PIPE FITTING CONNECTING METHOD AND CONNECTING STRUCTURE

A pipe fitting connecting method and a connecting structure, comprising the following steps of: providing an elastic sleeve (10) at the position of an end opening of a pipe material (20) in a sleeving manner, and clamping the pipe material by means of a clamping sleeve (01) of a push tool; fixing a connecting pipe body (30) to a clamping ring (02) of the push tool, the front end of an insertion end (310) of the connecting pipe body being a guiding-in section (312), the rear end of the insertion section of the connecting pipe body being an expansion section (314), the outer diameter of the guiding-in section being equal to the inner diameter of the pipe material, and a conical ring (316) with a small front end and a large rear end being provided on the periphery of the expansion section; and enabling the insertion end of the connecting pipe body (30) to be forcefully inserted into the pipe material, the pipe material and the elastic sleeve (10) being gradually expanded along the conical ring (316) of the expansion section, and when the insertion end (310) is inserted in place, the pipe material and the elastic sleeve retracting, so as to enable the pipe material (20) and the connecting pipe body (30) to be tightly connected. Without an expansion tool, expansion is conducted directly by means of the insertion end of the connecting pipe body, thereby saving a large amount of working time; the pipe material and the elastic sleeve are evenly expanded in a whole circumference manner, thereby effectively avoiding pipe material damage caused by excessive expansion.

Fluid connector with clamp and protection

Disclosed is a fluid-connection device for connecting a first wall defining a first fluid space, in the form of a flexible pipe, to a second wall defining a second fluid space, in the form of a flexible or rigid disposable pipe or enclosure, in a biopharmaceutical assembly, including a first connector in fluid communication with the first space, the first connector including a tubular nozzle for receiving the pipe by insertion along the axis A, a pipe clamp arranged around the end of the pipe in order to clamp the pipe onto the tubular nozzle of the first connector, a protective cover forming a separate part, capable of being snap-fit in an operative position in which the cover is at least partially surrounding the first connector and the pipe clamp thereof, by way of which the pipe clamp cannot come into direct contact with external elements.

Conduit with connector and assembly thereof

A fluid supply line is provided to reduce the labor and cost required for dripline system installations by providing predetermined fitting locations where driplines can be attached. The supply line consists of a conduit having a side wall, a connector extending through the side wall of the conduit, the connector having a conduit connecting segment extending outside the conduit and an inlet segment extending into the conduit, and the inlet segment being connected to the side wall of the conduit.

Methods of Using Compression Collars for Coupling a Tube to a Tube Fitting

A method for coupling a tube to a tube fitting includes radially outwardly expanding a tubular compression collar from a constricted state to an expanded state, the compression collar having a throughway extending there through and being made of a resiliently flexible material. An end of the tube is inserted within the throughway of the expanded compression collar, the tube bounding a passage. A tube fitting is inserted within the passage of the tube. The compression collar is allowed to resiliently rebound back towards the constricted state so that the compression collar pushes the tube against the tube fitting.

Quick-coupling female element. The female element includes a nipple configured for being fitted into a hose and which is rigidly attached to a hollow body extending along a longitudinal axis and which defines a receiving volume. Radial openings provided in the body along a guide axis emerge into the receiving volume and each receive a lock which is guided in translation between a locking position and an unlocking position. The female element includes an operating ring mounted to slide around the body between a locking position and an unlocking position and which comprises guide grooves which cooperate with pins of each lock. The guide grooves associated with each lock are geometrically supported by a guide plane inclined with respect to the longitudinal axis, so that each lock is driven between the locking and unlocking positions thereof when the operating ring is moved between the locking and unlocking positions thereof.

Sealing structure

A sealing structure includes an inner pipe, an outer pipe, and a sealing ring, where the outer pipe is detachably sleeved on the inner pipe, a slot for inserting a pipe is formed between an inner wall of the outer pipe and an outer wall of the inner pipe, and the outer wall of the inner pipe is provided with a sealing groove for placing the sealing ring; the sealing ring includes a main body provided with a lip; the sealing groove includes a first sealing groove and a second sealing groove, the first sealing groove and the second sealing groove are stepped; the bottom of the lip fits the bottom of the first sealing groove; and the bottom of the main body fits the bottom of the second sealing groove.

Compression Collars for Coupling a Tube to a Tube Fitting

A coupling assembly includes: a tubular compression collar having a tubular body made of a resiliently flexible polymeric material and having an interior surface and an opposing exterior surface; an end of a tube disposed within a throughway of the compression collar; and a tube fitting disposed within the passageway of the tube. The tube fitting includes: a tubular stem; a flange radially outwardly projecting from an exterior surface of the stem; and an annular barb encircling and radially outwardly projecting from the exterior surface of the stem, the annular barb including a frustoconical outside face that extends along and outwardly slopes away from the stem as the outside face extends toward the flange. The compression collar radially inwardly compresses the tube against the annular barb of the tube fitting so that a liquid tight seal is formed between the tube and the tube fitting.
