AIR BLOCK CAP FOR DRAIN PAN FITTING AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
A cap covers an open end of a drain pan fitting of an appliance drain pan. The cap comprises a cylindrical body and a non-planar water-soluble membrane. The cylindrical body has a first end with a first end opening, a second end with a second end opening, and a longitudinal through-hole extending between the first end opening and the second end opening. The non-planar water-soluble membrane is positioned to at least partially obstruct the through-hole when the membrane is intact such that air flow through the through-hole is inhibited in the absence of water in the drain pan. The membrane is adapted to dissolve when exposed to water in the drain pan such that water in the drain pan is not inhibited from exiting the drain pan through the through-hole.

PLUMBING ACCESS COVER
A plumbing access cover includes a cap and an escutcheon. The cap has a cap body. The escutcheon has an annular flange and a retention collar for receiving the cap body. An engagement on the retention collar is provided for engaging the cap body, thereby releasably securing the cap body within the retention collar. The plumbing access cover is used to over a protruding plumbing cleanout.
Gas delivery system
A magnetic quick connect for a fluid delivery system includes a male coupling member and a female coupling member. The male coupling member defines a first outer fluid communication path and includes a first magnetic material. A first inner member is disposed within the first outer fluid communication path and defines a first inner communication path. The female coupling member defines a second outer fluid communication path and includes a second magnetic material. A second inner member is disposed within the second outer fluid communication path and defines a second inner communication path. The male and female coupling members are detachably held together by an attractive force between the first and second magnetic materials such that the first and second outer communication paths are held in fluid communication, and the first and second inner communication paths are held in fluid communication.
APPARATUS FOR SEALING A PIPE
A sealing device for sealing a free end of a generally tubular object, the sealing device comprising: a main body comprising either a sleeve which may, when the sealing device is engaged with the free end of a generally tubular object, surround the free end of the generally tubular object, or a protrusion which may, when the sealing device is engaged with the free end of the generally tubular object, be inserted into the interior of the free end of the generally tubular object; a grip arrangement which is connected to or supported by the main body, and positioned to be against or adjacent a surface of the generally tubular object when the sealing device is engaged with the free end of the generally tubular object, wherein the grip arrangement is radially moveable with respect to a central axis of the main body; and a grip drive arrangement operable to drive the grip arrangement radially with respect to the central axis of the main body, towards the surface of the generally tubular object.
Method for using pipe cap assembly
A method of using a pipe cap assembly for a normally-sealed system includes attaching the base portion of a pipe cap to a pipe of a normally sealed system. A transition cap having internal threads is releasably coupled to an externally-threaded cylindrical connector portion of the pipe cap for sealing the same during normal operation. When access to the normally sealed system is required, the transition cap is unthreaded from the pipe cap, and a transition fitting is installed instead. A drain hose, vent hose, or the like, may be coupled to an access port of the transition fitting and fastened thereto for passing fluids to or from the normally sealed system. Alternatively, a test instrument may be coupled to the access port. Thereafter, the transition fitting is removed, and the transition cap is re-installed.
BRACKET FOR POSITIONING AND PROTECTING PIPES IN CONCRETE
A bracket holds a rigid or flexible tube during the pouring of a concrete slab. The bracket has a base and a housing connected to the base. The tube curves around a first tube support on the housing before passing through an opening in the bottom of the housing. The tube and any members inside the tube are cut off so they end inside the housing and are then covered by a housing cap. The base is fastened to a form for the concrete slab. The height of the housing relative to the base is adjusted to place the cap at the planned surface of the concrete slab. After the concrete slab is formed the cap is removed and the cut members inside the housing are connected to other members or devices.
Duct cleaning access door
A magnetic duct access door provides for frequent access to a variety of different kinds of duct. The access door allows for an efficient magnetic attraction to a metallic duct and easy manual removal of the access door by tilting the access door via handles on its front surface. The access door includes: an access door base; a plurality of magnets arranged around the periphery of the back surface of the access door base; a compressible sealing member located between the magnetic attachment pads on the back surface of the access door base; at least one handle portion extending from the front surface of the access door base.

FASTENING OF A COVER TO A HOUSING
A cup-shaped cover of a pedal travel simulator, hydraulic accumulator, or a damper chamber, using a radially resilient connecting ring, which protrudes into a groove of the cover and into an opposing groove of a receptacle of a hydraulic block of a traction slip controller of a hydraulic vehicle braking system, to fasten inseparably at the hydraulic block.
