MIXED FEMALE CONNECTOR OR PORT
Some embodiments are directed to a female port, which is suitable for receiving, in a tightness manner, alternatively, two male connectors of two different given types having the same thread pitch and diameter, comprises a female thread suitable for receiving one of the threads of the two male connectors and two first parts of two different sealing devices, one having a seal and the other being metal-on-metal, each compatible with one of said male connectors, each of a given type different to the other.

Tank retro-fitting collar with square o-rings
A collar for use on a water filtration tank adapter. The collar is formed as a ring adapted to thread onto the tank connection end of the adapter and abut the nut portion between the tank connection end and the pipe end of adapter. An o-ring, square in cross-section, is disposed on a top surface of the collar, offset medially towards the center. This top o-ring is adapted to abut the nut portion of the adapter. Another o-ring, square in cross-section, is disposed on the bottom surface, offset medially away from the center. This bottom o-ring is adapted to abut the tank head upon use. Accordingly, a water-tight seal is formed at the tank connection end and tank head, the collar functioning as both a positive stop and as a substitute for pipe tape.
Screw connection system
A screw-connection system for connecting a long-shaped part with a terminal geometry includes at least a pressure element, a terminal part, and a seal. The pressure element has at least one contact-wall section with a contact surface. The seal has at least one outer radial-seal surface and at least one axial-seal surface. The outer radial-seal surface of the seal interacts in a sealing manner at least partially with the contact surface of the contact-wall section and the axial-seal surface is configured at least for partial sealing with the terminal geometry.
Wafer scoop assembly and method
A tubular scoop that may be utilized with various assemblies for sampling fluid in a pipeline. The scoop has a bend with a bend radius that is from two to four times the diameter of the scoop. The scoop defines a scoop face that is parallel to an axis of the tubular of the scoop. The scoop is mountable with a threaded connection that seals around the tubular. An additional seal with a compression nut allows orientation of the scoop within the pipeline whereupon the scoop orientation is fixed by tightening the compression nut.

Air distributor
An air distributor may include a thin-wall main pipe (10) and branch pipes (48) distributed on the main pipe. The branch pipes may be symmetrically fixed on the main pipe by locking device disposed in the main pipe. Welding is not needed, and disassembly and maintenance are easy. The main pipe is thin-wall pipe, therefore the weight of the device is greatly reduced, and the production cost is decreased.

Hygienic coupling system
A conduit clamping and sealing system includes: a bearing element including: a back segment with an external back thread for attaching to a device or fastening to a box or enclosure; a middle segment for receiving a conduit and guiding and/or aligning a hygienic sleeve system; and a front segment for receiving a seal, and a front nut for sealing a connection between the conduit and the bearing element and fastening the hygienic sleeve system.
Screw element and system for fastening a liquid-conducting line
The invention relates to a screw element comprising an internal torque limitation for fastening a liquid-conducting line to a device connector or to a coupling for a further line, said screw element having a connection part, which preferably has a thread, and an actuation part; and having a torque limiting unit that limits a torque that can be transmitted from the actuation part to the connection part, wherein the torque limiting unit is arranged between the connection part and the actuation part and has a limiting element, in particular a separate limiting element, that can be assembled from at least two limiting element parts connectable to one another and that limits the torque limiting unit in an axial direction of a longitudinal axis of the screw element. The invention further relates to a system comprising at least one screw element and a line fastened to the screw element.
