Insulated riser clamp
A riser clamp assembly for receiving and supporting an insulated pipe. The clamp assembly includes a first riser clamp and a second riser clamp. Each of the riser clamps includes a semi-circular body portion extending arcuately between opposite first and second ends and defining an inner cylindrical wall and an outer cylindrical wall extending axial between top and bottom edges. A generally C-shaped flange projects radially from the inner cylindrical wall generally midway between the top and bottom edges to define an axial center opening. A support brace extends radially from the outer cylindrical wall adjacent each end of the body portion for interconnecting the first and second riser clamps around the insulated pipe.

SADDLE PIPE SUPPORT
A pipe support is coupled to an elongated channel for receiving and supporting a pipe. The channel includes a base and a pair of spaced apart sidewalls extending from the base to an end plate. A flange projects from each end plate towards the base and defines a slot therebetween. The pipe support includes a body portion extending axially between opposite ends and having an inner surface and an outer surface. The body portion includes a generally arcuate bottom floor and a pair of spaced apart sidewalls projecting generally upwardly from the bottom floor. A plurality of axially spaced channel clips project downwardly from the outwardly flared lip portion adapted for engage the sidewalls of the channel and frictionally coupling the pipe support to the channel.
Insulated pipe support
An insulated pipe support includes a base, a thermal insulation block, a cradle plate, and a mounting strap. The base has two side rails each having a strap mounting flange with a strap passage therein. The insulation block is configured to fit upon the base between the side rails. The cradle plate has main portion and two vertical end portions having a curved cradle which conforms to the exterior of an insulated pipe. The mounting strap includes two oppositely disposed mounting ends which are configured to extend through the strap passage of the lugs. Six threaded studs with matching nuts extend from the base, through the insulation block and cradle plate to secure the position of each.

Plumbing arrangement
A plumbing arrangement having a pre-insulated pipe section. The pre-insulated pipe section includes a pipe and a thermal insulation layer of rigid foam molded to surround the pipe. The pre-insulated pipe section having fasteners made of rigid material fixedly connected to the insulation layer as integral parts for connecting the pre-insulated pipe section to another structure.

FIXED STANDOFF FOR INSTALLATION OF PIPE INSULATION
A device for providing a temporary space between and a pipe and a pipe support comprises a standoff having a top and a bottom surface, a depression defined in the top surface, wherein the depression has a shape that corresponds to a diameter of the pipe. The standoff defines a standoff height between at least a portion of the depression and the bottom surface such that in a first condition in which the standoff is disposed between the pipe and the pipe support the standoff defines a space. Insulation is disposable in the space between the pipe and the pipe support in a second condition in which the standoff is removed from between the pipe and the pipe support. A method is also disclosed.
RISER CLAMP WITH A VIBRATION ISOLATION ELEMENT
An isolation element for a riser clamp has two opposed clamp halves made of metal strip. Each of said clamp halves has a semi-circular section placed opposite each other against a riser pipe extending through a passage hole in a floor. The clamp halves have at the ends of its semi-circular section outwardly extending clamp flanges to be tightened towards the corresponding opposing clamp flanges of the other clamp half. The riser clamp is in use supported from beneath by a support structure. The isolation element includes a profile of vibration isolating material including a pad portion, which pad portion in use is located below the corresponding clamp flange for resiliently supporting it, and further including at least one upstanding portion extending along the corresponding clamp flange, wherein said upstanding portion is attachable to the corresponding clamp flange.

A plurality of axially spaced apart channel clips project downwardly from the outer surface of the body portion opposite the side walls. The channel clips have a leg portion and an outwardly projecting barb portion wherein the channel clips extend through the slot in the channel and the barb portions engage the respective spaced apart flanges to operatively couple the pipe support to the channel.
