Tubular Liner for the Rehabilitation of a Sewer Pipe
The invention relates to a tubular liner for the rehabilitation of an, in particular, underground sewer pipe, comprising at least an inner tubular film, a resin-carrier layer surrounding the inner tubular film, and comprising a mechanically protective outer film system. The outer film system comprises at least one outer film in the form of a UV-radiation- and short-wavelength, visible light-absorbing and/or -reflecting, single-layer or multi-layer film which contains, in one or more polymer layers, at least one short-wavelength, visible light-absorbing and/or—reflecting, organic or inorganic color pigment or a corresponding dye, and at least one organic or inorganic compound which absorbs and/or reflects the UV radiation. Moreover, the outer film system comprises at least one mechanically stable reinforcing web which rests on the aforementioned outer film. The outer film system has a transmittance for visible light at at least one wavelength in the range of 550 nm to 800 nm of at least 1%. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such an outer film system and to such an outer film system itself.
A LINER ARRANGEMENT FOR INSTALLING IN A PIPE STRUCTURE, AND A METHOD FOR RELINING A PIPE STRUCTURE
The present disclosure relates to a liner arrangement for installing in a pipe structure, including at least one liner part configured for being inserted into the interior of the pipe structure and being shaped with smaller outer dimensions than the interior dimensions of the pipe structure The liner part is configured to cooperate with an inflatable bladder such that when the liner part and the inflatable bladder are located at the desired position and the bladder is inflated, the liner part will deploy or expand so that it conforms to the interior shape of the pipe structure. The liner arrangement furthermore includes a sealing arrangement extending along the circumference of the liner part and configured for sealing the liner arrangement against the interior of the pipe structure. The disclosure also relates to a method for relining a pipe structure.

PACKER FOR PIPE AND SEWER REHABILITATION
A packer for pipe and sewer rehabilitation, including a front and a rear flange, between which an expandable sleeve which can be filled with a pressure medium is arranged, wherein the rear and the front flange have lead-through openings which are connected by a hollow lead-through element within the sleeve, so as to be sealed in relation to the sleeve, and through which a feed line to a camera arrangement that is arranged adjoining the lead-through opening in the front flange and that includes a camera is guided, wherein the camera arrangement includes an extension element which is bendable in a radial direction and at the front end of which the camera is arranged, wherein the extension element is assigned an adjusting device for setting the radial bending thereof.
Underground pipe repair device with detectable annular body and related systems and methods
An underground pipe repair device is for a joint between a service pipe and a branch pipe. The underground pipe repair device may include a T-shaped joint liner having a base portion extending laterally in the service pipe, and an arm portion extending vertically into the branch pipe, the base portion including a first base surface facing the service pipe, and a second base surface opposite the first base surface. The underground pipe repair device may include an annular body aligned with an opening for the branch pipe and coupled to the second base surface of the T-shaped joint liner. The annular body may have a physical characteristic to be detected by a robot device within the service pipe.
METHOD OF LINING BRANCH AREA IN PIPELINE
A method of lining a branch area in a pipeline using an inflatable bladder. The method includes steps of preparing a branch liner with resin and positioning the branch liner in a pipeline, inflating the bladder and running a flow of air and steam through the bladder while monitoring its temperature. After curing of the resin, temperature of the liner is monitored and the bladder is removed only after proper cooling of the liner.
