connection (6) between the connecting element (1) and a plastic pipe (7) or a metal-plastic composite pipe by using axial pressing technology, wherein the connecting element (1) has at least one support body (2, 2a) provided with circumferential external ribs (3, 3a, 3b) for press-fitting an expanded end (8) of the pipe (7) onto, and comprises at least one circumferential collar (5, 5a), wherein the connecting element (1) between the circumferential collar (5, 5a) and the nearest circumferential external rib (3b) to said circumferential collar (5, 5a) further comprises a pre-stop (4, 4a) for limiting the sliding onto of the expanded end (8) of the pipe (7), wherein the distance between the edge of the pre-stop (4, 4a) facing the circumferential external ribs (3, 3a, 3b) and the edge of the circumferential collar (5, 5a) facing the pre-stop (4, 4a) is 0.10 times to 0.30 times the length of the support body (2, 2a). Furthermore, the present invention relates to a pipe connection (6) between an expanded end (8) of an all-plastic pipe (7) or of a plastic composite pipe (7) and a connecting element (1), comprising an expanded end (8) of an all-plastic pipe (7) or of a plastic composite pipe (7); and a connecting element (1) according to the present invention.
TUBE ASSEMBLY
A tube assembly for delivering a substance is provided. The tube assembly includes a tube body, a sleeve body, a joint member, a handle member and a fixing member. The tube body has a tube end portion. The sleeve body is fitted around the tube body and has a sleeve end portion corresponding to the tube end portion. The tube end portion is fitted around one end of the joint member. The handle member is fitted around the sleeve body. The fixing member is fitted around the sleeve end portion, the handle member and the joint member at the same time so that the fixing member presses a part of the handle member, a part of the sleeve end portion and a part of the joint member inwards in a manner such that the tube body, the sleeve body and the handle member are fixed relative to the joint member.
CONNECTOR
Releasable connector for connecting to a supporting sleeve, preferably made from plastic, the connector serving to connect a functional element to a supporting sleeve, comprising an inner sleeve, the inner sleeve having a standard region for connecting to a supporting sleeve and a functional element for defining the further use, the inner sleeve being configured in one piece, and a sliding sleeve for clamping and opening the clamping of the inner sleeve on a supporting sleeve, the sliding sleeve being arranged on the outer circumference of the inner sleeve in the standard region, the sliding sleeve being arranged in an axially displaceable manner for clamping and opening the inner sleeve on a supporting sleeve.
PIPE CONNECTION ASSEMBLY AND INFLATABLE PRODUCT
A pipe connection assembly is provided including a first pipe having a first end and a second end; a second pipe including an insertion end extending in a lengthwise direction of the second pipe; and a fixing member. The second pipe includes a first protrusion protruding radially outward from the insertion end, and the insertion end is inserted into the second end of the first pipe such that the first protrusion presses radially outward on the first pipe thereby creating a second protrusion protruding radially outward from a pipe wall of the first pipe. The fixing member is sleeved around an outer periphery of the first pipe and is disposed in the lengthwise direction between the second protrusion and the second end of the first pipe.

A sealed sleeve installed at an insertion coupling portion in a state in which a first pipe and a second pipe are insertion coupled to each other in order to seal couple the first pipe having a first outer diameter and a first inner diameter and the second pipe having a second outer diameter and a second inner diameter larger than the first outer diameter includes: a pillar shaped-main body having a main body central shaft; a through-hole formed using the main body central shaft as a central shaft on the main body and having an inlet as a second pipe side opening in an installation state and an outlet as a first pipe side opening in an installation state, wherein in the through-hole, a pressing portion that applies a sealing pressure to the insertion coupling portion is formed in a portion of an inner wall, and an inner diameter of the pressing portion is smaller than the second outer diameter.
Connection Clamping Device
A connection clamping device (21; 61; 81; 131; 151) arranged for connecting a flexible tube (1) to a barbed end (5b) of a connection means (5), whereby the barbed end (5b) comprises a barb (9) and the connection means during connection is arranged to protrude into an end of the flexible tube (1), characterized in that said connection clamping device comprises two halves (23a, 23b) which, during connection when the connection means protrudes into an end of the flexible tube, are arranged to be connected and locked to each other by a locking mechanism (33a,33b,34a,34b; 63a, 63b, 64a, 64b) around the connection means (5) and the flexible tube (1), such that the flexible tube (1) is compressed against the connection means (5) by a rib (41a, 41b) provided on the inner circumference of the connection clamping device.
