PIPE STOPPER ASSEMBLY
A pipe stopper assembly includes a stopper fitting defining a fitting channel, the stopper fitting configured to be mounted to a pipeline; and a pipe stopper positioned in the fitting channel and comprising an expandable stopper body and a pressure assembly, the expandable stopper body configurable in an expanded configuration and a contracted configuration, the pressure assembly configurable in an open configuration and a closed configuration; wherein, in the open configuration, the expandable stopper body is biased to the expanded configuration, and in the closed configuration, the expandable stopper body is biased to the contracted configuration; and wherein, in the expanded configuration, fluid is prohibited from flowing through the fitting channel, and in the contracted configuration, fluid is permitted to flow through the fitting channel.
SANITIZING POUCH FOR ELECTRONICS
The present invention is an elastic (mechanically stretchable), sanitizing pouch configured to receive and hold an Electronic Device of a predetermined configuration. The elasticity of the fabric used maximizes surface contact with the Electronic Device and the closeness of the fabric of the invention with the outside surfaces of the Electronic Device. A liftable and removable cover flap on the front of the invention is used to hold and access the inside of the invention. The back of the invention includes at least one pocket. The invention further includes a pull tab to help lift an Electronic Device out of the invention. While inside the invention, the silver ions are released in the fabric and inhibit the colonization of bacteria, viruses and fungus on the Electronic Device.

INSERT VALVE CUT WARNING SYSTEM
A cut warning system can include a valve sleeve defining a cavity, the valve sleeve defining a bottom sealing surface within the cavity; a pipeline extending through the cavity; a drilling machine including a shell cutter, the shell cutter defining a bottom edge, the drilling machine configured to axially advance the shell cutter from a pre-engagement position towards the bottom sealing surface, the pipeline positioned between the shell cutter and the bottom sealing surface in the pre-engagement position; and a signaling element positioned within the cavity, the signaling element configured to produce a signal when the shell cutter reaches a post-engagement position, the bottom edge being axially positioned between the pipeline and the bottom sealing surface.

VALVE GATES
A valve gate may include a threaded rod, a nut engaged with the threaded rod, a movable body mounted on the threaded rod, a seal, a pair of levers, and first and second housing components that at least partially enclose the other components. The threaded rod can be turned to drive translation of the nut and the movable body along the threaded rod. Translation of the movable body along the threaded rod can drive rotation of the levers outward away from the threaded rod, and rotation of the levers can force the seal to expand outward from the threaded rod. Such expansion can force the seal into engagement with an inner surface of a pipeline.
A FILLING DEVICE FOR A PRESSURISED HEATING CIRCUIT
A filling loop device for a pressurized heating system comprising means defining a fluid passage having, an inlet port connectable to a fluid supply and an outlet port connectable to a heating system fluid circuit; and a dead man valve interposed in the passage between the inlet port and the outlet port, said dead man valve biased to a normally closed condition to shut off fluid flow through the channel in either direction when unattended, and manually operable to an open condition to permit fluid to flow from the inlet port to the outlet port. Also provided is a method of charging a pressurized boiler and heating circuit.

Pipe repair device
An example shut-off device includes a valve body to surround a section of a pipe and form a chamber about the section of the pipe. The example shut-off device also includes a first flange bearing on a first side of the chamber. The first flange bearing in a closed position forming a first seal between the pipe and the chamber. The example shut-off device also includes a second flange bearing on a second side of the chamber. the second flange bearing in a closed position forming a second seal between the pipe and the chamber. The example shut-off device also includes a cutting blade in the chamber. The cutting blade tightens against the pipe to cut through the pipe and at least partially seals an opening in the cut pipe. The cutting blade is configured to operate as a gate valve.
COMBINATION PIPE SEAL AND GRIPS
A pipeline plug includes a pressure head; a seal assembly; a seal expansion ring; a plurality of gripper bodies, a sliding gripper, and an actuator. Each gripper body is coupled to the seal expansion ring. Radial expansion of the gripper bodies supports radial expansion of the seal expansion ring. Additionally, radial expansion of the seal expansion ring supports radial expansion of the gripper bodies. The sliding gripper is slidingly coupled to a radially outer surface of the gripper body.
