Press-in connecting piece for pipe connection and tool for a press-in connecting piece
A press-in connecting piece for connecting a branch pipe to a pipe in the region of a branch opening. The connecting piece includes a pipe adapter having an inner opening, and a press-in nozzle having a pipe socket, wherein the pipe adapter has a sealing surface for resting in a sealing manner on the outer wall of the pipe, wherein the pipe socket has a tapering end portion remote from the pipe adapter.
Frac manifold and systems
Missile flow lines are incorporated into frac manifolds, especially trailered or skidded frac manifolds. The missiles manifold the discharge from a plurality of pumps and comprise at least two junction fittings joined by spooled pipe. The junction fittings comprise a body having a primary bore and at least two feed bores. The intersections of the feed bores with the primary bore are offset axially from each other along the primary bore. The junction fittings are joined by flange unions to at least one spooled pipe such a that the junction fittings and spooled pipe form a conduit including the primary bores. A discharge line from a pump may be joined to each feed union face of the junction fittings by a flange union. Thus, the discharge from the pumps may be manifolded into the conduit.
Flowline junction fittings for frac systems
Flowline junction fittings are assembled to missiles of frac manifolds. The fittings have a body with a primary bore, at least four secondary bores, and a tertiary bore. The bores extend from union faces adapted for connection to flowline components by a flange union. The tertiary bore intersects with the primary bore at an angle of approximately 90. Goat head fittings are assembled to well heads. The goat heads have a body with a primary bore and at least four secondary bores. The bores extend from union faces adapted for connection to flowline components by a flange union. The intersections between the secondary bores and the primary bore have an interior angle of substantially less than 90.
Flowline junction fitting with long-sweep bore
Missile flow lines are incorporated into frac manifolds, especially trailered or skidded frac manifolds. The missiles manifold the discharge from a plurality of pumps and comprise at least two junction fittings joined by spooled pipe. The junction fittings comprise a body having a primary bore and at least two feed bores. The intersections of the feed bores with the primary bore are offset axially from each other along the primary bore. The junction fittings are joined by flange unions to at least one spooled pipe such that the junction fittings and spooled pipe form a conduit including the primary bores. A discharge line from a pump may be joined to each feed union face of the junction fittings by a flange union. Thus, the discharge from the pumps may be manifolded into the conduit.
FLUID SYSTEM CONNECTOR
A universal fluid system connector creates an airtight seal between a variety of smoke evacuation system receptacles and various hoses. The universal connector includes a body and a seal having a plurality of radially extending flexible fins. A plurality of fins on the seal are disposed along the length of the body with the outer edges of the fins forming a frustoconical shape. The fins also include one or more flexion zones of various stiffness and one or more flexible fin extensions. The fins deform against the inner wall of a receptacle and form an airtight friction fit between the universal connector and the receptacle, regardless of the taper angle, size, threads, or other features of the receptacle.
CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF PIPE
In a connection structure of a pipe in which a first pipe provided outside a case and a second pipe provided inside the case are connected via a gasket while sealing a space between the first pipe and a through hole provided on a wall body of the case and a space between the through hole and the second pipe, the gasket has a tubular first holding portion, an inner circumferential first lip portion, an outer circumferential lip portion, a tubular second holding portion, and an inner circumferential second lip portion. Resistance applied on the first holding portion including the inner circumferential first lip portion when the first pipe is pulled out of the through hole is smaller than total of resistance generated in the outer circumferential lip portion against pull-out direction and resistance generated in the inner circumferential second lip portion against pull-out direction.
CONDUIT BOOT WITH BUSHING
An assembly for sealing an interface between a conduit and a case includes a boot and a bushing. The boot includes a tube and rubber flange. The rubber flange extends generally radially outward from the tube. The rubber flange includes an opening passing through a portion of the rubber flange. The bushing is disposed in the rubber flange and includes a tubular body, a channel, and a lip. The tubular body is disposed in the opening of the rubber flange. The channel extends through a center of the body. The lip is generally flat and extends radially outward from the tubular body. The lip is in contact and engages with the rubber flange so as to compress the rubber flange against the case.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger (1) includes a heat exchanging body (20) disposed within an outer box (10). A supply pipe (21) and a discharge pipe (22) in fluid communication with the heat exchanging body (20) respectively extend through first and second insertion holes (31, 32) in the outer box (10). Elastic seal members (40; 240) are respectively provided around the supply pipe (21) and the discharge pipe (22) and between a first sidewall (11) of the outer box (10) and the heat exchanging body (20). At least one biasing member (50; 250) exerts a lateral biasing force (F1; F2) on the elastic seal members (40; 240), thereby maintaining the elastic seal members (40; 240) in a state of compressive deformation and contacting the outer box (10) and the heat exchanging body (20) in an air-tight manner to block potential leakage paths (LP1; LP2) via the insertion holes (31, 32).
Expandable sealing mechanism
A sealing assembly has an expansion band having an arcuate band portion and a pair of threaded end portions formed at opposing ends of the arcuate band, in which the arcuate band and threaded end portions are monolithically formed as a single piece. Fixed within respective threaded end portions are a pair of oppositely threaded nuts adapted to receive a bolt having correspondingly oppositely threaded ends. Rotation of the bolt causes the threaded end portions to be simultaneously driven apart or drawn toward one another (depending on the rotation direction of the bolt) to thereby expand or contract the overall outer profile of the arcuate band portion. The monolithically formed expansion band may be made of an inexpensive, non-rusting material such as nylon 66, and glass fibers and/or additives may be employed to impart strength and flexibility.
Snap tap mounting jig

The snap tag mounting jig is also characterized as follows. The diameter enlarging roller is formed into a hyperboloid shape, and the recessed portion is formed such that a substantially upper half portion of the diameter enlarging roller mounted obliquely is formed into a substantially tapered shape, and a substantially lower half portion of the diameter enlarging roller mounted obliquely is formed into a rounded shape. An inclination angle of the diameter enlarging roller mounted obliquely falls within a range of from 65 degrees to 77 degrees, and a recessed groove portion is formed on an upper end surface and a lower end surface of the diameter enlarging roller, and a shim is fitted into the recessed groove portion.
