CONNECTOR AND SOCKET
Provided is a connector including a plug and a socket. The socket includes: a socket body in which a second liquid outflow passage and a second liquid inflow passage are formed; a ball lock mechanism that is attached to the socket body and fixes the socket body to a key ring; and a switching mechanism that switches an open state and a closed state of a rotary valve. The switching mechanism includes an opening/closing arm that regulates releasing of the fixation of the socket body to the key ring by the ball lock mechanism in the open state.
CONNECTOR AND SOCKET
A connector including a plug and a socket. The socket includes: a socket body having an insertion hole formed therein; a columnar rotary valve inserted into the insertion hole; and a switching mechanism for switching an open state and a closed state. The rotary valve includes a pair of convex portions respectively in contact with both ends of the insertion hole to seal an outflow of a liquid; and a concave portion provided between the pair of convex portions and forming a cleaning space) in which a cleaning fluid is circulated between the concave portion and an inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole. The socket body includes a cleaning fluid inflow passage for guiding the cleaning fluid to the cleaning space and a cleaning fluid outflow passage through which the cleaning fluid flows out of the cleaning space.

Seismic conduit joint connector
A system includes a conduit and a gasket assembly. The conduit includes a body and has a bell defining an opening disposed at one end of the conduit. The bell includes a ridge defining a circumferential internal groove, a sloping portion defining an internal recessed area and disposed adjacent to the ridge, and an abutment end inwardly extending from the sloping portion in a direction that is perpendicular to a central axis defined by the bell. The gasket assembly is disposed within the internal groove. The gasket assembly includes a plurality of gripping inserts each comprising a hollow body and an elastomeric gasket having a circular shape and being disposed within the hollow bodies defines by the plurality of gripping inserts.
Coupling and joint for fixedly and sealingly securing components to one another
An assembly having a fitting body, a structure, an annular cavity within the fitting body, a grip ring, a seal element, and a spacing element. The structure has an end that is received in the fitting body. The annular cavity is disposed within the fitting body between an interior surface of the fitting body and an exterior surface of the structure. The grip ring, seal element, and spacing element are disposed in the annular cavity in a side-by-side relationship. The grip ring includes a plurality of first teeth that engage the exterior surface of the structure. Both the seal element and the spacing element extend radially across a height of the annular cavity such that the seal element and the spacing element each contact and sealingly engage the exterior surface of the structure and the interior surface of the fitting body.
ADAPTERS FOR CONNECTING A SEPARATED-OUTLET FLUID CARTRIDGE TO A SINGLE-INLET MIXER, AND RELATED METHODS
An adapter for connecting a separated-outlet fluid cartridge to a single-inlet static mixer includes a lock mechanism and a lock release mechanism. The adapter includes a connection portion that engages the mixer. The lock mechanism has at least one snap arm that lockingly engages the cartridge in a snap fit manner so as to secure the adapter to the cartridge in fluid communication. When in the locked position, separate fluids are evacuated from the cartridge into the mixer where they are mixed prior to dispensing. The lock release mechanism quickly and easily unlocks the at least one snap arm from the cartridge for allowing a user to separate the adapter from the cartridge. The adapter sealing engages with both the mixer and the cartridge so that fluid flowing from the cartridge to the mixer does not leak.
Piping joint and resin tube assembly
A piping joint connects a resin tube to a connection pipe having a protrusion formed on an outer peripheral surface of a distal end portion of the connection pipe. The piping joint includes a housing press-fitted into the resin tube and an elastically extendable and contractible seal member into which the connection pipe is inserted such that sealing is performed between the connection pipe and the seal member. The housing has a first housing portion positioned in one end portion and having an outer peripheral surface side press-fitted into the resin tube and a second housing portion positioned in the other end portion. The seal member has a first seal portion inserted on an inner peripheral surface side of the second housing portion.

Female coupling element and fluid coupling comprising a male coupling element and said female coupling element
A fluid female coupling element (11), comprising a female body (21), able to receive a male coupling element (2), a bolt (41), mounted sliding transversely between a holding position and a releasing position of the male coupling element and a plunger (51), movable between forward and rear positions. To automatically oppose the removal of the male element fitted within it, even if the male element has a reduced length, the female coupling element (11) comprises a memory ring (61), movable between an advanced position for holding the bolt (41) in the releasing position and a withdrawn position allowing the movement of the bolt (41) toward its holding position, the plunger (51) driving the memory ring (61) toward the withdrawn position when the plunger moves toward the rear position and the memory ring being in the advanced position in the uncoupled position.
