PLUG FOR VEHICLE
A plug for a vehicle includes: a body portion; a plurality of insertion portions configured to be inserted into a through-hole provided in a housing; and a flange portion having a notch formed on an outer periphery so as to restrict a rotation of the body portion around an axial center. The insertion portions are formed at two positions opposed to each other across a straight line passing through the notch and the axial center and are provided with retaining lugs engageable with the through-hole.

Subassemblies for air conditioners and other mechanical systems, and methods of assembling the same. In some embodiments, the subassemblies facilitate the proper installation, alignment, and servicing of hoses leading to and from thermal expansion valves in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The subassemblies can be particularly helpful when installing thermal expansion valves in areas that are hard to reach or of limited space.
Pipe holding connection structure and high frequency antenna device including the same
Provided is a pipe holding connection structure configured so that the width of the entire structure is reduced and so that the number of parts and the number of assembly work processes are reduced. This pipe holding connection structure is provided with: a housing affixed so as to air-tightly close the opening of a vacuum container; a first pipe having a portion near an end portion thereof extending through both the opening and the housing; and a second pipe having a female thread part engaging with a male thread part located at the end portion. The pipe has a locking part. Fluid is caused to flow through both the pipes. Pieces of packing are provided between the pipe and the housing and between the pipe and an end portion of the pipe, respectively. This pipe holding connection structure can be used for a high-frequency antenna device.
CONNECTION DEVICES FOR FLUIDIC DEVICES
Connection devices for connecting together a filter, a regulator, and a lubricator, which constitute a fluidic unit, are each provided with: a base member having a hole; a pair of first and second fastening members which are mounted to one side surface and the other side surface of the base members; and first and second holders held by the first and second fastening members. The first and second holders are engaged with the engagement protrusions of the filter, the regulator, and the lubricator, and first and second nuts are engaged with the first and second fastening members through threads to connect the fluidic devices together through the first and second holders. Caps are fitted over the first holders and the first nuts.
CONNECTOR
A connector for a component fitting assembly of an air conditioning system includes a substantially planar plate having a recessed portion and a slot portion. The recessed portion and the slot portion are formed in the plate to define an opening for receiving a conduit therein. A method for coupling the conduit to the connector includes the step of urging at least the portion of the conduit through the slot portion and into the recessed portion of the plate, whereby the at least the portion of the conduit is deformed to correspond with a configuration of the opening to militate against disengagement between the plate and the at least the portion of the conduit disposed in the opening of the plate.
CONNECTION ARRANGEMENT DEVICE AND MEHTOD FOR FLUID LINE
A connection arrangement device for making a secure connection with at least one tube in a fluid line includes at least one adapter body having a passage bore with at least two outlets, and a mating block which is formed with at least one component and also has at least one channel receiving the adapter body. The adapter body includes a retention feature formed outside the adapter body and the mating block includes a mating feature formed inside the channel. Further, the retention feature of the adapter body is configured to interact with the mating feature of the mating block when the adapter body is coupled to the channel of the mating block such that the adapter body is securely retained within the channel of the mating block.
Pipe joining structure
A pipe joining structure adapted to join a pipe to a fluid passage of an equipment housing. An end portion of a pipe is bent by about 90 degrees to form a bend portion and a tip of the bend portion is fitted into an opening of the fluid passage. The pipe joining structure includes a stay fitted over the bend portion of the pipe, a tip of the pipe is formed with a flange, and an O-ring fitted between the stay and the flange of the pipe. The tip of the pipe is joined to the equipment housing by fixing the stay to the equipment housing.
Heat exchanger housing connection
A stub connection for a heat exchanger that is arranged in a housing. The stub connection includes a first part which is fastened to the heat exchanger and a second part which has a stub shank extending through an opening in the housing and is seated in a hole of the first part. The stub connection also includes at least two seals. The first seal is an annular seal, which is seated in a groove of the stub shank and the second seal is a gasket, which is arranged between the opening, the stub shank, and the first part. The first seal is seated in the hole and seals between the stub shank and the first part.
Port Connection for a Heat Exchanger
A port connection includes a first element, a second element, and a seal. The first element has a first sleeve and a first flange. The first sleeve is configured to slide into a port disposed through a pressure plate of the plate heat exchanger and the first flange having a first bearing surface to bear upon a first face of the pressure plate. The second element has a second sleeve and a second flange. The second sleeve is configured to slide into the port and the second flange having a second bearing surface to bear upon a second face of the pressure plate. The seal is generated in response to the first sleeve telescoping into the second sleeve.
Connector apparatus and docking station connection therewtih
A connector apparatus including a body, a fluid supply connection subassembly and a docking station connection subassembly. The body defines a fluid passageway including a first passageway portion and a second passageway portion generally perpendicular to the first passageway portion. The first passageway portion including a first end outlet and the second passageway portion including a second end outlet. The fluid supply connection subassembly is at the first end of the body and includes an elongated probe defined by the first end outlet. The docking station connection subassembly is at the second end of the body and includes an elongated spout defining the second end outlet. The elongated spout extends from a frame including an outside surface and a base rim. The base rim defines a plane with the elongated spout extending therebeyond.
