METAL HEATER SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a metal heater system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a metal heater system which is characterized in that a plurality of metal heaters is coupled to the surface of the lower end of a pipeline at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the pipeline and PTC heating elements inside the metal heaters conduct heat to local portions of the pipeline. Due to these characteristics, convection is generated in a fluid inside the pipeline because of the heat conducted to the local portions and thus the overall pipeline is maintained at a constant temperature, thereby efficiently preventing the freezing and bursting of the pipeline in winter.
Heated respiratory hose assembly
An undermold coupling to couple a hose to a hose fitting includes: a tubular portion to be inserted into a hose interface of the hose fitting; threads formed on an inner surface of the tubular portion to engage a support helix on an end of the hose as a set of threads; and a first grating comprising a first plurality of elongate portions to intermesh with a corresponding second plurality of elongate portions of a second grating of the hose interface, wherein the first plurality of elongate portions extend into a second plurality of slots defined by the second plurality of elongate portions, and the second plurality of elongate portions extend into a first plurality of slots defined by the first plurality of elongate portions.
Low Profile Heater Apparatus and Method of Manufacture
A novel low profile heater apparatus and method of manufacture is disclosed, which provides a lower assembly including a first sheet, a heating sheet including at least one heating element, a dielectric sheet, an intermediate sheet and one or more electrical leads configured to supply electrical power to the heating element, the electrical leads extending through a lead sleeve of an upper assembly. The upper assembly includes a top sheet with one or more split sleeves securely attached thereto, thereby forming one or more strain relief assemblies configured to prevent damage to the electrical leads. One or more stitches or coupling features securely attach the upper assembly to the lower assembly. One or more retention device are be used to securely retain the low profile heater apparatus to one or more pipes, tubes or conduits of a plumbing apparatus.
A MODULE FOR A VACUUM PUMPING AND/OR ABATEMENT SYSTEM
A module for a vacuum pumping and/or abatement system. The module comprises a frame defining a space, a plurality of facilities inputs configured to receive facilities from a facilities supply, a plurality of facilities outputs configured to output the received facilities out of the module, and a plurality of facilities connection lines located at least partially within the space defined by the frame. The plurality of facilities connection lines connect the facilities inputs to the facilities outputs. The module further comprises a controller configured to control supply of facilities received at the facilities inputs out of the facilities outputs; and control operation of one or more vacuum pumping and/or abatement apparatuses remote from the module.

Dissimilar metal connection and method for operating such a dissimilar metal connection
A dissimilar metal connection arrangement comprising a dissimilar metal connection between a first member made of a first metal and having a first end, and a second member made of a second metal different from said first metal with regard to its metallurgical behavior, and having a second end, wherein the first end of the first member is fixedly connected to the second end of the second member. An increased lifetime of the connection is achieved by arranging a heating means at said dissimilar metal connection for controlled heating of said dissimilar metal connection.
