The present invention relates to a system (100) for the flow-guiding or fluid-guiding connection of an element (200) to a counterpart 300, comprising: a first seal (110), consisting of a valve body (101) and a first seal element (102) which is arranged in a fluid channel (301), the valve body (101) being configured, by interaction with the seal element (102), to be able to be displaced or moved between an open position, in which a fluid, more particularly gas, can flow through the fluid channel (301), and a closed position, in which no fluid, more particularly gas, can flow through the fluid channel (301), and a second seal (120), which is arranged downstream of the first seal (110) in the fluid channel (301) in a flow-out direction A of the fluid flowing through/out of the fluid channel (301) and is configured to seal a connection region 302 between the fluid channel (301) and the element (200), more particularly to seal same in a gas-tight manner, the second seal (120) being designed such that, when the element (200) is connected to the counterpart (300), the second seal seals the connection region 302 before the first seal (110) can be or is mechanically displaced or moved into the open position.
Fluid diverting device
Disclosed is a fluid diverting device which comprises a saddle unit, a water dividing unit and a leakproof tube unit. The saddle unit includes a saddle body, a water inlet through hole and a main pipe accommodating portion. The water dividing unit includes a water dividing main portion, an inlet tube portion and an outlet tube portion. The inlet tube portion is inserted into the water inlet through hole. A screw thread is provided on an external tube wall of the inlet tube portion or on an internal tube wall of the inlet tube portion. The leakproof tube unit includes a sleeve portion, a connecting portion and a leakproof pad. The connecting portion is provided on one end of the sleeve portion and the leakproof pad is in tight contact with the connecting portion. A corresponding screw thread is provided on an external tube wall of the sleeve portion or on an internal tube wall of the sleeve portion. The sleeve portion is screwed with the inlet tube portion in a manner that the external tube wall of the sleeve portion is screwed with the internal tube wall of the inlet tube portion or the internal tube wall of the sleeve portion is screwed with the external tube wall of the inlet tube portion.

A system for mounting an adapter on a main flexible pipe for connecting a branch pipe is described, including a fitting having an externally threaded shank and a widened base which can be inserted in a hole of the pipe and can be fixed by a first ring nut screwed on the threaded shank, wherein the system includes a tool for inserting the fitting in the hole and for tightening the first ring nut, and wherein on the adapter a second ring nut is provided for fixing the adapter to the fitting.

Disclosed is a service valve including a service valve unit with a valve handle exposed to the outside and a fitting device provided with a fitting housing coupled to the service valve unit at one end of the fitting housing, and more particularly, the present invention provides the service valve including the fitting device, characterized in that the fitting housing includes an outer thread formed by a predetermined length on an outer ring at the other end of the fitting housing, and a first inner boss protruding from the other end at a predetermined depth, in addition, the fitting device includes: a cap handle screwed to the outer thread of the fitting housing; a ring lock washer spring seated on the first inner boss; and a sleeve fitted into an inner bore of the other end and interposed between the ring lock washer spring and the cap handle, wherein the sleeve moves and presses the ring lock washer spring by rotation of the cap handle to expand a diameter of the inner bore, so as to dismantle a pipe previously inserted in the fitting device.

The invention relates to a connection fitting (102) for a valve coupling and/or measuring or test coupling (2) for fluid systems for detecting working pressures of fluid media, the coupling (2) comprising a coupling bushing (6) which is subject to operating pressure in the installed state and which has a connection part (16) and a borehole (10) in which a spring-loaded and mechanically actuatable non-return valve (32) is arranged, the valve body (18) of which, in the non-actuated state, is supported on a valve seat (52), the connection fitting (102) having an opening pin (114) having a more particularly circular, closed contact surface for the valve (32) and at least one passage (118) extending laterally to the contact surface, through which passage a connection can be established between the connection fitting (102) and the valve coupling and/or measuring or test coupling (2).

The present invention relates to a service valve including a service valve unit 100 with a valve handle 137 exposed to the outside and a fitting device 200 provided with a fitting housing 120 coupled to the service valve unit 100 at one end of the fitting housing, and more particularly, the present invention provides the service valve including the fitting device, characterized in that the fitting housing 120 includes an outer thread formed by a predetermined length on an outer ring at the other end of the fitting housing, and a first inner boss protruding from the other end at a predetermined depth, in addition, the fitting device 200 includes: a cap handle 50 screwed to the outer thread of the fitting housing 120; a ring lock washer spring 25 seated on the first inner boss; and a sleeve 35 fitted into an inner bore of the other end and interposed between the ring lock washer spring 25 and the cap handle 50, wherein the sleeve 35 moves and presses the ring lock washer spring 25 by rotation of the cap handle 50 to expand a diameter of the inner bore, so as to dismantle a pipe 165 previously inserted in the fitting device 200.
Apparatus for blocking fluid flow through pipes
An apparatus for temporarily blocking fluid flow through a pipe comprises a housing configured to enclose a portion of a pipe and a flow blockage device. The housing includes a first part defining a housing chamber for receiving the pipe, and a second part defining a stowage space adjacent the housing chamber. The flow blockage device is movable through an aperture formed in one side of the pipe to an installed position in the housing chamber. The flow blockage device includes an outer sealing part that is configurable between an unexpanded configuration allowing the flow blockage device to pass through the aperture and allowing fluid flow through the pipe and an expanded configuration configured to block fluid flow through pipe by substantially preventing passage of fluid between outer side surfaces of the flow blockage device and inner surfaces of the pipe.
