SEALING ELEMENT FOR PIPES
A sealing element for pipes has a central rod section with a circular head region with a grip area. The rod section includes in a downward direction from the head region, a first centering region with an inverted frustoconical shape, a second region with a discoidal outer contour that has flexible fins formed from a pair of diametrically opposed grooves and a third positioning region with a discoidal outer contour, the second region being larger in diameter than the first and third regions, including at least two extensions spaced apart from each other, protruding perpendicular to the central rod section, which have a length equal to or less than the diameter of the third positioning region. A fourth region has a discoidal outer contour with flexible fins formed from a pair of diametrically opposite grooves. The fourth region is located between the second region and the third region.
HEAT EXCHANGER TUBE PLUG INSTALLATION
According to an aspect of the present invention, a method of tube plug installation in a heat exchanger or pressure vessel is provided. The method includes verifying the suitability of a selected tube plug with a specifically identified type of heat exchanger or pressure vessel before installation of the selected tube plug. The step of verifying being performed with a device having an app, software, or user interface and after having entered or accessed data concerning the selected tube plug and entering or accessing data concerning the specifically identified type of heat exchanger or pressure vessel and operating parameters of the specifically identified type of heat exchanger or pressure vessel.

Drainpipe test plug with pressure assisted plug seal
A drainpipe test plug for plugging a drainpipe via an opening formed therein includes a plug seal that includes a planar front surface which faces upward in the drainpipe whenever the drainpipe test plug is in a plugging position and a peripheral annular rim. The plug seal can include a plurality of holes or a continuous channel formed into the surface of the planar front surface, or a plurality of holes or a continuous channel formed into the surface of the peripheral annular rim, or both. The plug seal holes or channels impart a degree of flexibility to a peripheral area of the plug seal to facilitate the insertion and removal of the drainpipe test plug from the drainpipe. In addition, the holes or channel in the planar front surface provide additional sealing force against the interior of the drainpipe whenever the drainpipe test plug is in the plugging position.
Collapsible plug for downspouts
A one-piece shield for temporarily covering the upper inlet of a downspout. The shield includes a single sheet of resilient material, with a pair of tabs that cooperate with a slot in the sheet. The sheet is rolled up to create a tubular portion. One of the tabs is turned into the tubular portion to block the passage into the tubular portion, and the other tab cooperates with the slot to keep the device rolled up, so that the tubular portion blocks entry of debris into the downspout. The device is unrolled after use, and stored flat.

COMPLETION PLUG AND FITTING
A plug can include a body defining a top body end and a bottom body end, the body defining an outer surface extending between the top body end and the bottom body end and a plug recess extending into the body from the outer surface; and a locking mechanism including a locking bar, the locking bar rotationally fixed relative to the body, the locking mechanism reconfigurable between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration, the locking bar positioned at least partially within the plug recess, at least a portion of the locking bar extending outward from the plug recess in the locked configuration.
Modular power end
A power end assembly includes a crankshaft section, a crosshead section, and a connector section coupled together by one, two, or more sets of stay rods. The power end may include one or more support plates that are coupled to the crankshaft section and/or crosshead section. The crosshead section includes a plurality of individual crosshead frames. The connector section may include a plurality of individual connector plates or may be a unitary connector plate. The power end is configured to be coupled to a fluid end assembly by coupling the fluid end assembly to the connector plates.
Plug retention system and method
An apparatus for retaining a plug in a fluid end used in hydrocarbon recovery having a lock collar configured in a cylinder shape, a screw, a center hexagon configured to be inserted into the lock collar, the center hexagon configured with a port that extends along a longitudinal axis of the center hexagon, the center hexagon further configured with six sides, each of the six sides interfacing with the port, and the center hexagon further configured with a bottom face and a segmental wedge.
